Here are some rules... but first I want to say that I am not that good at making blends, better at avatars and blinkies, but I will make you one if you want one... And comments are Welcome!!!
And I make the kinds of siggys with avatars in them too.
1. No Spamming
2. No Fighting
3. Use what I make you for at least 5 days
4. Dont Rush Me
5. Must Fill Out A Form
6. Do not pm me a request, request it in here
7. Credit me in my gallery and in your siggy
8. No Double Posting...(except for me...I get to because I have examples and requests to reply to.)
9. No bumping
10. Don't take my examples
11. You ARE allowed to comment!
12. Don't take my requests for anyone else but you
13. Credit me as deannadynamite94
14. I only make avatars and signitures!
15. I will not give you what you want if you break the rules.
16. I won't make you a siggy if you have a matching avvi already. vise versa.
17. I MUST have the pics you need
18. I will report you if you are mean.
