`Chap 1; Breathe`

He trembled, while shuffling his notes, sitting in a chair back in the wings of the stadium.
Of course, Nick was nervous.
He couldnt do this.
A gazillion thoughts raced through his mind.
What if they laugh? he thought.
What if they thought the whole thing was just a big joke?
Because he knew it wasnt.
He was here, being famous and speaking out for bullying and all at a campaign...
But nobody really knew what he went through in middle school...or the first year of it.
Nobody knew.
And they were about to find out.
He sighed and tapped his foot, looking around.
"Now, the Stop Bullying Now campaign is proud to present one of the Jonas Brothers, the successful group of brothers, Nick Jonas"
It was time.
He walked out there, clenching his fists with the note cards in his hands. He saw little kids, parents, and everyone else screaming. He saw Casey [whom he saw regularly, since Joe insisted they take her along, being Joes girlfriend and all], and Kristin, Alvana, Kayla, and his girlfriend Anna [whom hed seen regularly, all of his new friends he hadnt seen in 3 years in the front row. He took another deep breath, smiled, and waved as he walked up to his podium.
He shuffled his notecards once again, then took a quick glance at his notecards and looked out at the audience.
"Um...thank you for letting me come today. The reason I came today was because I was bullied, in 6th grade. Of course, now Im in 9th grade, and 15 years old. Well, my name is Nick Jonas, and this is my story"
