Chapter 1 : Moving to Malibu

Robby Ray: We are here!

Mum: Wow. It is a nice house

Jackson: I still wish we didn't move.

Robby Ray: Now come on Jackson, be positive!

Jackson: We had to move away from Tenessee all because of Little Miss Perfect Miley over here!

Miley: Hey!

The Stewart family had just moved from Tenessee. There 11 year old girl, Miley almost had a recording contract

Robby Ray: Don't be slack to your little sister.

Jackson: I wannted a pet dog and you had to come home with her didn't you?

Mum: come on, you're gonna love it here!




Jackson: Well i am missing out on the big rodeo all because of this stupid move.

Robby Ray: Go get your trunks, school tomorrow?

Miley: School? Already? But Daddy!

Robby Ray: No buts. You need to learn.

Miley: But what if they don't like me! What if I don't fit in!

Mum: Miles come here. I'm sure you will. Going to a new school is hard, but it will be a lot of fun.

Jackson: Ohh i know. I can wear my special blang belt with my medal from the rodeo. That'll impress it!

Robby Ray: Thats the spirit! Now I saw that, give me back my 5 bucks.

Jackson: fine...

Miley went to sleep that night, nervous about her first day of school.

Mum: Darling, darling wake up.

Robby Ray: I got the water bucket ready!

Miley: Water bucket? You'll mess up my hair!

Robby Ray: Then wake up

Miley woke up and got changed and hopped into the car with her mum

Miley: Mum.. i can't do this!

Mum: Of course you can! I belive you can. Just show what a great girl you are. They'll love you.

Miley: I'm 5 minutes late!

Mum: I'll go into the principals office with you. They'll give you your timetable

Miley: Timetable?

Mum: In places where theres more people, they have different teachers for each subjects which means different rooms.

Miley: Different rooms?

They used to live in a small country town and there was 1 teacher and they taught you every subject

Principal: Welcome. You must be Miley. Welcome. Heres your timetable.

Miley: Thanks

She was shaking

Mum: its okay miley.

Principal: Just ask the other students where you need to go for classes

Miley walked into her first class

Teacher: Welcome! Everyone, this is Miley. She's new, from tenessee.

Chapter 2: school

Amber and Ashley: ohhh a little conutry girll. just wondering, how does the possum taste?

Miley: Possum? I don't eat possum!

Teacher: Thats enough.

Miley looked around the room. There were two seats left. One next to amber and ashley and the other next to a boy with brown hair. She decided to go sit down next to him.




Jackson walked into his school, dressed in a cowboy hat, a checkered shirt, cowboy boots and his award belt from the rodeo

Peter: Look! Its a country fella!

Jackson: Hey everybody. I'm jackson.

Josh: Whats that on your head?

Jackson: Cowboy hat! Ain't it cool?

Josh: Yeah, if we were at the rodeo.

Jackson: Theres a rodeo in this town? Sweet niblets!

Peter: We were talking about how you are dressed.

Jackson: oh.




Miley sat through the class and when the bell went she got up and the boy sitting next to her went up to her.

Boy: Hi. Sorry about what Amber and Ashley said. They are snobs.

Miley: Tell me about it.

Boy: Whats your name?

Miley: Miley. And you?

Boy: Oliver.

Amber: Look dorky oliver decided to be friends with the possum eater.

Amber and Ashley: You are both losers. Ohhh tsss.

They walked away.

Miley: Aren't you gonna do something?

Oliver: Nah. You get used to them doing that.

Amber walked back other to them.

Amber: oh and horse shirts. soo last year.

Oliver: Jerks.

Miley: Yeah I kinda noticed.

They walked to their next class talking

Oliver: So your from tenessee?

Miley: yeah.

Oliver: Thats pretty cool.

Miley: Really? Everyone else here thinks its wierd.

Everyone was staring at them walking down the hall.

OLiver: Ohhhh i must be extra smoken today

MIley: Ahh, you wish!

Oliver: Hey!

They sat next to each other in their next class.

Teacher: Get into partners!

Miley dreaded that moment. Partners? Who would want to go with her?

Oliver: Hey wanna go together?

Miley: Yeah

Teacher: Thats nice of you to go with the new girl Oken.

Amber and Ashley: Like he had a choice no one wants to go with a silly little country girl. Ohhh tssss.

Teacher: Amber, Ashley. I want to see you both after class. What have you got to say to Miley?

Amber and Ashley: Sorry Miley.

They said it fakley, she knew they wern't sorry.

Lunch had come before they knew it.

Oliver: Hey wanna sit with us?

Miley: Yeah!

Oliver: This is my best friend Lilly.

Chapter 3

Lilly?

LIlly: Whos this?

Oliver: Miley.

LIlly: Oh yeah. Everyones talking about her. Excuse me, I just got to talk to Oliver alone for a minute

Miley: Okay

Lilly: Oliver! What are you thinking!

Oliver: What?! I don't get this. Whats so bad about Miley?

Lilly: She'#########! The little country girl that eats possum!

Oliver: How do you even know thats true?

LIlly: Amber and Ashley said!

Oliver: I thought you stopped listening to what they said.

Lilly: You have a good point there..

Oliver: PLus getting someone else to hang out with us would be good. No offense lilly, but i want another friend.

Lilly: Fine! But if shes wierd

Oliver: She can't be wierder than you..

Lilly: Hey! Fine!

Lilly: So Miley.....

Miley: Yeah?

Oliver: tell us a bit about yourself.

They talked all lunch and Amber and Ashley came over.

Amber: Oh look its skater loner, un-smoken oken and ugly little country girl

Amber and Ashley: All losers. Ohhh tsssssss

Miley: That already bugs me.

Lilly: It bugs everyone





Jackson walked into his first class and didn't know what to do. He quickly walked in and took the only seat left.

Teacher: Welcome to Jackson Stewart. He's new.

Peter: You mean country boy?

Teacher: don't be rude.

Jack: Pff loser

everyone: loser, loser loser loser!

jackson sat through the class and put up with school for the rest of the day. he was hoping miley was having a rougher time than him.


After school when she was walking out of her last class with Oliver and her phone rang.

Miley: hello?

MUm: Hi. How did your first day of school go?

miley: okay.

Mum: Better than what jackson said..

miley: What?

Mum: Oh don't worry.

Oliver: Miley whos on the phone.

Miley: Just my Mum.

Mum: Whos that?

Miley: Oliver.

Mum: ohh so you made a friend!

Miley: Yeah.

MUm: I am waiting outside. Bye

Miley: Bye

Oliver: Do you want to go to the beach miley?

Miley: Can't today. Gotta help unpack.

Oliver: Okay. Maybe tomorrow?

Miley: Yeah.



Mileys Mum was waiting in the car with Jackson sitting in the back. He had his cowboy hat off.

Mum: Was that boy wallking out with you your friend?

Miley: oh yeah. and lilly. but the rest of the school thinks i eat possum.

mum: oh sweety.

jackson: well at least you do have friends. i am gonna go home and get changed then go to the beach.

Mum: Okay. Do you wanna go to miles?

Miley: No thanks.

They got home and then Robby Ray was standing at the door, waiting for them to arrive.

Miley: Dad? Why are you waiting there?

Robby Ray: I have some important news to tell you!

Miley: What!

Robby Ray:.......
