A BiRTHDAY FAN BOOK TO GiVE TO MiLEY

Here's the plan. Miley's bday is November 23 right?
So everyone, post a message to give to Miley, and we'll find someone to put them all together into a book. You can put pictures in it and stuff to. Then we'll find someone who's going to the concert the day before or on miley's birthday. They'll either give it to Miley's grandma (usually she signs autographs and takes pics by the mileyworld bus b4 the show lol) or if that doesn't work they can try to give it to someone that will see miley like a stage crew that can take it to her bus or b4 the show go by the buses and give it to someone standing by the buses just ask a bunch of ppl and eventually you'll find someone with a pass that will see miley!
