Duplicate the layer and sharpen the second layer with the stregth of 50

Go to Hue Saturation and do soft light
Master
S- +100
H- -27
L- +12
Reds
S- +100
H- +9
L- +7
No yellow/green
Cyans
S- +100
H- +180
L- +100
Blue & Magenta should be the same as Cyans

Go to Brightness/Contrast and do these steps:
Brightness- -19
Contrast- +79
and there's your result!

My coloring isn't so good but I hope your's can be better if you try! :D
