Probably not but they do sell a hannah montana wig. I'm not sure if it comes in all sizes though.

I'll see if you are right about Target selling them. I'm going there tomorrow too. I'm wondering how much they sell them at Target.Um I'm going to check that out.

I saw one at this store called Justice, they sell ones that look a lot like it, more than the ones at Claire's and Club Libby Lu's and the wigs the people wore at the London concert. They also sold hair peices like, with fake hair with purple and stuff, which was cool.
