Sorry, no requesting tutorials, it gets out of hand for me.
I only make tutorials on my own account.
So if you want coloring tutorials you got to wait until I make them.
But you may post any avatars that I have made,

GOING FROM THIS:

First off go to Filter > Sharpen > Sharpen
That makes the image more focused.

If it looks like its all fuzzy, then undo it and duplicate the layer.
Then sharpen it again and lower the opacity.

xxNow go to Layers > New Adjustment Layers > Selective Coloring
{IMPORTANT: "----" means to go to the different color section given}

Reds:
Cyan: - 100
----
Greens:
Cyans: +100
----
Cyans:
Cyans: +100
----
Blues:
Cyans: +100
----
Neutrals:
Cyans: +39----
Blacks:
Yellow: -16
Blacks: +11

PRESS OK.

COLORING TUTORIAL #2
{ USING LOTS OF COLOR FILLS }

First sharpen your image.
..
Next go to Layer > New Fill Layer > Solid Color...
Use this color 9b764e and put it on Overlay.

6349e8 Softlight
Opacity 100 %
..
000000 Lighten
Opacity 100%
..
6ee9ff Color Burn
Opacity 100%
..
Go to Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Curves
And make a little hill with the curves.
..
Use this texture and put it on Linear Dodge, move it wherever.
Must be used with credit, or not at all.
I'm having severe problems with that.. :|
