Setting: Miley's House
Time: 3:58:32
Miley: He said he would pick me up at 4 (on phone)
Lilly: He's a year older than you.
Miley: So.
Lilly: He's friends with Jackson.
Miley: Yeah, but he's alot nicer than Jackson.
Lilly: You've met him what, once!
(Ding Dong)
Miley: Derek's here, gotta go bye.
Miley answers the door.
Miley: You're a Minute late.
Derek: Sorry time got aw..
Miley: I was just kidding!
Derek: Oh, ok
Miley: DADDY, I'M LEAVING!
Robby Ray: Hold on just a sec, bud.
Miley: This is Derek, Daddy.
Derek: Nice to meet you.
Robby Ray: Like wies.
Miley: Dad we gotta go, so.
Robby Ray: I'd like to get to know Derek.
They all sit down.
Robby Ray: So, son do you play any sports?
Derek: I play on a hockey team.
Robby Ray:Do you drink?
Derek: No sir, and I don't plan to.
Robby Ray: Any criminal records?
Miley: Daddy!
Derek: It's ok, no sir I do not.
Robby Ray: Take care of my girl.
Derek: I will sir, I will have her home by 10 ish?
Robby Ray: Good man.
Miley and Derek go to the car.
Miley: It's only 4 ten, what are we gonna do till ten?
Derek: Well my parents insisted on meeting you.
Miley: Ok.
Derek: Then we can go to the beach, lay in the sand, walk the pier.
Miley: So we're going to the movie at 7:30.
Derek: Yes, so let's go.
10 minutes later
Derek: This is my house.
Miley: Nice place.
Derek: Dad, Nora, I'm home.
Woman: Hi I'm Nora, Derek's stepmom.
Miley: Nice to meet you, I'm Miley.
Man: Hi nice to meet you, I'm George, Derek's Dad.
Miley: Hi I'm Miley.
Casey walks in.
Casey: Hey Miley, good to see you again.
Miley: Hey, Casey!
Derek: Where's Edwin, Martie, and Lizzie?
Casey: Edwin and Lizzy are at the pool down the street.
Nora: And Martie is taking a nap.
Derek: I'll pick them up when I drop Miley off.
George: Thanks for pitchin in, Derek.
Derek: Don't get used to it, I'm just in a good mood.
20 minutes later.
Setting: Pier
Miley: So Derek, tell me a little about yourself.
Derek: Well, I love to play Hockey, and Casey annoys me, I play the Guitar, and Love watching NHL, and I like to meet people, what about you?
Miley: (Thinking: I'm kid who lives two lifes, one as me and the other as a teen pop sensation named Hannah Montanna!)
Miley: Well I play the Guitar as well, I love music, my favorite singer is Hannah Montanna, and I have 2 best friends named Lilly and Oliver.
Derek: So do you wanna go to the beach?
Miley: Sure.
Derek: Is that your brother Jackson at the beach?
Miley: Yeah and he's with your STEPSISTER CASEY!

Derek: No way, Casey and Jackson, she's the complete opposite of him.
Miley: I'm gonna pop that zit!
Miley runs off.
Derek: MILEY, WAIT!
Miley goes up to Jackson.
Miley: Jackson, what are you doing.
Jackson: I'm on a date!
Miley: Yeah with Derek's stepsister!
Jackson: So?
Derek runs up to them.
Derek: Miley.
Miley: Excuse me and Jackson for a sec.
Miley: Jackson, I really like Derek.
Jackson: And?
Miley: If you're with his sister, you can mess things up with me and Derek.
Jackson: Miles, I promise I won't mess with you and Derek.
Miley: Thanks Jackson.
They walk back over to Derek and Casey.
Jackson: Derek and Casey, would you mind if we turned this into a group date?
Derek: If it is ok with Miley?
Miley: Yeah, ok.
Casey: I don't mind at all.
3 Hours later.
Setting: Derek and Casey's house.
Casey knocks on Derek's door.
Casey: Derek, It's Casey.
Derek: Go away!
Casey: Derek, open up.
Derek swing open the door.
Derek: What?
Casey: You need to stay away from Miley!
Derek: Why?
Casey: Because you're acting like you like her and you don't, you're gonna hurt her.
Derek: Who says i'm acting!
Casey: Even If you do like her, she's not your type.
Derek: Yea she is, she's hott!
Derek slams the door in Casey's face.

Setting: Miley's House
Miley: Jackson open the door!
Jackson: What is it?
Miley: Do you really like Casey?
Jackson: I think she's hott.
Miley: Do you have actuall feelings for her?
Jackson: I just met her.
Miley: What did you say to make her go out with you?
Jackson: I told he I run marathons for the needy.
Miley: Jackson, you shouldn't go out with her, she's your complete opposite.
Jackson: Get out of here squirt!
Miley: You're calling me squirt, you're like what four foot 2.
Jackson shoves Miley out of the room and locks the door.
The next day at school.
Casey walks up to Miley.
Casey: Miley, we need to talk about Derek.
Miley: Ok.
Casey: Look, Derek isn't..
Derek interrupts.
Derek: Casey, walk with me!
Casey: What do you want Derek!
Derek: What are you doing?
Casey: I'm telling Miley what she's getting herself into.
Derek: Casey, you need to butt out, you are a control freak at home so I'm not letting you control my personal life.
Casey: Oh shut it!
Derek: Why don't you!
Casey: Be nice to her.
Derek: I'm nice to all girls, except you now buzz off and go play with your boyfwiend!
Derek walks away to Miley.
Derek: Want me to walk you to class?
Miley: Yeah, I'd like that.
In class.
Lilly: psst, Miley.
Miley: what?
Mrs.Kunckle: No talking!
Lilly: Here.
Lilly gives Miley a note.
It says: How did your date go last night?
Miley writes: I'll tell you after class.
After class.
Lilly: How'd it go?
Miley: Great, untill Jackson showed up with Derek's stepsister, Casey.
Lilly: Did he know it was Derek's stepsister?
Miley: Yeah, he probally did that just to bug me!
Derek: Miley, do you wanna go out tonight.
Miley: Oh, hey Derek, I can't tonight, what about tomarrow at seven?
Derek: Cool.
Derek gave Miley a kiss on the cheek and walked away.
Miley: Did you see that!
Lilly: I know, oh my god, he likes you!
Miley: I know, I really like him to.
Lilly: Why can't you go out with him tonight?
Miley: I have a Hannah cd signing.
Lilly: I'm coming!
Miley: Cool, so is Oliver.
2 hours later.
Setting: Cd signing at mall.
Hannah: That's Derek, Casey, and there little sister in the line!
Lola: What is he recognizes you?
Hannah: I'm wearing sunglasses.
Oliver: I didn't recognize you when I liked Hannah!
Lola: That's because you have a brain the size of a pea!
Oliver: Yea., HEY!
Hannah and Lola laugh.
Derek and Casey are at the front of the line.
Little: Hi Hannah, I'm Lizze and this is my sister Casey and brother Derek.
Derek: Nice to meet you.
Lizzie: will you sign this?
Hannah: Sure, that's why I'm here.
Derek, Casey, and Lizzie leave.
Derek: She looked alot like Miley.
Casey: I know, If I didn't know any better I'd say it was Miley.
Outside Derek sees Hannah enter her limo.
Derek peaks inside when Hannah pulls off her wig.
Derek: OH MY GOD!

Derek drops Casey and Lizzie off at home making them swear not to tell anyone.
Derek rushes to Miley's
Miley: That was close!
Lilly: Good thing Derek didn't recognize you.
(Ding Dong)
Robby Ray yells up: Derek's here.
Miley: Be down in a second!
Lilly: I'll stay here.
Miley goes downstairs.
Miley: Hey Derek!
Derek: Hey, can we talk in private?
Miley: Let's go on the deck.
On the deck.
Miley: So what do you wanna talk about?
Derek: Are you Hannah Montanna?
Miley: (shocked, Thinking: Great, how'd he find out? Should I tell him?)
Miley: Why do you ask?
Derek: Cuz, Me and Casey looked inside the window of Hannah's limo and saw you pull off your wig.
Miley: You saw!
Derek: Why do you keep that a secret?
Miley: I want to be a normal person.
Derek: I guess that makes since.
Miley: The reason I didn't tell you is because I just met you.
Derek: Look, I gotta go, we're still on for tomarrow though, right?
Miley: Wouldn't miss it!
Miley runs upstairs.
Miley: LILLY, HE KNOWS!
Lilly: Knows what.
Miley: That I'm Hannah Montanna!
Lilly: WHAT!
Miley: He peaked inside the limo.
Lilly: NO!
Miley: Yes.
At Derek's house.
Casey: Open the door Derek!
Derek: What do you possibly want?
Casey: Did she tell you the truth?
Derek: Yep, Bye.
Derek slams the door in Casey's face!
At Miley's house.
Robby Ray: SWEET NIBLETS, how'd the boy find out?
Miley: Daddy, he looked inside the Limo and saw me take off my wig.
Robby Ray: Bud, you need to be more careful.
Miley: Limo's are supposed to have tinted window's.
Robby Ray: You can't take off your wig untill we are on the road.
Miley: Good thing Roxie didn't see him, or she would've tied his arm with his legs!
Roxie walks in.
Roxie: See who?
Miley: My boyfriend saw me take off the Hannah Wig.
Roxie: Want me to go PUMA him?
Robby Ray: That won't be nessecary!
Miley: Besides, he won't tell anyone, and now he can get a disguise and be Hannah's boyfriend to!
Robby Ray: Great! He takes both daughters away!
Miley: Why are you here any way Roxie?
Roxie: Your daddy has a meeting.
Miley: Ok.
Roxie: Have that friend of yours come over, I need to talk to him.
Miley: Fine I'll invite him over to watch a movie cuz Jackson has a date with Casey anyway!

Miley: Bye.
Miley walks downstairs.
Roxie: Is he coming?
Miley: Yes, promise you'll be nice, and don't tie a bell to his arm so you know when he's gonna make a move!
Roxie: Don't need to, I'll be sitting next to him!
Miley: ROXIE!
Roxie: Fine, next to you.
Miley: No, upstairs, please.
Roxie: Fine, but remember, Roxie hears everthang!
(Ding Dong)
Roxie: I just need to talk to him.
Miley: Fine.
Miley answers the door.
Derek: Hey Miley, who's this?
Miley: Hannah's body guard who promised she'd be nice!
Roxie: You better not tell anyone her secret or I'll knock you out so fast you'll swear you just got hit by a truck!
Derek: Don't worry, I won't tell anyone.
Roxie: I'll be upstairs, I got my EYES ON YOU!
Roxie leaves.
Derek: Ok, anyway, this is Lizze who you met.
Miley whispers: she knows?
Derek: she saw, know one else knows.
Boy: I'm Edwin, and i'm very handsome:03:
Miley: Nice to meet you.
Girl: I'm Martie, you're pretty.
Miley: Aren't you just adorable.
Martie: I know!
Miley: So what do you guys wanna watch, She's the boy or Just my truck?
Martie: Just my truck!
Edwin: Yeah, it's got Billy Ray Cyrus in it!
Derek: You guys go get us drinks!
Miley: So, lets sit.
After the movie.
Derek: Guys go get in the car!
Edwin: That's so you can kiss.
Derek: Get in the car!
Miley: Good night.
Derek: How about a good night kiss?

They kiss.

Miley on the phone with Lilly.
Lilly: He asked you to kiss him!
Miley: Yea, he's so sweet!
(beep beep)
Miley: Hold on Lilly, that's my other line.
Miley: Hello?
Derek: Hey Miley, it's Derek.
Miley: Hey!
Derek: So, I'm looking at movie's, what movie do you wanna see?
Miley: Read em' to me please.
Derek: There's Frightning Film 4, with Dr. Phil. Ours, Yours, and Mine. And Exterminator.
Miley: How about Frightning Film 4.
Derek: Cool, I wanted to see that to.
Miley: I can't wait till tomarrow night.
Derek: Me either, go to go, bye.
Miley: Bye.
Miley flashes back over to Lilly.
Miley: That was Derek.
Lilly: What'd he say.
Miley: He just asked me what movie we were going to see tomarrow.

Robby Ray walks in.

Miley: Lilly, got a go, bye.

Miley: I was thinking, tonight I'm taking Derek to by a wig for Hannah's boyfriend!

Miley: Blonde.
Lilly: Like Jake?
Miley: Fine, Black!
Lilly: JAKE!
Miley: Lilly I told you I'm over him.
Lilly: I mean he's right behind you!
Miley swings around.
Jake: Miley, I'm sorry.
Miley: Jake, you expect me just to take you back after you lied to me!

Derek walks up and gives Miley a kiss.
Miley: Hey Derek!
Jake: Oh I see you've moved on, fine!
Jake storms off!
Derek: What was that all about?
Miley: It's just some stupid, stuck up Zombie Slayer!
Derek: Oh, I thought I recognized him, he's Jake Ryan!
Lilly: He ex-boyfriend!
Miley: LILLY!
Derek: It's ok, she said ex.
Miley: Don't you have class?
Derek: No, I'm going to meet the principle!
Miley: Did you get introuble?
Derek: You could say that, anyway I'll see you tonight, bye.
He walks away.
Lilly: What are you gonna do about Jake?
Miley: Nothing.
A person walks up.
Person: Delivery for Miley Stewart from Jake Ryan.
Miley: Send it back!
Person: As you wish.
Lilly: What if he keeps bugging you?
Miley: I'll ignore him.
Lilly: Maybe he'll go out with me?
Miley: Go for it.
Jake comes back.
Jake: Lilly I was wondering if you wanted to go see Frightning Film 4 with me?

Setting: Inside The movie Theatre.
Movie starts.
Miley hears giggling in the backround.
It was Lilly giggling and staring at Jake.
Miley: Lilly, I can't hear the movie.
Lilly: Sorry.
After the movie.
Derek: Good movie.
Miley: Yeah.
Derek: Were you scared?
Miley: No cuz you were there.
Lilly and Jake walk by holding hands.
Miley: (Thinking: You're over Jake, don't look at them.)
Derek: Are you okay?
Miley: Yeah, just looking for the car.
Derek: Don't worry I know where we parked.
Later at Derek's house.
George: So Derek, how'd your date go?
Derek: Great, but here ex was there.
Derek walks over to his chair.
Derek: Edwin, remote, now.
Edwin: Yes sir.
Lizzie: George, where's the glue?
George: Ask Casey, she knows where everything is.
Lizzie knocks on Casey's door.
Casey: Come in, unless it's Derek!
Lizzie: Where's the glue?
Casey: I don't know, i'm busy.

Casey: Thinking.
Lizzie: About what?
Casey: Derek going out with Miley really bugs me.

George: CASEY, PICK UP THE PHONE, JACKSON'S ON THE PHONE.

Jackson: Hey, Casey.

Miley: I'll tell you Daddy, him going out with Casey makes me wonder if Casey really is as smart as she says.
Robby Ray: Look, Lilly's on TV with Jake!
