haha it works every time.
they find a gorgeous girl, make her her own tv show. (ex, lizzie mc., hannah mon., etc.) they use most of the same plots and have the same "characters" basically.
then they let her sing some songs in disney mania (whatever edition)
next, they give her a record deal.
next, they give her clothing line, etc. dolls...
concert tours, and the rest is history!

Yep, when Disney looks for actors/actresses they don't just find normal kids, they find the ones who can act, sing, dance, and generally very good looking.

So far their plan seems to be working really well, lol.
