*miley goes to the park and sits on a bench and takes out a journal labeled lyrics*

miley: I miss her so much (miley was talking about her mom, who she wrote the song about.)

miley: *starts to sing*

One thing she noticed was oliver didn’t. everytime someone was mean to miley he look as if he felt sorry for her. principle: everyone at 2:00 we have a special assembly where our special guest star hannah montana will perform.

Ashley: I heard she is really good

The next day at school

Everyone is talking about how awesome hannah montana was. Of course ashley is making up lies and saying that they are bffs. Miley tries to ignore all the negitive comments and trys not to get really excited when she hears the positive ones.

In history class

Teacher: can anyone tell me some of the reasons the Roman empire- (gets cut off by miley’s phone. It starts ringing life’s what you make it)

Ashley: how did she get that ringtone?! You can’t get hannah montana ringtones for another week!

Vanessa: I don’t know but I want it!!

Teacher: miley! Phone! Now!

*miley hands the teacher her phone*

teacher: *answers the phone* hello?

Guy on phone: hi is hannah there?

Teacher: who is this?

Guy on phone: this is nick. Now is hannah there?!

Teach: no there is no one named hannah here

Nick: but this is hannah- *the teacher hangs up the phone*

Nick: that was weird.

Teacher: miley some guy named nick was calling

Miley: huh I don’t know any nicks……..

Teacher: are you sure?

Miley hum…. *thinking* nick nick? *looks at the phone on the teachers desk* omg that is my hannah phone I grabbed the wrong one! But only the record company knows that number… but they said they would be giving it out to some celebritys… but who is named nick? NICK JONAS! *talking* OMG OMG AHHHHHH I KNOW WHO IT IS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Teacher: do you care to explain why you just interupted the class with that outburst

Miley: I’m good. *sinks lower into her seat*

Ashley: that freak!

Zac: I know!

After school miley gets her phone back and goes to the park but what she doesn’t know is oliver followed her there.

Miley: nick? I heard you called earlier

Nick: hannah! Why did some random lady answer ur cell?

Miley: oh that was just….. MY HOME SCHOOL TEACHER! She didn’t want me distracted so she said there was no one by that name there

Nick: ok……. Well I called to tell you that you are going to be the opening act for us tomorrow night.

Oliver: well she writes songs and is really good at singing….umm nick is her cousin nick jones and she is going to visit him in the hospital.
Ashley: sure she is…… go follow her and she where she is really going!

*oliver follows her to a hotel but she “disappeared” and all he could find was hannah montana so he followed her instead. He followed her to a stage thing then she went backstage so he decided to just watch the show in an hour.*

Joe: we are so excided to do a concert with you!

All day the only thing oliver could think about was miley. He couldn’t believe she was Hannah Montana. He still had that secret crush on her but her is very curious on why she is lying about who she is. He is also depressed she has a boyfriend, and not just any boyfriend, nick jonas

Oliver just looked at his food all depressed

the next day at school during lunch

sam: OMG last night i met hannah montana and her boyfriend mike!!!!!
miley: cool
oliver: sweet
sam: they reminded me alot of you
miley: hehe ya so halloween is in 2 days and we still don't no what to do to ashley
oliver: um we could.... no that wouldn't work...ummm
sam: um......we could go to her house late at night and start banging on her window. she will go look and see what it is and we can put a sign outside the window and it can say something like i'm watching you. she will get freaked out. then we can call here but we will dial *67 first so she won't no who it is and breath in it. then we can um.......sneak in her house and break something so she will think some1 is in her house. she will start going insane. one of us will sneak behind her and push her down. another one of us will cover her face and the last on of us can tie her up.
oliver:what will we do with her after we tie her up?
miley: i now we can lock her in her closet
sam: ok!!
oliver: ok so now we no our plan
sam: let's meet at my house at midnight on halloween to do the plan

Chapter 13

*a few hours before the prank thing*

*sam and miley are in miley's room picking out stuff to wear and talking about the date*

sam: you were soooo good when you sang!!
miley: thanks!
sam: OMG i forgot to tell you hannah montana and her boyriend mike are coming tonight
miley: cool.......
sam: ok.... so what do you think of nick?
miley: well i trust him again, which is good. just be careful
sam: what do you mean you trust him again?
miley: i think it is time to tell you the truth
sam: what do you mean?
miley: i was going to wait and tell you tonight with everyone else but i have to get ready so i am going to just tell you now. but you have to promise not to tell ANYONE
sam: i promise now what is it?
miley: come here

*miley takes sam to the inside of her closet*

sam: why are we in your closet?
miley: because look *pulls back her clothes to show her two doors that say hannah montana on them
sam: wow you are a big hannah montana fan!
miley: no sam I AM HANNAH MONTANA *opens the door to show her the "hannah closet"
sam: OMG!!! MY BESTFRIEND IS HANNAH MONTANA!!!
miley: lol yes i am
sam: this is sooooooooooo cool!!!!!!
miley: but remember you can't tell ANYONE!
sam: i no!! wait it was you at the party and let me guess mike is oliver?
miley: you no it!
sam: lol you rock!
miley: thanks!
sam:so you are going to tell nick kevin and joe tonight right?
miley: after a lot of thinking yes i am
sam: sweet!!!
miley: ya i think i can trust them i mean they are really nice guys and i no nick never ment to hurt me
sam: ya

they get ready (miley puts on her hannah wig)

oliver comes over

oliver: hey mi- hannah. sam knows?
miley: ya i figured i should tell her before everyone else cuz i had to get ready
oliver: ya
sam: well let's go
oliver and miley: ok

they go to the park near ashley's house where they said they would meet the jonas brothers

sorry it's short but like i will post the next chapter really soon!! like prob tonight cuz i have nothing better to do!!
i am going 2 be like really nice and say 2 comments till the next part (maybe 1!!!)

at the park

*hannah mike and sam walk over to kevin nick and joe*

nick: hey hannah sam mike

mike hannah and sam:hey

sam:joe do you have the stuff

joe: you no it!

kevin: so where are miley and oliver

sam: *looks at hannah and mike*

hannah: *nods* come here

nick joe kevin and sam follow hannah and mike behind the sign that says the park name

kevin: why are we standing behind a sign?

hannah: because i have something to say

joe: what?

mike: you have to promise not to tell anyone

nick joe and kevin: promise!

hannah: well...... *pulls of her wig* i'm hannah montana. me miley

mike: i'm oliver

*nick joe and kevin's mouths drop*

nick: you mean i actually dated you?

miley: ya is that a bad thing

nick:no! it's just i never thought hannah montana would be a person in a wig

miley: well she is

joe: omg that is sooooo cool!

kevin: ya it is!!

hannah: lol

sam: now that we all no miley is hannah let's get on with the parnk!!

*nick was looking in the window*

nick:lol some girl named vanessa thinks i'm hott

nick: aww thanks!
kevin: please stop before i barf
sam: ok
joe: well let's get started with the plan!
miley oliver joe kevin and sam: ok!!

*nick knocks on ashley's window then hides*

beautifulAsh11- omg some1 just knocked on my window
babyvanessa22- don't worry it's prob a squirrl (sp?) or some1 throwing a rock at your window

miley: ok me and oliver will sneak in her house and go break a few dishes in her kitchen. sam and nick will go knock on all her windows. joe and kevin when the time is right one of ya'll throw the bag on her head and the other tie her up.
nick joe kevin sam and oliver: ok!

*they all split up*

*with sam and nick*

nick: ok so we are supposed to knock on windows so let's go!
sam: ok!

*they run around like 2 year-olds knocking on all the windows*

*with miley and oliver*

oliver: how are we going 2 get in?
miley: idk maybe the door?!
oliver: isn't it locked?
miley: i don't know let's check

*they go to the door and find out it is unlocked so they sneak into the kitchen*

miley: *whispers* ok now start breaking stuff

*ashley comes back in her room to get her purse when........ joe and kevin sneak up behind her and joe throws the sheet/bag thing over her and kevin ties her up*

ashley: ahhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! let go of me!!!!
joe and kevin: *they start cracking up*
ashley: who are you??!?!?!!!
joe: *in a deep voice* i am you worst enemy!
ashley: ah!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
kevin:*carrys her to the kitchen where sam nick miley and oliver are*
kevin: *whispers to miley* now what?
miley: *whispers to kevin* i no
kevin: *whispers* ok.....
miley: *in a high squeeky voice* ashley we will let you go in one condition
ashley: anything!!
miley: *in a high squeeky voice* tomorrow at school get on the intercom and say " i'm sorry for all the mean things i have done"
ashley: ok!
miley *in a high squeeky voice* AND you have to run around the school in a pig costume
ashley: .....
sam: *whispers to miley* miley if you make her do that you are just as bad as her i mean i thought this was a good idea but now that i have been thinking we are being just as bad as her.
miley: *whispers to sam* i agree let's just let her free. i think we have done enough trouble for tonight.
sam: *whispers to miley* kk
miley: *in her normall voice* ashley we're sorry and we are going to let you free. i mean all we are doing is turning into you so kevin joe let her go
ashley: miley?!?! you did this wait who the heck are kevin and joe??? they don't go to our school i would no

*joe and kevin untie her*

nick: o and if your wondering i'm nick

*the next day at school*

ashley: ok v you no the plan
vanessa: yup
ashley: ok

*sam oliver and miley walk in the school*

sam: i'm am sooo tired but it was worth the loss of sleep
miley: ya it was
oliver: it would have been better if SOMEONE didn't tell kevin and joe to let her go
miley: well they didn't have to listen to me and blame sam for the guilt she put on me
*they all start cracking up*

*ashley and vanessa go over to them*

vanessa: *to sam* NO1 STEALS MY FUTURE HUSBAND
sam:...........
ashley: vanessa calm down
vanessa: sorry
ashley: ok now back to why we are here. what you did last night was soo uncool and so your going to pay for what you did
*sam miley and oliver start cracking up*
ashley: i wouldn't do that is i were you.
oliver: and why not
vanessa: BOYS!!

*jake and zac come over and grab miley and sam*

oliver: you forgot me
ashley: no we didn't

*emily comes over and grabs him*

oliver: nevermind
ashley: now if you want to be free you have to bring the jonas brothers here and sam has to break up with nick so vanessa can have him and convince joe to go with me

ashley: and make kevin go with emily

*as she said that jake zac and emily threw them in a closet and locked it (the lock was on the outside*

*they all walk off*

oliver: well this stinks

*oliver won't stop complaing. miley keeps singing about how horrible this is and sam is drawing*

nick: let's go to the school and bring miley sam and oliver lunch

*they drive to the school (they are wearing disgueses(sp?) and walk by the closet and hear oliver complaing*

joe: is it just me or do you hear something coming from that closet
kevin: it sounds like oliver
nick: let's check it out

*they unlock the door and open it*

sam: nick!!
joe: why were ya'll locked in a closet??
miley: well ashley was mad at us for scaring her and vanessa was mad at sam for dating nick so they got zac jake and emily to grab us and lock us in this closet.
nick: ok...........
kevin: well ya'll are safe now
oliver: i don't know they are going to keep trying to harm us and with all the money they have they can do anything
sam: wow that's scary
nick: ya it is!
joe: nick kevin can i speak to you privetly
nick and kevin: sure.........

*they go to a corner*

joe:they are in real danger and we can't let them get hurt
kevin: ya....
nick: i have an idea
joe: what?
nick: well you know how we are going on tour soon and hannah montana is coming (they haven't told her yet)
kevin: ya...
nick: well can't oliver and sam come too
joe: that could work!
kevin: let's go ask them

*they walk back to sam miley and oliver*

nick: well we were wondering if sam and oliver would want to come on tour with us so then they could be safe
miley: what about me :mad:
joe: oops we forgot to tell you miley you are already coming as hannah montana
miley: omg i get to go on tour with ya'll ya!!
kevin: we thought you would say that
miley: lol
nick: so sam oliver can ya'll come
sam: i am so there!!
joe: what about you oliver?
oliver: i am so sorry but i can't
sam: why?
oliver: i think i should have told ya'll earlier but i.i.
miley: your what?
oliver: well let me start with this miley we need to break up

oliver: my dad got transferd we are moving tomorrow...

kevin: well the tour starts in 2 days and tomorrow we have to go pick out the bus so we are going to go
