A super simple coloring technique that works on everything
http://hannahmontana.net/gallery3/albums/Appearances/bobwstLouis/normal_miley-cyrus-concert-pictures-11.jpg (http://javascript:;) http://i122.photobucket.com/albums/o276/_graphic_queen_/PSDs/Miley19.png
okay, i like, swear this tutorial has worked for every picture ever.
The effect is suttle, yet looks beautiful. It has only 1 step.
1. New Adjustment Layer/ Selective Coloring
Red: -41, -24, 20, 34
Yellows: 15, -18, -74, 32
Greens: 100, 49, 61, 12
Cyans: 30, 0, 0, 0
Magentas: -100, 96, 100, 100
Whites: -34, 38, 21, 0
Neutrals: 7, 9 3, -2
Thats it. I added a simple texture of scrathy lines
over it.
a few examples of this coloring with nothing
changed to it...

thanks guys. and to make the red part. you make a new layer, fill it with black, set it to lighten, then get a soft edge brush and on the same layer as the black, you just draw a dot any size you want
