Capping Videos.

Hey guys! I came here because I know you guys always have up-to-date HQ Hannah Montana/Miley Cyrus videos. Anyways, on Friday, The Cheetah Girls are going to have a Cheetah Chit-Chat special and premiere their new music video, So Bring It On, and I would like to cap it for my BLOG (http://littlecheetahwomen.blogspot.com/), however, I don't know how. Can anyone help? Thanks :)

You need to have a dvd recorder then you record it off your tv and ripp it from your computor and upload it
