A Moment Like This
This is my first fanfiction I SWEAR to continue. Others have just plummeted.

When Miley and Jake have broken up, Miley thinks her love life is over until she meets the perfect man of her dreams. But what happens when Jake knows she has moved on? Or when someone falls SO deeply in love with Miley they will stop ANYONE that gets in their way of being with her?

I may not start right away because I will be busy. I have been inspired by Miles_Of_Smiles_Rock to do this fanfiction. Enjoy.

Chapter 1:

"Miley..." started Jake. "I love you and I know you love me too. But I think we are better off as friends now." said Jake to Miley. "Okay" said miley tearing up. "See you." she said. Jake started to leave. "Bye." he said. "Oh and Miley?" Jake said turning around. "Yeah?" asked miley. "I'm Sorry" said Jake. then he walked out the door. After that Miley burst into tears. She ran to her room and locked the door. She wouldent talk to anyone.

Chapter 2:

"Miles, do you wanna talk about this?" asked Mileys dad. "NO!" shouted Miley. "Oh No. Not the single quick no" said Robby. "Daddy, I just don't get it. Jake and I were so perfect together." Said Miley. "Well Bud maybe he is just trying to protect you." Said Mileys dad. "But but- DADDY!" Shouted Miley. "Maybe its for the best." Said her dad. then he walked away. Miley got on a big grey sweatshirt. She had an orange Hollister tee underneath and she was wearing Hollister jeans. She got on her flip flops and ran to the beach and sat at Rico's during the sunset. She cried the whole time. She didnt get anything right then. "Hey. Whats the matter?" Asked rico. "Jerk Ryan." said Miley. "Ohh..." said rico. Just then rain started POURING. Miley put her hood up. When Jake came up to her she just ran. Faster than anyone could imagine. She slipped and fell into a patch of wet grass. When she thought nothing could make her feel any better someones hand pulled her up. She saw a tall man. Most likely a Junior. "Hey. Are you okay?" He asked. His long scruffy blonde hair was blowing around it was of course wet. "I- I think so." Said Miley. She bit her lip. "I'm Dan." said the boy. "I'm Miley" said Miley. "Miley? Thats a pretty name." Said Dan. "Thankyou" said Miley. She smiled a huge, genuine smile. The rain had stopped the sun was just about to set. "Hey do you wanna go on a date sometime? Say This saturday at noon?" Asked Daniel. "Sure." Said Miley. "I'd like that" she said. "okay see you then" said dan. And he walked away smiling. Miley walked to the beach smiling. Lilly was there. "So, Who did you meet? How old is he? Are you dating?" asked Lilly. Miley laughed. "His name is Daniel. He's a Junior. And were gonna go on a 1st date this Saturday at noon." said Miley. "Oh thats great" said Lilly. Thats when Rico walked up. "So i heard you and Jake broke up. Do you wanna go out with me?" he asked. "No." said Miley. "I have someone else." she said. And she started thinking about dan. His deep blue eyes. His light blonde hair. His adorable smile. Miley was completley in love with Dan.

Chapter 3:

"Really?" asked Rico. "Yeah." said Miley. Dan walked up to her. "hey Miley. How is everything?" asked Dan. "Fine. Thanks" Said Miley smileing. "Come here then" said dan. Miley walked up to Dan. "C'mon I have something I wanna show you." Said dan. He put his hands over her eyes. He brought her to a Hannah Montana concert. "I have VIP tickets. You can meet Hannah." said Dan. "Dan, I cant accept these." Said Miley. "Well why not?" asked Dan. "Well..." Started Miley. "Come with me." She said. She took Dan back stage. Can I trust you to never tell anyone, what i am about to tell you?" asked Miley. "I swear on my life." said Dan. "Okay." said Miley. She told him to wait outside Hannah's Dressing room. When she was Hannah she invited him in. Miley shut the door and locked it. She then pulled off the wig. "I'm Hannah Montana. Me, Miley." She said.

"Wow. You lead a double life?" Asked Dan. "Yeah." said Miley. "And if you really love me you'll exept it and you won't tell and, you'll me okay with it." said Miley. "How could I not be okay with it?" asked dan. They Kissed. "Now go perform." said dan nicley. "Okay see you." said Miley. She put on her wig she went on stage and Dan went to the audience. "Okay this next song is for a speacial friend." said Hannah winking at Dan. Hannah sang One In A Million dedicating it to Dan.

Okay I know theres no cliff and its short but hey.

Chapter 5:

When they were at home Miley was smiling really biggly. Dan went home. Miley went to her room. she closed and locked the door. Then she screamed "YES!!!" exitedly to herself. Then a note was slid under her door. It read:

Dear Miley,

You may be in love with Daniel. I couldent be less exited. Break up with him ASAP! Otherwise you and your dear friends will pay the price and I mean pay the price. Miley my dear I love you.

Miley opened her door to see Rico walking away. She ran up to him and grabbed his shoulder. "Whats your problem?" Miley asked him. "What are you talking about?" he asked her. Miley shoved the note in his face. "This" she said. Rico grinned evily. "Oh that." he said. "Listen..." started Miley. "I LOVE Dan. And nothings changing that. YOU HEAR ME!?!" She said. "Fine have it your way." said rico walking out.

Miley ran up to him. "What do you mean pay the price?" she asked him. "Your only 8" she added. "Oh you'll see" said rico. And then he left. Miley went inside and told her dad about what happened. "Oh bud I think you and your friends just have to stick together and be strong" he dad said. "Alright, if you say so dad" said Miley sighing. she went upstairs then.
