My BFF Is going there, Her dad works at the ACC ( thats where the concert is) and her dad can get her free tickets and BACKSTAGE PASSES! Omg she promissed me that shed get me an autograph and a t-shirt signed by miley and the jo-bros

I've seen the tourbook/program/whatever on eBay.
I'm not paying a small fortune for one on eBay, I saw one selling for over 50 bucks. I need to get it at the concert.

Does anyone who went to a concert already know how much they want for them? Apparently it has a lot of new, exclusive pictures, including two they put up with the listing.
