Who would'a thought that four regulaur teenagers, Hanna(me, obviously 8-)), Lex, Maria, and Dani would land parts in the hit show, J.O.N.A.S, which is starring, of course, The Jonas Brothers! Any other girl teenager would go crazy for life, but Hanna and her friends know better than that - Okay, they go crazy for a while, but who wouldnt?
Friendships form... turning into relationships... and drama.

Chapter 1
Early Birds

Hanna’s POV

“HANNA!! WAKE UP!!!” My mom shouted at 6:15 AM in the morning, on Monday. I shut my eyes tightly. Ugh. Why must this cruel, cruel world force me to wake up so incredibly early? Why cant school start at noon or something? That would make life so much easier. But instead, the Board of Ed loves to torture us innocent 14 year olds and decides to make school start at 8:00. Oh, come on! That’s gotta be a crime!
“5 more minutes!” I groan.
My mother walks in the room, and rolls her eyes. “You said five more minutes ten minutes ago. Now up!” I groan in response, and roll over in my bed. My mom pulls my legs and I surrender. “OKAY!! OKAY!! I’m up, I’m up!!” I really wasn’t an early bird, which I’m sure you’ve found out by now. My mom released, grinning triumphantly, and walked out of the room. I reluctantly got up.
About an hour later, my mom was shouting at me to hurry up, I was getting dressed. Oh, come on! A girl’s gotta look good, I mean, it would be inhuman not to make my outfit and hair my first priority. I was wearing slim-tight, light blue jeans and my fav Nike sneakers. I pretty much wore sneakers all the time, well, if they matched with my outfit, anyway. I also had on a sky blue camouflage top. A mix of sporty/girly/ and tomboyish, totally my style. Brushing my sleek, shiny, breast length jet-black hair once more, I went downstairs from my room. Merely getting a cream-cheesed bagel in a napkin, I grabbed my book bag, threw it over my shoulder, bid a good-bye to my mom, and walked out of the house. I walked next door, to my best friend Lex’s house.
Lex was no more of an early bird than I was, to say the least. I let myself in, I practically lived there by now, after all. “LEX!” I shouted up the stairs. I tapped my foot impatiently. Knowing from experience this would take a while, I sat down in one of the chairs. After a while, I checked my Blackberry to check how long I’ve been waiting. 15 minutes. Finally, Lex came down the stairs, wearing silver wedges, knee-length pink capris, and a white tee topped with a pink cami. Her hair was in a ponytail.
“Love the outfit” I said approvingly.
“And you wonder why it takes me so long to get ready, Hanna. Patience is a virtue”
I laughed at her choice of words as we walked out of the house. It was already 7:45, and it would take us about ten minutes to walk to school. Dani would walk to school with Maria, and no doubt they were already at school. Such early-birds, how I envy them. Ahh well, as long as we’re a few minutes early, I need to get my locker organized, you have no idea how long it takes me to get my books and my giant book bag in my locker! Hey, a girl needs a big book bag, just incase… things happen, I need a humongous book bag to keep ALL of my necessities. Yes, I have a lot of those, no duh.

Chapter 2
You-Know-Whats and You-Know-Wheres

Lex’s POV


I giggled as Hanna made a face when the Spanish teacher, Mr.Atencio announced there would be a quiz tomorrow when he walked in the room. I really couldn’t blame her. Hanna was a straight A+ student, but just barely made her A in Spanish. But come on, Spanish was sooo boring! Well, at least we had one thing to look forward to after school, today. He continued with the lesson, Hanna pretending to pay attention, only not to get called on to answer a question. This method of hers always worked, but I always doubted it and passed it as luck. I doodled in my notebook, not even attempting to pay attention, when Mr.Atencio called on me to answer some question. Typical. He only called on people who WEREN’T paying attention. Isn’t he absolutely evil? Okay, I admit it, Hanna’s method works. “Um… dos?” I said randomly, I had no idea what we were talking about! The class snickered, and I giggled at my own stupidity. Hanna smiled at me, shooting me a I-told-you-so-look. She was always trying to advise me to pretend to pay attention. I shot her a You-just-get-lucky look, and she smirked and rolled her eyes.
The bell rang, and we all picked up our books.
“Harsh” Dani commented.
“Completely” Maria agreed.
“But funny” Hanna grinned. The others snickered.
I smiled.
“Oh, whatever, the day’s almost over, and we get to you-know-what at you-know-where!” I said mischievously, careful not to say it out loud. If anybody else heard, everybody would do it, and we couldn’t have that.
Maria squealed.
“I know!! I can barely stand it!!! And remember, Lex, Nick is SO mine!”
I rolled my eyes.
“As if, Ria, he soo wants me!”
“Psh, keep dreaming!”
Dani and Hanna couldn’t contain they’re laughter any longer. They were both in hysterics, Hanna’s elbow was on Dani’s shoulder. I blushed slightly. I guess it was a little stupid, we’ve never even met him. But still, Nick loves me. He just… doesn’t know it yet…
“Oh shut up!” Maria and I said at the same time.
They both snickered, but the laughing died down.
“You two are so obsessed” Dani said.
Hanna smirked.
“That’s an understatement, Dee”
“Oh, whatever!” I said at an attempt to defend myself.

Chapter 3
The Chance of a Lifetime

Dani’s POV


I twirled a strand of my dirty blond hair as the History teacher, Ms.Flemming, went on and on and on about Mesopotamia. Like I care about flippin Mesopotamia! Well, at least this was the last period, until we finally got to get out of this school and attempt to live a total fantasy. Hanna, who was sitting in front of me, was tapping her foot impatiently, staring intently at the clock. Lucky for her, the clock was straight ahead, so it gave the appearance she was paying attention. I saw her doing something under her desk, and I felt my Razr vibrate in my pocket. Thank gawd I set it on vibrate.
Am I lyk da only 1 who ttly cant wayt till the . Over?

I grinned and texted her back.

I saw her take out her Blackberry and read the text. She looked over her shoulder at me, grinning excitedly. The bell rang and she and Lex were the first to stand up in the room, making me giggle. They both scurried out of the room, followed by Maria and me. Hanna let out a laugh of excitement, jogging hyperly in place.
“YES!!” She exclaimed triumphantly.
Maria brought her fist in the air and brought it back down in victory.
Lex and I squealed.
Jabbering about how excited we were, we quickly departed straight to Maria’s house, her dad was going to drive us there.
Hanna took out her lime green nano iPod and plugged the headphones in her ears, she was mouthing the words silently to SOS by, who else? The Jonas Brothers, DUH! We all followed her gesture, but with different colored nanos. We snapped our fingers to the tune. We all got in Maria’s dad’s van, and her dad drove to Hollywood Center Studios, for the chance of a lifetime.

Jolly Ranchers Lollipops and Real First Names

Maria’s POV


Yep. We’re really going to do it. And nobody could stop us if they wanted to… you don’t want to, right? Anyway, don’t listen to Alexa ((Yeah, that’s right, I used her real name! HOW DO YAH LIKE ME NOW?!)) Nick so loves me. I mean, I already have our wedding planned! Its going to be in Hawaii. Where else, right? Of course, everybody who’s anybody will be there. But I dunno about Alexa, ((Yeah that’s right, I used it again!)) though…
Hanna opened the super-de-duper big pocket in her book bag! I swear, that thing is HUMONGOUS!! This pocket was loaded with… CANDY! Hehe. Why am I bothering to act surprised? At the Halloween Dance last month, Hanna might as well have took the bowl instead of emptying the candy in it! And trust me, the bowl was… just… the biggest bowl in recorded history, okay? No doubt she didn’t have loads of candy in that big as heck book bag. I saw a GIANT JOLLY RANCHER LOLLYPOP!!!! In the pocket. I gasped. I didn’t even know they made those! “OHMYFREAKINGAWD!!!” I exclaimed. I reached across to try and snag the lollipop, but Alexa, was in between us, therefore ((Yes, I actually used the word ‘therefore‘, Hanna‘s been tutoring me in English)), I couldn’t reach it. Everybody laughed spitefully. “Okay, Okay, what do you want?” Hanna asked, as she threw a bag of skittles over to Dani, who was in back of us in my dad’s large van.
“J-JOLLY RANCHERS LOLLIPOP!!!”
She laughed even more at this, she tossed me the lollipop. I made prayer hands and whispered, “Thank you!” Which made her giggle. She took out a bag filled with candy corn and passed it to Alexa, and she took out a Hershey Bar for herself. She unwrapped it eagerly, and I saw the disappointment etched across her face. Alexa tilted her head.
“What’s wrong? You’re supposed to be the peppy one!”
She showed her the wrapper, then giggled.
“I didn’t win the 1,000$ prize” She said gravely, jokingly-puppy-dog-pouting.
We laughed.
“Psh, you’ll make 1,000,000$, the way we’re going, hun!” Dani giggled.
“You can never have too much money, Dee!” She teased.
She tilted her head and stuck out her lower lip in agreement. “True” She admitted.
The van came to a halt.
We all squealed.
Hanna put her headphones in her ears, I could only assume she was listening to ‘Hold On’, her ‘lucky’ song. She was mouthing the words, so this confirmed my assumption ((hehe, yes, Hanna has a very wide range of vocab, I mean, I’m using the words ‘confirmed’ and ‘assumption! I feel so smartical =] ))
We all got out of the van and stepped into Hollywood Center Studios. Alexa ((Yes, I’m still calling her by her real first name for three reasons, 1. She likes MY Nick, 2. She hates the name, 3. I feel like entertaining myself)) seemed used to it, she had auditioned many times before, but still had an air of excitement. After all, it wasn’t everyday you got to meet THE JONAS BROTHERS! Hanna was excited and still had that squeal of excitement etched across her face. Dani’s jaw was dropped and she was blinking a lot, as if she just couldn’t believe it. I could only guess how I was looking - starstruck. “Okay, kids, I’ll come to pick you up at 5, have fun!” My dad called, before driving away.

Chapter 5
Lucky Songs and Ear Piercing Shrieks

Lex’s POV


I bobbed my head to the tune of ‘Poor Unfortunate Souls’ that was playing on my light blue iPod nano.
“I unfortunately know a little secret…” I sang under my breath.
I loved this song almost as much as I loved their song ‘Hollywood’, that was like, my lucky song. You know, like Hanna’s lucky song is ‘Hold On’? And it totally suited what was happening right now, how ironic is that, it’s playing right now, as we walk into Hollywood Center Studios. How does it suit it? Hello?! Anybody home? Check the freakin title of the song, for crying out loud! Hanna opened the door and left it open for me, Ria, and Dani. She walked in after us, twirling a strand of her hair, I could see her mouthing the words to ‘Hold On’ which was no doubt playing on her lime-green iPod. My iPod was securely in my palm as I looked around and giggled. I saw a head of bushy black hair near the snack table and fell backward in shock. Hanna and Dani caught me by the arms before my skull nearly cracked open, Dani giggled.
“Girl, what was up with that?” She said, as Hanna helped me too my feet, snickering behind her hand.
“I thought I saw… OHMYJONASIT’SNICKJONAS!!” I exclaimed.
Hanna and Dani immediately turned around, dropping me in shock.
“Thanks, guys” I muttered.
“Anytime” They murmured, staring wide eyed as NICK JONAS turned around. Hanna immediately took Maria’s shoulder and turned her around.
Maria shrieked making the two other boys next to Nick turn around as well, it was Hanna’s turn to scream now.
“OHMYFREAKINGAWD!! ITSJOEFREAKINJONAS!” She stumbled backward a little ((Well, at least I’m not the only one who’s shocked)) out of shock. Now that I think of it, its kind of stupid that we’re shocked, I mean, we knew we were going to audition for J.O.N.A.S, so how could we not be prepared to see the Jonas Brothers here? Ria placed a hand on Hanna’s shoulder to steady her, although she seemed like she could fall back at any moment.
Nick and Joe smiled.
OhMyJonas.
Nick. Jonas. Smiled. At. Me.
OHMYFREAKINJONAS!!!!
Assuming she was extremely humiliated, Hanna scurried over to her agent. I bit my lip. “Uhm, hi” I tried my best to smile, I could feel my cheeks reddening. They snickered a little.
“Hi” Nick said, not unlike the tone I used.
“Hi!” Maria said cheerfully.
“Hi” Dani said in a business-like tone.
Hanna returned.
“What a wide range of vocabulary you guys got here!” She said teasingly, grinning.
We laughed, Maria laughing the loudest, trying to cover up her embarrassment.
“Anyway, I guess I’ll have to introduce my friends since they’re too embarrassed to say anything” She said teasingly. We giggled.
“I’m Hanna, that’s Lex” She pointed at me, “That’s Dani” She pointed at Dani, “And that’s Mental” She said grinning, pointing at Maria, making everyone snicker, excluding Maria, who blushed, and, wait, did Joe just wink at Hanna? Well, she didn’t seem to notice. How do I know? If THE Joe Jonas WINKED at Hanna Longstone, she would DIE! Anyway, Maria slapped the hand that Hanna used to point at her and giggled, “Stop it! I am not!”
“With that ear piercing scream, yes, you are!” Dani teased.

Don’t Think About It

Dani’s POV


Thank gawd Hanna showed up. Yeah, she seemed to be able to blow away something embarrassing and make everybody laugh about it like Harry Potter totally blows the Clique Series outta the water. Okies, getting off topic nowz, I mean, how did I suddenly start talking about my obsession? Anywhoo… Hanna was already starting to become fast friends with the Jonas’s. How in the name of Merlin does she do it? Lex, Maria, and I were much too embarrassed to do much as mumble about getting a snack and scurry away. I saw her wave and walk towards us, smirking at our embarrassment. I scowled.
“How do you do it?” Ria asked in awe. I slapped her arm.
“Just saying…” She mumbled.
“Do what?” Hanna asked, reaching towards a donut, then, for some reason, grabbing her hand back, and thinking better of it… But we didn’t pay much attention to this.
“Not get embarrassed!” Ria and Lex said at the same time, making me both slap their arms. Gawsh, do they enjoy feeling insignificant?
She smiled and shrugged. “Don’t think about”
Maria suddenly started singing ‘I Don’t Think About It’ by Emily Osment under her breath, making us all giggle. “Miss H. Longstone!” The director called, making Hanna raise her eyebrows.
“Dude… I believe your addressing my Aunt” Hanna said gravely, making us all, including the JoBros laugh. The director chuckled a little, shooting the JoBros a “I like her” look to the Jonas’s. They nodded in agreement, grinning.
“Because,” Hanna continued. “If you were addressing me, you would say, ‘Hey! You! Girl with the designer boots and camo top!’” She said jokingly, getting everybody laugh even more.
“So what should I call you?” The director asked.
Hanna smiled, “Hanna’s fine”
“Okay, Hanna, ready for your audition?”
Thank gawd. Hanna’s going first. I need to watch and learn.
“You betcha” She smirked, and with a wink in the Jonas Brothers direction - I admire her bravery and lack of embarrassment, she walked on the set.
Joe walked on set in front of her, “Hey, I’ll be doing this scene with you, that cool?”
She grinned and winked.
“Too”
We smirked at her choice of word. Joe smirked as well.
“And… ACTION!” The director said.
Hanna pinched the bridge of her nose. “Joe, Joe, Joe” She said in exasperation, leaning against a locker. Why was she saying that? Oh yeah… she was acting. Gawd, she’s good!
He wrinkled his nose. “What?” He asked bemused.
She sighed. “You are so totally and completely clueless when it comes to girls, Joseph” She said with a roll of her eyes.
“I am not!” He said lamely.
“Oh yeah, than why don’t you have a date to the dance?”
“I-uh-uhm…”
She smirked. “Exactly” She turned on her heel and walked away. The director applauded. “Excellent, Excellent, uhm… Alexa Block?” Lex stood up, as did Nick. Apparently they were doing the scene together.
Lex’s POV

Wow, Hanna did great! My eyes widened when I heard the director call my name. “Uhmm… skip?” I said desperately.
The director smiled. “Sorry, baby doll”
I sighed, and walked on the set…

Maria’s POV


I stared as Lex nervously stood up, Hanna placing a hand on her shoulder. “You’re gonna be fantabulous… Pepsi Colita” She whispered, with a little smirk. Lex giggled, confidence obviously boosted, and walked onto the set. She immediately blushed at sight of Nick, and turned desperately to us, mouthing, “HELP ME!” Making us, excluding me, grin and shoot her a thumbs up. I rolled my eyes, and mouthed, “Get over it” moodily. Okay, maybe that was a little mean, but she was auditioning with MY Nick! Grr. Alexandria,((okay, I know that’s not her real name, but I know she’d HATE it if that was her name, tee hee hee)) bit her lip.
“Ready, doll-face?” The director asked.
She pulled on her hair nervously and nodded.
“And… ACTION!”
She cleared her throat.
“Nicholas Jonas - “
“Do not call me that!” Nick said exasperatedly.
She ignored him. “Why” She began, “WHY, did you leave Jessica’s party last week before she even got there?”
“I had…” Nick said, glancing around everywhere but Alexandria’s((Mhmm. I’m cool enough to use it TWICE BABY!)) eyes. “Things to do” I heard him mumble something that sounded like, “Spy mission”
“Things that were more important than Jess’s party?” She asked incredulously.
“…Maybe…”
She slapped his arm.
“HEY!” He protested, rubbing his arm.
“Ugh” She scowled, and turned on her heel and walked away, leaving Nick to lean on the locker in exasperation.
I glared jealously as all of my friends smiled at Alexandria in congratulations. How come SHE got to audition with Nick? What does she have that I don’t have? She is SO not invited to our wedding now!
“Danielle Rodriguez?” The director called again. We all gasped. Hanna stood up. “Oh no you didn’t call my home girl up in here, ‘Danielle!’’” In her joking-ghetto accent, making us all snicker, and the JoBros laughed.
“It’s Dani” Dani giggled.
“Yeah… Okay, Dani, you’re up” The director said.
“Yeah, that’s what I thought” Hanna said with a grin, making us giggle, she dramatically sat back down, the director and the JB’s chuckled.
Dani giggled and playfully nudged Hanna. She stood up as all three of the Jonas’s stood up. “Lucky bucky” Hanna said teasingly, giggling and sticking her tongue out. Dani did her audition, lucky her, it involved Nick Jonas kissing her on the cheek!! NICK JONAS KISSED DEE!!! Gah. The world like, totally hates me. Hanna squealed, and ran over to hug Dee, jumping up and down.

Rupert Grint Fantasies and Unneeded Diets


Dani’s POV


Breath, Dee, breath, I said silently to myself as Hanna squealed and hugged me, jumping up and down.
“Eeep!” She squealed, she was really the only one who was happy out of the four of us. “Your second obsession kissed you on the cheek!” She said in an undertone, unable to hide her glee for me. Ahh, Hanna, gotta love that girl. She’ll always be more happy for her BFFs than for herself. I squealed back.
“Second obsession?” I asked bemused.
She shot me a playful look. “Psh. Like you wouldn’t prefer Rupert Grint kiss you instead”
This made all four of us laugh.
“Yeah” Lex agreed giggling. “Like you don’t have fantasies about getting a part in Harry Potter, and then fake-faint to get mouth-to-mouth from Grint!”
I blushed slightly, giggling, while all my friends broke out laughing. “Good one” Hanna said, high-fiving Lex. Hanna was the humorous one of all four of us.

Nick’s POV

I rolled my eyes as my brothers wolf-whistled at the fact that I had just kissed… what was her name, again? I think it started with a D… aah, Dani on the cheek.
“Oh, shuttup!” I said, genuinely annoyed now.
“So… get her number, bro?” Kevin asked, as if I hadn’t said that, ruffling my hair. I saw one of Dani’s friends(Hanna) nudge her, and nod toward me, making Dani giggle and shove the girl playfully. The girl stuck her tongue out teasingly, and they returned to their conversation with their other friends.
“Eying another girl, are you?”
“Playa!” Kevin nudged me.
I scowled.
I heard the director call, “Maria Diaz”, and watched as a girl, looking nervous, walked over to the set, as another girl, who was acting as Stella Maloyne, walked on set as well. She was doing great, but, that’s not the issue right now. The issue is that my two older brothers wont freakin leave me alone! I was extremely grateful when two of the girls… GAH, I forget the names, walked up to us, distracting my brothers from teasing me any longer.
“Hey!” The… how am I supposed to describe her if I don’t even know her name? Well, she’s taller than the other girl… so, the taller of the two, said brightly. The shorter girl sighed teasingly.
“Must I lecture you again about lack of vocabulary, Lex?” She said teasingly with a grin. Oh right, the other girl is Lex, the shorter girl is Hanna.
“Shuttup!” Lex giggled, nudging Hanna.
Hanna chuckled, “So you’ve got yourself a little girlfriend, Nicholas” She teased. What is this, Tease Nick Jonas Day? My brothers were now in hysterical laughter as she giggled.
“I’m kidding” She chuckled. “I’m kidding”
“Yeah, you better be” I grinned.
Joe playfully punched Hanna’s arm. “Niice” Hanna smirked in response, and I saw her eye the large box full of doughnuts, and seemed to stop herself from taking one.
“Why don’t you eat one?” Kevin said suddenly. She smiled and shook her head.
“Nah”
“Why not?” Joe asked curiously.
“Diet”
We stared at her incredulously - she was pretty thin. She wrinkled her nose.
“Exactly what I said” Lex said gravely, nodding.
Hanna shot her one of those looks girls always do, and shot her a shut-up glare.

The Part of Nick’s Love Interest Goes to…

Hanna’s POV



The JB’s are so nice J . Haha. You should’a seen the looks on my friends faces when they found out I was going on a diet last month. They were just like K ((in a way like, ‘You have gotta be kidding me”). LOL. The JB’s continued to stare at me. “Okay guys… you are officially creeping me out!” They chuckled.
“Just eat it you toothpick!” Nick teased, grinning.
My jaw dropped and I held my hand in front of my mouth in a total Sharpay kinda way. But I was just kidding. “Shuttup!” I playfully punched his shoulder - obviously a little too hard.
“Oww!” He rubbed his shoulder, making his brothers laugh. Me and Lex giggled.
“Whimp” I teased playfully, smirking. He stuck his tongue out, I rolled my eyes.
“Hey,” Kevin interjected. “I dare you to eat a cream filled doughnut” The JB’s smirked.
My jaw dropped.
“You did not just dare me to eat a cream-filled doughnut” I said incredulously - I could not resist a dare.
Lex smirked. “I believe he just did” She turned to Kevin. “Me and my friends really should have thought of that - Hanna can’t resist a dare”
I scowled while the JB’s snickered.
“Fine” I muttered angrily through gritted teeth. Grr. “Lex” I said sweetly.
“Yeah?”
“Do me a favor?”
“Depends, what is it?”
“Remind me to kill Paul Kevin Jonas II later”
We all laughed, while Joe nudged Kevin. “Oooohhh, Kev… you’re a wanted a man”
I reluctantly picked up a cream filled doughnut. “Do I really have to?”
Kevin nodded.
I shot him daggers. “When you wake up with purple hair tomorrow, you most certainly will know who to thank”
Lex, and the JB’s laughed, excluding Kevin, who looked solumn. Oh yeah, I was the mischief maker alright. I took a breath, and took a small nibble.
“Fine. I did it.” I stated.
“The whole thing” Nick retorted with a roll of his eyes.
I glared. “I hate you.”
“I know”
Scowling, I took an actual bite.
Kevin grinned triumphantly. I stomped on his toe, that must’a hurt, I was wearing my designer boots - with heels, oh yeah.
“OW!” He exclaimed, grabbing his foot and jumping up and down - looking rather foolish. We were now in hysterics, I was absentmindedly eating my cream-filled doughnut. Mmmm. How I miss sugar. I finally finished. “YES!” I exclaimed suddenly.
“What?” Lex asked.
“I finished the dare! In your face, Kevin!” I stuck my tongue out at him.
Maria ran over to us, anxiousness etched across her face. “I soo hope to get this part!” She interjected nervously. I giggled. “You were fantabulous, girl”
“We weren’t even watching” Lex pointed out, I glared. Gawd, does she know how to be polite? Maria’s head sunk.
“It’s not like we need to, I mean, why wouldn’t you be awesometastical?” I covered up Lex’s little ‘slip’.
The director walked over to us, as a bunch of girls suddenly appeared behind us. They must’ve been people who auditioned before us.
“The part of Joe’s love interest goes to…”
I crossed my fingers and closed my eyes tightly.
“Hanna Longstone!”
“YES!” I exclaimed triumphantly, as my friends and I hugged, jumping up and down. “The part of Nick’s love interest goes to…”
I bit my lip joining hands with my friends. Oh boy. Dee, Lex, and MiMi were aiming to get this part.

Nerds and Happy Endings

Lex’s POV


Okay, I really hate to bring out my competitive side, but it’s ON now! I squeezed Hanna’s hand so tightly I heard a crack. She squealed a little.
“Ouch!” She squealed, glaring at me. “That was my knuckle you just cracked!” She scowled.
I blushed and giggled a little. “Sorry” I mumbled.
“OWW!” She squealed louder this time, and turned to glare at Maria. She smiled apologetically, “What is this, ‘Crack Hanna’s Knuckles Very Painfully Day’?” She scowled, un-joining our hands so she could rub her knuckles. Me and Maria couldn’t help but giggle.
“The part of Nick’s Love Interest, goes to…. it’s a tie!” The director announced.
Me, Maria, Dee, and about a hundred other girls exclaimed, “WHAT?!”
Hanna has her hand clapped on her forehead in exasperation.
“It’s between Alexa Block,” I sighed in relief.
“and Maria Diaz” MiMi squealed.
Oh boy. This so wont have a happy ending. I turned around to look at Hanna, who had a comforting arm around Dee’s shoulder. Ohmyjonas. I forgot. Dee isn’t even tied for the part of Nick’s Love Interest. “Its okay, Dee” I heard Hanna mutter.
“It’s okay; you’ll get a great part…”
“The part of the nerd, aka, Samantha Rivera goes to…. Danielle”
Hanna glared at the director and cleared her throat.
“-Dani” He corrected. “Dani Martinez”
“See?” I heard Hanna said reassuringly. “You got a good part!”
She looked up at Hanna. “I got the part of a nerd, Hanna”
“Well…” She smiled reassuringly, “Better than nothing, right?”
Dee gave a small, forced smile, “I guess”
“HOLD UP!” Maria exclaimed, making the director turn around. “If me and Lex are tied, then who gets the part?”

Ohmygawd…
Me and Lex have to compete for the role! Why the HECK didn’t I think of this when we both auditioned for the same role? Now I feel retarded. I looked at Hanna expectantly - she was supposed to be comforting me right now! But nooo - she was comforting Dee at the moment. I saw her wave as Dee departed to the snack table. She walked up to me and Lex.
“Tell the truth” Lex stated. She raised an eyebrow.
“’Bout what?” She asked.
“Who do you think deserved the part?” I interjected
She froze, yeah, I cant say I didn’t expect that. Ah-bviously she wouldn’t wanna offend one of us. Gawd. I waited impatiently for her to answer.
“For the love of Nick Jonas, just answer the freakin question!”
She slowly shook her head. Oh no she didn’t…
“We wanna know!” Lex urged.
“No way!” Hanna found her voice. This child is really annoying me now. “No, no, no, no, NO way!”
“Oh, come on!” I said annoyed.
“I am NOT getting mixed up in this!” Hanna declared. “No way no how, not ever and uhm, most certainly not now!”
“Ugh!” Me and Lex both scowled in unision, stomping our left foot at the same time, making Hanna giggle at the unity.
“Just answer us!”
She closed her thump and index finger together, moved it across her lips, pretended to lock her lips, and threw an invisible key away. I glared, scowled, and walked away. Darn her. DARN HER TO JONAS HECK! Grr. I snagged a Coca Cola and drank it as I walked, accidently bumping into Nick, spilling it on my black top. Oh crap. Oh crap oh crap oh crap. Well, at least I was wearing a black top. It’ll dry off soon and nobody will notice.
Nick blushed.
“S-sorry…” He stuttered, looking at the ground.
I couldn’t help but smile - he’s so totally cute when he bumps into me and makes me spill Coca Cola on my black top…
“It’s okay, really” Silence. Awkward silence. The worst silence of the 4 deadly silences. Wait a minute - What did you just say? You don’t know what the FOUR SILENCES ARE? =O. Why am I talking to you? Okay, if I must, I will explain the four deadly silences. The Awkward Silence, The Comfortable Silence, The ‘Ode to ’ Silence, and The Dangerous Silence. Like, duh.
Unable to stand the awkward silence, he raised his hand in farewell, slowly backing away, and turning around, walking away. I giggled. I turned around to see a girl with short, brown hair, about up to her shoulders. She had green eyes and was just a little taller than me. I smiled at her. “Uhm, hi, I don’t think we’ve met. I’m Maria.” I extended my hand. She giggled a little and shook my hand.
“I’m ZB, nice to meet you” She said politely. “Hey, aren’t you tied for the role of Nick’s Love Interest?”
I sighed. I had managed to forget about that for a moment, but noo. She has to bring it up.
“Uhm. Yeah. And I’m tied with my best friend”
She shot me a sympathetic look. “Ouch. That sucks”
“I’m assuming your in JONAS?” I asked. She nodded. I smiled. “Cool, what part do you got?”
“I have the part of Kevin’s best friend, Samantha” She said proudly.
Lucky butt munch. At least she for sure has a part. I pasted on a fake smile. “That’s great!” I said brightly. “Lucky butt munch” I mumbled.
“What was tha-”
“Nothing” I beat her to it, smiling sweetly.
“Hey MiMi” Hanna greeted happily, walking towards us, a bran bar in her hand. Ew. She’s eating [I]bran. Well, at least she’s eating something. Honestly, I didn’t see her eat anything all week.
“Hey Hanna!” I greeted. “This is my new friend, ZB” I introduced, motioning to ZB. Hanna smiled at her and shook her hand.
“You got the part of Brittney, Joe’s love interest, right?” She asked. Hanna smiled and nodded.
Well, looks like 2 lucky butt munches are better than one lucky butt munch.
“You’re Samantha?”
ZB nodded.
“Oh, Ria,” Hanna said.
“Yeah?”
“I came over here to tell you the director wants you to go audition again now”
“Oh, okay, thanks” I said indifferently, nervous, walking in the direction of which Hanna pointed.
“Good luck!” Hanna called.
“I’ll need it” I called without turning around. I could see her smirk and roll of eyes even though I didn’t turn around.

Chapter 12
Triple Dog Dares and Glares of Envy

Lex’s POV


Ohmyjonas, Ohmyjonas, OhmyJonas. Why do I have to compete with MiMi? This would be SO much easier if I was just competing with a stranger or something. Then at least friendship wouldn’t be in danger! I stuck my headphones in my ear, listening to Hollywood by the Jonas Brothers - My fav song. Okay, I know its stupid to listen to a song by the JB’s when I actually am kinda-sorta friends with them? Note to self: Make sure to change ringtone from Hollywood to… uhm, well, that’s the only song I have downloaded on my LG Chocolate, I’ll have to ask Hanna to transfer some of her songs on her Blackberry to mine. Once Ria walked over, the director said,
“Alexa Block, you’re up”
I took a breath, and walked in the room. Some guy handed me the script and I nodded in thanks.
“Action” The director said. I could practically see Maria on all fours, ear pressed against the white wooden door. Well, I’d do the same thing.
I peered down at the script, I had a photographic memory, and since I was so completely nervous, that helped me memorize every word. ((Note: Italicized is acting))
“Uhm… Nick” I said, looking up at him. He seemed to snap out of what he was thinking.
“What? Oh… yeah” He said awkwardly, glancing around and not meeting my eyes.
“So…” I forced myself to blush.
“Yep…” He said, embarrassed.
“I was just wonder-” I started nervously, talking to my feet,
“Yeah?” He cut me off eagerly.
“Do you wanna, do you wanna go, go-” I stuttered…
“Cut! Brilliant!” The director said smiling, standing up. I smiled and nodded in thanks, walking out of the room.
“OW!” I heard two voices say when I opened the door. Ooops. I forgot Maria was on the other end of the door. Oh, and so was Hanna! They both fell backward at the unexpected door coming their way. Hanna clutched her forehead and Ria winced in pain. “Ohmyjonas!” I said in shock, clapping a hand on my mouth. “I’m so sorry! Are you alright?”
“Never better…” Hanna and Maria mumbled at the same time, slowly taking her hand off her forehead, and Maria’s wince of pain wasn’t as… well, winceful, if that’s a word, anyway. I helped both of them up. Me and Maria made eye contact for the first time since the director announced we were tied for the part of Nick’s Love Interest. Maria silently walked in the room. Me and Hanna exchanged a glance, and both fell to the floor, kneeling, pressing an ear against the door. Hanna suddenly smirked.
“What?” I muttered.
She found a screw driver under the table, ((don’t ask why there was a SCREWDRIVER there, because I dunno either)). She poked two holes in the door. I must admire her nerve. This went unnoticed. She peeked through one of the holes, and I did the same with the either. I swear, Hanna’s genious. A little uncaring for consequences, but still a genious. We watched in utter silence, and I saw Nick glance our way, we both moved away immediately. We exchanged s glance, and both ran like the wind in the direction of, well, anywhere but there. Hanna broke out laughing. This girl is crazy, I swear. But that’s why I loved her. I giggled. She eyed the snack table which just so happened to be right behind us.
“Eat it” I said, pointing at the doughnut she was looking at.
“No.”
“Eat it.”
“No.”
“I dare you.”
“No”
My eyes widened. Since when did Hanna deny a dare?
“Double dare.”
She hesitated before saying, “No.”
“I triple dog dare you”
She took the doughnut. Before I could say, “YES!” triumphantly, she put the donut on my head, and pushed it down, I gasped. She smirked.
“You did not just put a doughnut in my hair”
“I believe I just did”
“Its on” I backed up, and threw a doughnut at her. She ducked and it hit some girl ((ZB)) making her jaw drop. My jaw dropped as well, and I clapped a hand on my mouth. Hanna fell to the ground laughing, pointing from me, to the girl. “I-I” I stuttered. She threw about five or six munchkins at me. I side-stepped quickly, and the munchkins hit a cast member, who looked about 16. Right when Hanna’s laughter died down, it came back again. Until the lady threw a doughnut straight at her and it landed straight in her open mouth, making me point and shout, “HA!” Since it was a munchkin, she either had to be sanitary and eat it, or unhygienic and throw it out. She chose to be sanitary and ate it. She threw a doughnut at me, and it hit me square in the face. The whole cast, including Joe and Kevin got into a food fight. Hanna was least hit, mostly because she always grabbed me and used me as a shield. Thanks, Hanna.
“STOP IT!” The director shouted, as Maria and Nick came out of the audition room, now in hysterics in how the cast looked. The cast fell silent, Hanna obviously trying so hard to suppress her laughter, her eyes were watering and her face was reddening, she was biting her lip.
The director cleared his throat.
“The part of Nick’s Love Interest Goes to…” The director began.
“Maria Diaz”
Maria jumped up and squealed. “YESS!!” She shouted triumphantly. I glared enviously. Well, the better girl won, I guess.
“And the part of Kayla, the part of the obsessed fan, goes to Alexa Block” With a curteous nod, the director left. I could feel my eyes watering. I immediately left the studio. Maria exited as well, but took another way to her house. Hanna stayed at my side. Frightened to say anything, she stayed silent, and kept a comforting arm on my shoulder on the walk back home.

Chapter 13
A Phobia of Scary Movies

Hanna’s POV


Lex and I slowly walked to her house. Gawd, I feel bad for this girl. I snickered and reached up to get something out of her hair. She raised an eyebrow at me, making me laugh now.
“You have dougnut in your hair!” I said defensively, giggling, taking it out and flicking it away.
She giggled, “It’s your fault for starting the food fight!” She teased, making me gasp in a
“Hey! If you didn’t go all triple dog dare on me I wouldn’t have to!” I retorted.
She laughed, “Shut up!” She playfully nudged me.
Good. I got her to smile again. Lex opened the door to her house and we both walked in. We ran up to her room, which was of course, a bright blue. She had a round, faux rug under her bed that was blue, a few shades darker than the rest of the room. Her bed was in the middle of the room with two decorative pillows. There were some Nick Jonas posters on the chokato blue painted walls. I plopped myself in a blue bean bag chair as she plopped on her bed. She turned on the TV to MTV. “Yes…” I muttered triumphantly with a smirk as the ‘Crank Dat’ music video came on. We immediately jumped up and did the dance,
“Soulja boy I tell you, I got this new dance for ya’ll, its called the Soulja Boy. You crank dat three times… Soulja Boy up in it oh, watch me crank dat, watch me roll, watch me crank dat Soulja Boy and Superman dat hoe!”
I laughed as I fell forward trying to do the superman part. The sofa broke my fall, thankfully.
“Girl walk on the spot, she stop traffic. She blowin your mind with her asset, so Jessica Alba fantastic instant classic boys like oh” I let my blackberry play the ringtone for a little longer, I just freakin loved that song.
“Yola!” I said into my Blackberry, doing the Soulja Boy at the same time, except I couldn’t use my left arm to do some steps. I heard Joe’s voice on the other end,
“Hey Hanna!”
I tried as hard as I could to keep the eagerness out of my voice. Lex mouthed, “Who’s that?”
I ignored her, “Joe! Hey!” Lex squealed and jumped up and down. I did the superman thing again while I heard him talk, and I fell flat on my face. I burst out laughing in spite of myself.
“Uh, is everything okay?” Joe asked, unsure. I laughed again.
“Oh yeah… I’m just attempting to do Soulja Boy, notice that keyword, attempt” I said jokingly. He laughed. “Anyway, what were you saying? I kinda missed it when I hit the ground”
He snickered and said, “Well, Kev, Nick, and I usually have movie nights every Friday. We were wondering if you wanted to come, the whole cast is coming”
I smiled, “Sure! Sounds great, hold on, Lex is with me, I’m’a ask if she wants to come too” I held the blackberry to my chest, Lex immediately said,
“What did he say? What did he say? What did he say?” Making me laugh,
“Invitation to a movie night tonight. Wanna come wi-”
“HECK YEAH!” She shouted, jumping on her bed. I laughed.
“I’m guessing you heard that…” I cleared my throat, “You might wanna hold the phone away from your ear, ‘HECK YEAH!’” I shouted in to the Blackberry, in an uncanny imitation of Lex. She stuck her tongue out at me. Joe laughed.
“How could I not?” He said teasingly,
I laughed, “So, what time should we head over?”
“Like, around seven”
I shrugged, “Okay, see ya!” I put my Blackberry in my pocket after looking at the time. It was 3:30. 3 and a half hours until watching a movie with the JONAS cast.
“What time?” Lex asked quickly,
“7:00” I informed her.
“We are going to your house, like, now!” Lex got off her bed and ran down the stairs. I ran after her, laughing.
“We just got here!” I protested.
She rolled her eyes, “Yeah, but you have like, the best wardrobe! I so need to borrow!” She stated as if it was obvious. I grinned,
“I do have the best wardrobe, don’t I?” I said teasingly. She laughed. We walked across the street, and I opened the door to my house. My parents weren’t home yet, they didn’t get home till around 5. We went upstairs, and into my bedroom. My room was totally orange. Hey, bright colors make a room look bigger! And come on, you gotta love orange! J I had about 8 small, circular rugs around my bed. My bed had a nice orange pattern on the comforter and some orange striped decorative pillows. There was a lime green lamp behind my bed, and there was a white laptop table next to my bed. I had a white desk and a white shelf next to the right wall. Lex helped herself to one of my closets ((I have 2)).
“I am wearing this top” She declared. It was a pale blue tank that had a few ruffles at the bottom. Wow. That was something I was saving for a party and she wanted to wear it to a movie night?
“Lex?” I giggled, “It’s a movie night, not one of Dani’s parties” She shot me a look,
“I know, but I need to look good!”
“Then look good in casual dress” I insisted with a roll of my eyes.

Lex’s POV

I sighed. Gawd, this girl was breaking my total vibe. Look good in casual dress, how is that even possible? Well, I guess I’m going to have to make it possible.
“How about this?” She held up a pair of knee length jeans. The cuffs were folded and there was a strip of white fabric on the cuff that had three jewls. She was also holding up a white long sleeved tee that was designed to show off the shoulders. I gasped, “Cute!” I exclaimed, grabbing the outfit, making her laugh.
“Uh, I kinda meant for me” She said teasingly.
I giggled and hugged the outfit, “Its mine now” I said teasingly. She laughed. I was half serious. I was SO wearing that. Besides, Hanna doesn’t exactly look the best in white. Who was I kidding, she wouldn’t be caught dead wearing a blank top. There always had to have some kind of design on the top. I would’a took a pair of her shoes, but she’s a size 4 while I’m a size 6. That girl got some fairy feet. So I’ll have to settle for my silver wedges. I watched as she picked out a long sleeved tee. The sleeves were a dark blue while the torso part of the top was a bright blue. In cursive, ‘Athletics’ was written, with glitter on it, the text was outlined in bright blue, and that was outlined with a dark blue. Below that was a silver crown above a row of four stars. Below the stars, there was glittered text that said ‘SKETCHERS’ which was outlined in dark blue. She decided to wear some slim-tight jeans ((slim-tight is basically the only kind of clothing she wears. Don’t ask me why, because I don’t know)) and a pair of sneakers. How could she be this casual?
“Uh, casual much?” I said, raising my eyebrows.
She rolled her eyes, “Yes, very much” She shot back. Yeesh. She fell back on her bed and turned on her TV, obviously she jumped up and danced to ‘Not Like That’ by Ashley Tisdale. I wacked her with a pillow. She laughed.
“What was that for?”
“Helloo, make up!” I reminded her. She rolled her eyes. The most make up Hanna ever wore was lip gloss, even though she owned about half of a make up store.
“You know I don’t where make up” She rolled her eyes.
“Well I do!” I pointed out. She sighed.
“Okay” She said. She stood up and walked over to her shelf. She opened one of the small doors in the shelf, which was stocked with eye make up. Eyeliner, eye shadow mascara, etc.
“Help yourself” She said simply. Yeah, right.
“Help me put it on!” I pleaded, giving her the puppy dog pout.
She smiled, “Okay, okay, sit down” She instructed. I sat down at her desk as she slowly applied some eye shadow. Then, some mascara. She applied some lip gloss and blush. Putting a nice barette in my hair, she smiled. I squealed. She was good at applying make up, had a lot of make up, but never put it on. This girl is mental, I know.
“Thank you!”
She grinned, “What are friends for?”
“Now I need to give you some make up” She went wide eyed, as expected.
“NO way!” She protested.
“Aww, come on! You’ll look great!”
“I don’t wear make up! I never will!”
“Pwease?”
She hesitated, before reluctantly saying, “Oh, fine, but don’t go over board on me”
I smiled. “Trust me” I slowly put on eye shadow and mascara. I gave her just a dash of blush, and gave her some lip gloss. I smiled broadly. She looked so much more different! In a good kidna way, of course. She had kept her eyes closed the whole time in fear of how she would look.
“You can open your eyes now”
She slowly opened her eyes, and ran over to the mirror. Her jaw dropped. She was silent for a moment. She better like it, I spent like, 30 minutes doing that. She squealed, and ran over. She hugged me jumping up and down. I laughed.
“What are friends for?” I quoted her. She giggled and looked at her blackberry.
“We better get going” She said. We both went downstairs and left the house. Walking about half a block, we arrived at the Jonas Household. Hanna knocked on the door. We waited a few moments. Kevin answered the door and smiled. “Hey guys!” He greeted, opening the door a little wider so we could come in. MiMi’s and Dee’s jaw dropped. They rushed over to us.
“You got her to” Maria began in shock,
“Wear make up?” Dee finished, amazed.
Hanna couldn’t help but smile.
“I’ve been trying to do that for years!” Ria said.
“But you didn’t!” I teased. She smiled.
“Shut up!” She said playfully, nudging me.
“You do not know how many times Joe asked when you would be here” Dee said in an undertone to Hanna. I listened intently and snickered.
“Wow, your obsession likes you, this must be a dream come true for you, Hanna!” I teased.
She nudged me. “Shut up!” We walked over to the couch, where Nick and Joe greeted us. Nick put a DVD in the DVD player, and Hanna went wide eyed when The Skeleton Key was shown on the large plasma screen TV. She was like, totally terrified of scary movies.
“Whats wrong?” Kevin asked.
“She has like, a total phobia of scary movies” Dee explained, making Hanna shoot her a killer glare.
“I’ll protect you” Joe teased playfully, making Hanna smile, roll her eyes, and nudge him playfully.

Joe’s POV

Nick is like, officially genious, thinking of inviting the girls over. I smiled as Hanna’s hands quickly reached up to cover her eyes. Wow, she really is freaked out by scary movies. I put my arm around her. She smiled and rested her head on my shoulder.

Chapter 14
Sparks of Politeness and Future Husbands

Hanna’s POV


Like… OHMYFREAKINGAWD! THE Joe Jonas’s arm is around me. Like, I think I might faint. Play it cool, Hanna, play it cool… YAY! Looks like I’m doing a good job. I reached for my popcorn but immediately threw it in the air and squealed of fright when the girl dropped a glass jar - that had a brain in it! Could it get any more gross? HONESTLY. I blushed when I saw Lex’s smirk and heard Dani’s and MiMi’s laugh. I shot them a ‘Shut up before I am forced to kill you’ look, which immediately silenced them. Nick just had to let out a loud laugh. I threw some popcorn at him and stuck my tongue out playfully. He smiled and rolled his eyes.

Nick’s POV

Yep. I’m a total genious. Planning this movie night. I smiled as ZB rested her head on my shoulder as we watched the movie and laughed as Hanna squealed of fright.
“Oh, shut up!” Joe said annoyingly to me with a roll of his eyes. Hanna shot him a grateful smile and returned her attention to the movie, squinting, as if getting ready to close her eyes, yet again. Lex seems to be as frightened. The ending credits rolled, and I could’ve swore I heard Lex and Hanna give a grateful sigh. Girls. I rolled my eyes.
“Is it over?” Hanna asked worriedly, eyes shut tight. Joe laughed.
“Yes it’s all over baby” ZB said in a mock baby accent. My brothers and I laughed.
“Oh, shut up!” Hanna scowled. She suddenly smirked.
“So, which movie next?” Kev asked.
Hanna stared at the DVD holder, “How about Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoinex?” She asked coyly.
“NO!” ZB immediately shouted.
Lex, Maria, Dee, and Hanna laughed spitefully.
“Uh, is there something we’re missing here?” I asked.
Lex smirked. “You’ll see what your missing if and only if we watch Order of the Phoinex” She said mysteriously.
I laughed, “Kevin, pop it in” I instructed.
Kevin grinned and put the DVD in the DVD player,
“Oh boy…” ZB groaned, twirling her hair nervously.

Kevin’s POV

Joe and I have seen this DVD like, ten thousand times. Nick hates seeing it because he hates that Radcliffe dude. Yep, he’s a jealous little whiny baby. ‘Cuz, you know… when that Cho girl or whatever her name was kisses that Radcliffe dude… Oh great, the kissing scene is about to come on. Hanna and Lex burst out laughing before the kiss even happened. What the heck is that all about. ZB shrieked loudly and now all the girls were in hysterical laughter. ZB glared at Hanna.
“What is it?” Nick asked concerned.
“Yeah,” I added.
When ZB didn’t answer, I turned to Hanna, who was laughing too hard to answer.
“Tell ‘em, ZB” Lex managed to say between laughs.
ZB scowled but didn’t reply.
Maria was the first one who’s laughter died down, so she answered, “She hates the fact that that girl who plays Cho, I forget her name, is totally making out with her future husband!” This made Hanna, Lex, and Dee laugh harder.
ZB scowled and hit Maria with one of our decorative sofa pillows, making my brothers and I laugh.
“Hey, that’s our pillow, you know” Nick said teasingly.
ZB smirked and smacked him with the pillow playfully before setting it back in its original spot. The movie ended and the girls stood up. “Well, we best be going now” Maria said politely, making Dee and Lex laugh.
“What?” I asked curiously. What is it with these girls and inside jokes?
“’We best be going now’?” They quoted at the same time. “Where did that spark of politeness come from?” They laughed again as ZB and Hanna snickered. Maria rolled her eyes and smiled.
“Well, see you!” Hanna smiled and waved, as she walked out of the house, ZB, Lex, Maria, and Dani following close behind.

ZB’s POV

“By the way…” Lex said to me as we walked. She giggled, “I never really apologized about that doughnut thing…”
Hanna and Dee laughed as Maria snickered. Oh yeah, I remember that.
“Its okay, besides, I got you back” I said playfully with a teasing wink.
She grinned and playfully nudged me, “Shut up!”
“Gawd, I wish I saw that” Maria whined.
“I should’a brought my video camera” Hanna said teasingly. I laughed. We were walking in the direction of our houses, apparently, Lex’s house was first. She smiled politely and waved good-bye, as did Hanna. I raised an eyebrow. What’s up with that?
“Uhm, why are you going in the same direction as Lex?” I asked curiously.
She smiled, “Oh, I live right next-door to her” She explained. She walked over to her house, opening the door and walking right in, “See you!” She called before closing the door. They seem nice. Maybe moving here from Philadelphia was worth it. It was mega-boring there, and loads more fun here J .

Lex’s POV

I ran up to my bedroom, and made sure that my blue curtains were closed. I squealed and jumped up and down on my bed. What? Do you not know how hard it is to act nonchalant when your with THE Nick Jonas? And of course his brothers who are obviously not as important… Anyway, I checked out the time, which was a very bad choice. Whenever I checked the time, I got tired. It was 11 o’clock. Great. The tiring thoughts are back. I changed into my pajamas, and put Hanna’s clothes in my closet. Psh. Like I care if they’re Hanna’s. They’re mine now. Oh well. Its not like Hanna will mind. About half of her wardrobe is in my closet.
I brushed my teeth, turned off the lights, and went to bed.

Hanna’s Book of World Records


Maria’s POV J


I woke up and jumped out of my bed. I did a little happy dance before walking into the bathroom. What? Oh, like you wouldn’t do the same thing. Today was the first day of JONAS filming, right after school. Why do we even have school, anyway? I mean, we’re not stupid. We’re very smart persons. Why would people like us need to go to school? Shaking my head at how stupid this was, I washed my face and brushed my teeth. I took a quick shower before getting dressed in jeans and a knee length pink dress. Yep, jeans under dresses aren’t what people wear anymore. But I am so bringing it back in. I’m a trendsetter alright. Oh yeah. Be jellin. I slipped on a pair of silver wedges I had borrowed from Dee, like… about two months ago. Oh well. They’re mine now. I ate some scrambled eggs with a siding of bacon. I looked at my watch - Hanna was probably still sleeping. I called her, I knew for a fact that she always kept her cell on her laptop table, next to her laptop, when she was asleep. ‘Cause I so know her that well.
“Heyloo?” I heard her sleepy voice on the other end.
“WAKE UP ALREADY!” I shouted, and then I giggled. I could practically see the lazy girl falling out of her bed in shock out of the sudden yell.
“MiMi, I am so going to kill you at school” She scowled. I laughed,
“Whatever, I have to go wake up Lex”
“Oooh!! Can we both do it?”
“Sure!” I giggled.
We called her, are phones were able to go up to 6-way.
“Yolaaa” Lex’s sleepy voice moaned.
“WAKE UP ALREADY!!!!!” Me and Hanna screamed into the phone in unision. I heard a thud as Lex hit the ground.
“GAWD! I am going to kill you both” Lex snarled.
“Looking forward to it” Hanna said in a sing song voice, making me laugh.
Lex scowled before hanging up.
“I better get ready. See yah in about 30 minutes. Laterr!” Hanna said, now using her usual cheerful tone.
“Bye!” I said right before she hung up.
Just to make sure she didn’t decide to snooze for about ten more minutes, I jogged about half a block to her house, letting myself in. She better be in the bathroom. I ran up the stairs to her room. I saw her under her covers. I tried my best not to laugh. I rolled my eyes and pushed her off her bed. Gawd, she was a lot lighter now because of her stupid diet. I mean, honestly! How can she call herself fat? We’re like, the exact same size! That’s like, calling me fat. Hmph.
“MIMI!!!” She shouted. “You cant be attackin me in my own house!” She said with a laugh.
“I believe I just did” I retorted with a smirk.
She smacked me with a pillow and stuck her tongue out at me playfully.
“Whatevah!” I said teasingly, holding my hand up.
“Best not be messin with me, yo” Hanna said with a roll of her eyes. Yes, Hanna was the ghetto one. She walked into the bathroom and I sat on her bed and waited patiently. After about twenty minutes, she emerged. We both walked back downstairs, arms linked.

Hanna’s POV J

Why do I feel like I’m forgetting something? Gawd, I hate when this happens. Do you not know how AH-NOYING it is to know you’re forgetting something, but cant remember what your forgetting? It’s extremely frustrating. Come on… Hanna, remember what you’ve forgotten you stupid headless chicken! OH YEAH! I remember! I’m supposed to kill MiMi for waking me up on the phone! I rubbed the back of my head, remembering when I fell of my bed and onto the cold wooden floor. Oh, she is SO lucky I got a new orange faux carpet next to my bed or she would be sorta kinda DEAD right about now! Ah well, easy come easy go. We walked down the stairs, arms linked, off to Lex’s house to wake her up. Tee hee, this should be fun. I skipped breakfast [obviously. Don’t you know I’m dieting? . We walked next door to Lex’s house, and I opened the door. We both ran up the stairs, and cleared our throats just in case yelling was necessary to wake her up. Unfortunately, Lex was sitting on her bed, showered, and already dressed, apparently waiting for us. I glared at her.
“I hate you” I stated simply.
She smirked cheekily, “I know”
MiMi smiled and rolled her eyes, and we walked downstairs. Lex snagged a bagel from a plate on the kitchen counter and took a bite as we walked out of her house. Dee was probably already at school, darn her to heck, being so earlyyyyy. I’m not even sure if its possible to be so freakin early! We walked to school which was only about three blocks away. When we got there, it was only 8:00[says my Blackberry, anyway[Aww, man! I didn’t get to put a bracket inside a bracket INSIDE a bracket! Wait a minute! YAY!!! I put a bracket inside a bracket! That’s gotta count for [I]something!]. We’re supposed to be in the building by 8:30 and we have 15 minutes to fix our locker and stuff, so 1st period is at exactly 8:45. No exceptions. Wow. 30 minutes early. That has GOT to be a record for me. I mean SERIOUSLY! I don’t think I’ve ever been that early. So yeah, it’s totally a record. HEY! I should make a ‘Hanna’s Book of World Records’ book. Yep. I’m’a do that RIGHT now.

Tuesday Morning

Didn’t eat or drink anything besides water for TWO WHOLE DAYS STRAIGHT!


Why I put my not eating for two whole days straight thing there too, you ask? You wanna know why? You really really REALLY wanna know why?
I was bored. The end.
I opened my dang locker, which always took me 3-4 tries to open. Honestly, I think my locker truly hates me. That’s why I hate it. Cant we just get along? After my fifth try [I know, my locker truly and completely hates me with a passion. Now I don’t have anything to put in the bracket inside a bracket this time!] I straightened up my locker and looked at my Blackberry. 8:15. 6 and a half hours until JONAS filming.
