CONFUSED ON TICKET SALES! please help

ok, i am SO confused about the pre sale ticket sales! i am a member of miley-world, and i am going to the concert in Minniapolis on the 21st i think! its the 3rd concert. when will i be able to get the presale! please explain this stuff to me!

Ok, today is the 14th! i went to mileyworld, and i clicked on my concert, and it brought me to ticketmaster! and i didnt c my concert! I CANT FIND THE TICKETS! I DONT THINK THEY R ON SALE FOR MY CONCERT YET! I THINK THEY COME ON SALE TUESDAY THE 4TH! OF SEPTEMBER, BUT IDK! PLEASE HEPL!
