Chapter 1
Tick, Tock. Tick, Tock. Miley had a notebook in one hand, and a pencil in the other. She felt the cold window compress against her rough hot skin. It was raining, or shall I say pouring outside.She looked down at the notebook. On that sheet of paper she was going to write out all her feelings. Though like her feelings, she was confused. She was also hurt, miserable, and sad. She began to write. I hate Jake Ryans. She had much more to say. But all she had to say was put into four little words. I hate Jake Ryans. She had caught him kissing Lily at the mall. She devoted her time, and love to him. And the backstabbing Lily took that all away from her. Sometimes she wished she was with her mother. In heaven. Feeling happy, and having no worries. But she knew she had some things to do on this earth. Thats why she was still here. She slowly closed the notebook and looked out the window. She saw cars passing by trying to get to their houses, little kids playing in the rain, while their mothers yelling at them to get back in before they catch a cold. But she didnt have her mind on the cars, nor the mothers screaming to their kids. She had her mind on Jake. She still loved him. And she loved him good. She would have done anything for him. She wouldnt have cared if she had to stab herself to save him. She guessed he didnt feel that way. She grabbed her guitar and played a slow melody. She also began to sing. "They say that good things take time, but really great things happen in a blink of an eye. Thought the chances to meet somebody like you were a million to one. I cant believe it. Ohh oh. Your one in a millon." She was going to continue the song but got interupted by a phone call. She quickly answered it. "Hello?" On the other line was Mrs.Truscott. "Miley dear.Lily's dead."

Chapter 2
Miley stood in silence. She felt every inch of her body turn into nothing but numbness. She had also felt like someone hit her with a brick wall. Lily was like a sister to her, but at the same time a backstabber. Should have she been happy? Or sad?She really didnt know. One part of her said, "No this isn't happening." But the other side of her knew the truth. Lily was dead. Mrs.Truscott was crying into the phone. Miley had tears all over her face but she didnt feel them. "W-W-Why?" She then let out a sudden anger. "Who did this?!" She really didnt know. Instead she dropped the phone to the floor, and ran crying out of her room, and out of the house. Robby Ray knew something was happening, but Miley slammed the door in his face.She sat on the wet frozen steps of her house. She wanted Lily to be comforting her at that moment. But Lily was dead. Cold dead. She was up in heaven. With Miley's mother. "Well You finally meet my mom Lily. What you always wanted." She said with the tiniest smile on her face. She keep on thinking over and over again. Who had done this?She then thought of the only person Lily had been with before she died. Jake Ryans.

Miley felt the wind gush by. She should have known. It was Jake. I mean, he was the only person she was with before she died. And he hadnt shown up anywhere. So It had to be Jake. She stood up and walked quietly into the house, not even bothering to close the door. She walked up the stairs, ignoring her brothers comment on how she looked like a zombie. She went into her room, closing her door, but leaving it the tiniest bit open. She plumped herself down on her bed. She felt dizzy, and sleepy. But she couldnt fall asleep. Her eyes keep on darting back and forth to her phone. Just as she was going to fall asleep, her phone rang. She picked it up seeing the caller id. Unknown. She was confused. Never had her phone said Unknown. She picked it up. "H-Hello?" She said into the phone. "Miley, Your next."

Ugh short again. But I had to leave suspense! Comment away! ;)

Chapter 4
The person on the phone immediatly hung up. Miley stood in shock. Did that person just say that she was going to be next? Next in what? Miley was confused. She thought of what happened to Lily. No,no,no. She couldn't be next to that? Or could she? Miley sat on the bed thinking. Robby Ray then came in. "Miles, Lily's mother called. The funerals today. At 7:00." Miley looked up at her dad. "I c-c-cant go Daddy. Its t-to hurtful." She ended up with tears all over the face. "But bud," He sat down next to her. "Lily would love if you were there. I mean aren't ya'lls best friends?" Miley looked down. "I guess.J-Just let me get ready." Robby then left and Miley changed into a black dress. Once it was 6:45, Robby and Miley left to the funeral. They arrived just in time. It started. Miley walked over to the little coffin. Lily's body was lifeless. Miley couldn't handle it. She took off her heels and began to run. She bumped into Oliver. Once she looked up at him, she kissed him. She then hugged him and began to cry on him. "It's gonna be alright Miley." He was also hurt. Miley stood up. "How can you say that? She was my best friend. The one who cared for me. I cant stand seeing her lifeless body like that when she used ot be so jumpy, and non-stop. It's not fair." She cryed even more, making Oliver hug her, but she keep on pulling away. "Just leave me alone!" She ran awa until she bumped into someone. Or something.

Chapter 5 Part 1
After that,Miley didn't know what happened. Everything just went black. Once Miley awoke, there was a little person standing next to her. Her vision was still kindof blurry but she knew who it was. Rico. "R-Rico?" Rico laughed his evil laugh. "You mean Rrrrrico!" He said smiling down at Miley. Miley tried to stand up but she couldn't feel her legs. "Now string bean, I know who killed your best friend." Miley then felt the power in her legs come back to life. She stood up, and grabbed Rico by his shirt. "Who?" Rico smiled. "Me."

Chapter 5, Part 2
Miley dropped him. "You didn't!" Rico smiled. "Actually I did. It's called a knife." Miley walked over to him. "And it's called you better run." Rico snapped his fingers. "No, its called bodyguards. Phillip and Bob!" Two buff men stepped out and Miley backed away. "But how could you, she was important to me!" Rico walked over to her. "And your important to me! I love you, Miley! Dont you see that?" Miley rolled her eyes. "Way to show your love!" Rico stepped leaned in closer to Miley. "I killed someone else too." Miley stepped on Rico's foot making Rico step back. "Yeah, Your diginity." Rico laughed. "No, someone you know." He looked at his bodyguards. "Bring him out boys!" They brought out a lifeless body. Miley gasped. "Jake!?"

Rico smiled. "No, it's the easter bunny." Miley got angry. "You didn't you little freakin' a-" She couldn't talk because Rico covered her motuh with his hand. Luckily, he let go. "Rico, Your s-so..UGH!" She again grabbed him. "Why'd you do it?" Rico looked up at her. "Again, because of Love." Miley smiled. "Wrll I hope you love this." She threw him to the ground. "Theres something else I know. Miley rolled her eyes. "And whats that? That your a short freak?" He laughed. "No, Your Hannah Montana."

Chapter 6
Miley froze. "Hannah Montana? Never.I wish." She fake-smiled. Rico rolled his eyes. "Cut the act string bean. I know your Hannah Montana. I have proof." He took out his cellphone and showed her the video. There stood Hannah singing in 'Mileys' room, and then taking it off. It was the window view. Miley gasped. "You little dirty-mouthed finger-sucking looki-" She got cut off by Rico. "Miley. Come on. You know, your Hannah." Miley looked at the floor. "But You cant tell anybody! That's like i-i-illegal!" Rico smiled and laughed. "Illegal? Please. Theres only one way, so I wont tell the world your Hannah Montana." Miley looked up with hope in her eyes. "What?" Rico got closer and kissed her on the cheek. "You, as my girlfriend."

Chapter 7
"Short Kid say what?" She looked ataken back. "Are you okay Rico?" Rico laughed. "Yes I am, babe." Miley shivered. "Woah there, I am not your girlfriend." Rico laughed and the guards brought out a little box. Rico opened it and inside was a gun. "Now, Miley, You say yes ot being my girlfriend or you see this gun towards your face." Miley then got scared. Really scared. "Call me your gal." She said with a fake smile.
**HOURS LATER**
Miley was safely in her home. They had let her go, only if she promised to go out on a picnic-date with Rico tomorrow at 6, and to not tell anybody about what happened. She thought she was going to, but then she keep on seeing the gun in her head, and Rico's little voice saying 'Or you see this gun towards your face.' Miley looked at the clock. 11:59 pm. "Great, Just a bit more hours left to my date with Rico." She then drifted off to sleep.
**IN HER SLEEP (DREAM)**
Miley awoke to a familiar voice. She rubbed her eyes, so her vision can focus clearly. She really thought she was going loony. She saw her mother. Her dead mother. "Good Morning Sweetie!" Miley put on a huge smile and hugged her mom. "No, hello to me?" Behind her mom was Lily. Lily, Her best friend. Miley got tears of joy in her eyes. "Lily. I missed you so much! Why'd you have to leave?" Lily didn't get the chance to answe. "Ya'lls better hurry up talking so we can plan out a way to stop Rico." And they began to chat.
**BACK IN REAL LIFE**
Miley smiled in her sleep. She knew Lily and her mother were watching over her like guardian angels.

Miley awoke. She turned to her side, where her dad was standing with Jackson. "Mile! You finally woke up bud." Miley sat criss-cross on her bed. "Yeah. Whats up?" Jackson handed Miley a note. "It came with the newspaper." Miley opened it and read it silently. 'Date at 6:00 pm, toots.' Miley closed it, and looked at her dad, smiling. Once they both got out and closed the door, Miley rolled her eyes. She decided to tell her dad about this. I mean she would have told Lily, but shes dead. Rico, her babe, killed her. "Dad!" Robby Ray came up. "Yeah Mile?" Miley took in a deep breath. "Im dating Rico."

Robby Ray looked stunned, but then broke out laughing. "Very funny, Mile." Miley stood back. "But it's true Daddy! Rico killed Lily and Jake." Robby Ray laughed even more. "I think your dreaming Miley. You should get some rest." Robby Ray made her lay down, and he got out of the room. Miley whispered to herself. "I hate you!" She threw a pillow at the door, falling asleep with tears over her face.

Chapter 9
"You Get The Best Of Both Worlds! Chill It Out, Take It Slow, Than You Rock Out The Show." Miley put one finger on the button to stop her alarm clock. She slowly lifted her head up. The timer read '5:15' She grunted knowing that at 6:00, it would be her doom. Her doom with a little short-stack of hay, Rico. She got up going to the bathroom when her 'Hannah' phone rang. "Hello?" She forgot to check the caller I.D. "Hannah! Is that you?" She knew that voice. She knew it good. Mikala. "Mikala! You seem to be in a good mood today. Did you finally realize the truth, that you cant beat me at singing?" Mikala rolled her eyes. "No Fattanah." Miley gasped. "We have a concert rehearsel today. And Guess who's going first? Me." Mikala smiled to herself. Miley rolled her eyes again. "Listen here you one hit, bobblehead. No way your going first. Hannah is all about being first. Yah heard!" She hung up. She then realized that the concert rehearsel was at..6:00. The same as Rico's date. She had to think of something quick. "Come on Miley, think!" She then thought of something smiling evily. "Or shall I say, Hannah."

"Micocoroach." "Hannah Fattana." "One Hit Bobble-Head!" "Wimp-o-titos!" Mickala and Hannah were fighting, on who was going to go on the stage first. "Tone-depth toad!" Hannah smiled. "Oh yeah, I went there!" Mickala rolled her eyes, and turned her back on Hannah, she walked off talking to her nosy-mouthed woman of a manager. Hannah turned around and looked down. "Ri-co! Hi Honey!" She fake-smiled. "Okay Hannah. How come I had to come watch you rehearse, when we had our precious date time." Rico looked up questionaly at Hannah. "Well, you know me. Always busy." She giggled. "But Later, I promise we will have our valuable date time." She winked at him, and then the director came and told her to practice. "See you later, babe!" She waved flirtingly goodbye to him. She got up on stage. She muttered quietly."Rico. Your in for it."

Miley.Miley.Miley. Wake up. Miley? Miley rolled over. She knew that voice. She looked up squinting. She then stood up. "Oliver?" She yawned. "What happened? Who made me go to sleep?" She grabbed him by the collar. "ONLY chest hair!" Miley let go rolling her eyes. "Yeah yeah. Now tell!" Oliver looked down. "Well. Miley. Where to start. Some dudes try to poision you but luckily I was there to see everything. I quietly slipped out both of their guns and told them to let you go. They listened and I carried you here." He finished. Miley smiled. "You did that for me? Thats so nice Oliver!" She hugged him, not wanting to let go. She somehow felt safe there. And when she did, Oliver and her were WAY to close. She didn't know why but she leaned in and kissed him.

Chapter 13
She seperated with her eyes closed. She really didn't know what happened. Oliver was stunned but he had to admit. Miley was a good kisser. "Um..I should get home." Miley left running in the pouring rain. Oliver smiled to himself and he also walked home.
**AT THE HOUSE**
Miley was thinking about the kiss. Why did she do that? I mean, it's not like they were a couple. She wasn't even sure if she liked him. She shook herself out of it. Robby Ray came in. "Miles. Phone for yah, bud." She grabbed the phone and answered. "Hello?" Oliver took in a deep breath. "Uh, Hi Miley. Im sorry Im calling you so late." Oliver looked at his watch. It was 6:13 pm. He was such an idiot. "Um, so. I wanted to ask you something." This was so hard for him. He decided to get it over with. "Will you be my girlfriend?"

Miley thought she was dreaming. She even pinched herself. "Um..Hold on." She put the phone down and started happy dancing. "YES!" Oliver heard her and smiled. Miley danced so hard, and hit her desk. The phone fell to the floor. "Dang it!" She picked up the phone cautiosly. "Oliver?Yes." Oliver was happy himself, but boys dont happy dance. He smiled. "Great.Good night Miley." He hung up. He was dreaming about Miley until he felt osmething hard hit h is head. He didn't know what happened next, but he remembered seeing a knife, blood, and unconsciousness.
