You can go to this site for brush recources:
http://www.ajoyfulheart.com/pspphotoshopbrushresources.htm

Then pick any of them and go find a set of brushes you want.

For Image Packs:
Download them then put all the picks in Photoshop and go to Edit>Define>Define Brush. And you can make them into brushes.

For Photoshop Brushes:
Download them using Winzip or Winrar, or whatever you have and open the zipped folder then Move the brush set to:

My Computer>Local Disk>Program Files>Adobe>Adobe Photoshop>Presets>Brushes

or if they are compressed zipped folders go to computer,(werever you put it), and right click it and click extract all. go threw all the steps and then you can use your brush!
