Ok..if u have gimp this may be easy...its more an tip
1.Found an picture with an one-color background or one that have more than a color but have more than one..for example grass and trees
2.go to filters-color-channel mixer and put as base color the color of the background..then play with the channels until u love the result
3.the go to layers-duplicate layers
4.press ctrl L and put the duplicate of the image in hard light of soft light.
And tharan..it would look like this...u can too use the color that the pic have more
