Hey, hey, heyy.
I feel like making some tutorials! Wooo!
Oh, and I won't be telling you how to make the layers. It's pretty simple.

Tihs is for photoshop CS3 (or any kind of photoshop CS idk about others...)
Would you like colouring THIS?

Alrighty. Lets get started shall we?
1. Take your picture. Woo. lol. I'll be using this:

2. Do a new colour balance layer.
Put in:
midtones -
cyan: -38
mgenta: - 13
yellow: +28
shadows-
cyan: -21
magenta: 0
yellow: -57
highlights:
cyan: -18
magenta: -16
ye
yellow: +19
It should turn out like this:

I know, gross.
but we'll fix that. :P
oh and I just took a screen cap of it so sorry for the pink lines. lol.
2.
Do a selective colour layer.
Put in...
reds-
cyan: +100
yellow: +17
blacks: -3
Neutrals -
cyan: -46
magenta: -6
yellow: +27
blacks: +22
Blacks -
cyan: -34
yellow: -37
blacks: +33
Should turn out like so:

3.
Do ANOTHER selective colour layer.
Put in...
Reds-
cyan: -69
Neutrals-
cyan: +10
magenta: -2
yellow: -14
Black: -12
Blacks:
cyan: -45
yellow: -40
black: +28
I lowered the opacity 'cuase it was rather bright, so you can do that.
Should turn out:
