oh ok. basically you get ur pics blend them and then do some coloring and then add brushes or textures probably. I do know the person who made that but I think she uses Photoshop.

idk but I think theres some textures and coloring and cutting... :)

yeah there are some textures. thanks and no I use Photoshop. SOrry. But all I did was coloring,add textures, and added text with the brush and some effects to the text and that's it. :)
