Can you do a cartwheel?

Can you do a cartwheel or round-off?
Random question, I know...

But I used to do gymnastics, and I loved it.
Then I quit, and started swimming instead. :P
And yeah, I just re-taught myself how to do a cartwheel and a round-off last night for no apparent reason. :S
So...can you do one?

one time, I tried to do a cartwheel but I heard a crack and it was my back. :P
luckily I wasn't hurt or anything though :P

What's round-off? I think the terms in America and Singapore are different.

I can do a cartwheel...barely...lol. I can do one but its not very good. I was only in gymnastics for one year when I was 6.
