Miley and her dad often say "ain't" on the show, but I'm not from the USA so I wanted to know if it means the same like "isn't" and if it's just a country slang...

Well, I say ain't all the time and yeah it means isn't like if I said.."That ain't gonna happen!" Its just the same as saying.."That isn't gonna happen!" It's a very common word a lot off ppl say it although I'm not sure if that word was brought up by country ppl..It's still a very common word! =]

"Ain't" is a word that's used heavily here in the South, although it's becoming more widespread. Most people accept it, but it shouldn't be used in formal coversations, public speaking, etc.

I rarely use it, but like previously said, its the same as "isn't."

Yeah, I use it a lot, a lot of Southern people and other people use it. It doesn't just mean the same is isn't, ain't can be for "isn't, aren't, or even am not"
Example: I ain't gonna do that.
I am not gonna do that.
I'm not gonna do that.

ya it is like a southern
and i say it with out even noing it and my friends laugh @ me when ever i say it cause i am the only one fron the south
