In photoshop, how do you resize a picture?
because its to big for my blend, and i need it smaller.

press ctrl+t for free transform then drag the corners while holding shift so it's proportional
or go to image-image size and you could adjust it from there, just make sure the constrain proportions box is checked

or you can go to Image >> Image size
then change it there ;)

actually you could but you have to drag it first on the canvas your working on or you have to double click the layer first since it's locked (like where it says background the there's a lock beside it) and you can't do anything to it
I always use free transform for resizing my image so I know it works :)
