Everyone seems to be confused about this so here's the deal.
Everyone will get a raffle ticket even if you're not a member of Mileyworld.
If you are a member though and you bring your card you get one or two extra tickets to put in the raffle.
EVERYONE will get a chance at winning something.

no one is confused anymore.there might be but there is a post that explains everything and the girl even put a post of the reply she got from m mileyworld and si did i..if you look at the forum you will see there is a thread saying .the official mileyworld scoop... (there is more to the title) next time can you chedck before you make a thread .but thanks for posting anyways.

yeah i know that,that's really good..but just cause you're a mileyworld member it doesn't mean you like her more or something. my parents won't let me join! :(
