How do you make a website with cutenews?

alright well you upload it to your cpanel[if you have freewebs its not going to work]
once you upload it, extract the file contents, then delete it. once youve done that a new folder will appear, go into that and go to the index and the url for it is usually yoursiteurl.com/cutenews
or if yours is .net or .org whatever it is then ya
and jsut set it up from there
