honestly I dont think that shes close to being up to miley standards
but shes ok
her voice sounds a little techno or computerized at some parts

I think that she's better than Miley personally, but I also feel bad for her being compared to Miley.
Beating Miley at anything will be hard to do, considering that Miley is way more famous than Emily even though Emily has been in more stuff and has had a longer career.

Emily's career started a long time ago (with Spy Kids? I think so.) and yet Miley is much more famous.

she sings in "Get Down And Study-Udy-Udy" with Miley and she's pretty good!
