OK, so Miley is Hannah, and Lilly is Lola. They trade places, and live in each other's world for one week. Miley is dating Nick, so Lola has to go out with him, and he doesn't know she's not Miley! Hannah isn't dating anyone, and Lilly's going out with Austin, the JoBro's younger cousin. Miley has to go out with Austin, who thinks she's Lilly. It's all one big mixup. After one week, they will go back to themselves. Can they keep their identities secret? Well, some might think they can, until Mikayla shows up, and discover who they really are.
