CHAPTER 1
Luann is What?

Miley was getting up out of bed and to go downstairs to eat breakfast and get ready for school when she stepped on something and fell.

Miley:"Ow."

Miley got up and looked around to find it was Jackson's toy truck.
Jackson had to baby-sit the previous day and had to enterain the kid, so Jackson let the boy play with his toys from when he was a little kid.
Miley wasn't that thrilled that jackson let the boy in HER room.

Miley:"JACKSON!!!"

Jackson was downstairs eating breakfast already.

Miley stomped down the stairs and sat at the table to eat her pancakes.

Jackson:"What?" With his mouth full.

Miley:"Don't talk with your mouth full and you know what."

Jackson swallowed his food.

Jackson:"What?"

Miley:"Why exactly was this in my room?"

Miley held up the toy truck in his face.

Jackson:"I had to baby-sit and I had to entertain the kid somehow so I brought him in your room.I figured he'd get a kick out of what a girls room looks like now since he dosn't have any sisters.I gave him some wise advice, I told him, GET A PUPPY INSTEAD."

Jackson took another bite of his breakfast, finished it off, and took his plate to the sink.

Miley was eating her breakfast and wa alking with her mouth full now.

Miley:"Well you didn't have to bring him up in my room!!"

Jackson:"I'm sorry, I didn't hear you, could you repeat that for me?"

Miley:"I said,'well you didn't have to bring him in my room!!"

Jackson:"I was just showing him what it's like having to live with a girl and I gave him some wise advice.Now, I'm going to give you some wise advice that someone told me,'DON'T TALK WITH YOUR MOUTH FULL!!"

Jackson took one of Miley's pancakes and headed upstairs.

Miley got up from her seat and followed after him trotting up the stairs.

Miley:"JAckson you.....AGH!!!!"

Miley froze.

Jackson:"HAHAHA!!!"

Miley gave Jackson a 'Your Going Down Look.'

Miley:"JACKSON!!!"

Jackson had a water balloon in a canapolt ready to hit Miley, and it worked.

Miley ran after him in the hallway but Jackson went in his room and locked the door.

Miley:"I'LL GET YOU BACK!!WHEN YOUR LEAST EXPECTING IT!!"

Miley went back downstairs to clean up her plate when her dad walked in.

Robbie Ray looked as if he hadn't gotten sleep in days.

Robbie:"Honey, do you mind just waking up in the morning,getting ready,and going to school quietly?"

Miley:"Sorry Daddy.Jackson had 2 surprises for me.Wait a minute,I thought you were already up?"

Robbie:"Nope."

Miley:"Then who made the pancakes?"

Jackson yelled from upstairs.

Jackson:"I DID!!"

Miley all of a sudden felt really hott and had to go to the bathroom really bad."

Miley:"Well there goes the 3rd surprise."

Miley ran into the downstairs bathroom while yelling,'YOU PUT X-LAX IN MY PANCAKES!!??'

When miley was done she came out and saw her dad hang up the phone.

Robbie:"That was your Aunt Carroll."

Miley:"YEah?"

Robbie:"Your cousin Luann is coming to visit."

Miley stopped walking when she was about to go upstairs.

Miley spun around.

Miley:"Luann is What??!!"

Robbie:"I know Darling.I remember what you said about her being evil.I still believe you but, what do you want me to say?"

Miley took the phone and handed it to her Dad.

Miley:"You call Aunt Carroll back and then you say...NO!!!!"

Robbie:"Miles, you can't just call someone and Say No with no reason."

Miley:"YeahYouCAN!"(real fast)

Robbie:"No, You can't."(Normal and slow)

Miley:"You'll just tell her, tell her, tell her that I'm sick and she'll be bored here the whole time."

Robbie:"I'm not going to do that.Plus,your the only one that has problems with her, you call and cancel.Plus, I don't want to get the Wrath of Luann."

Robbie headed to his room.

Miley:"MAYBE I WILL!!"

Miley started to dial the number and talked to herself in a mimicking voice.

Miley:"I don't want to get the wrath of Luann, Oh please.She wont give it to him she'll give it to..........me."

Miley quickly hung up the phone before she hit the send button to call.

Miley:"Oh great!!Luann's coming!!First Jackson, now Luann, What else could go wrong!!!??"

CHAPTER 2
Luann's broomstick landed





Miley got home from school and set her backpack on the floor at the backdoor near the kitchen.

Miley:"DADDY I'M HOME!!"

No answer.

Miley:'hmm, maybe he went out or something.'

Miley's cell phone rang.

Miley:"Hello?"

Lilly:"HEy!!You want to go to the mall?The school dance is coming up, and don't worry, it's not a theme.Wanna know why?"

Miley:"Why?"

Lilly:"CUZ I SIGNED UP TO BE ON THE DANCE COMITTEE!!"

Miley:"Lilly that's great!!"

Lilly:"YEah.I was thinking about doing a costume party, but then it just hit me, It's not Halloween.So, it's just going to be a normal dance."

Miley:"That's good."

Lilly:"So hey, you wanna go to the beach and hang out at Rico's?"

Miley:"I can't."

Lilly:"Why?"

Miley:"Luann's coming here to visit."

Lilly:"Wait...is that your cousin?"

Miley:"Yeah."

Lilly:"oh....you better run!!!Quick, come to the beach before she lands!!"

Miley:"Good Idea.I'll just say I forgot she was coming."

Lilly:"Right."

Miley:"Well, let's go to the mall first so I can pick out a dress and new sh..."

Miley paused.

Lilly:"Miley?"

Miley:"Shh.You hear that?"

Lilly:"How can I hear anything besides your voice?I'm not there."

Miley:"Oh great.Luann's broomstick landed.No wonder my dad isn't here.He's in hiding.If I would have known Luann was going to be here I would have...."

Just then Luann walked in the door.

Miley:"I would have been here earlier to get her nice and settled!!"

Lilly:"Oh, she's right there isn't she?"

Miley:"YES!!!I would love to go shopping with you."

Lilly:"Okay....I'll see you in 5 minutes."

Miley:"Make it 5 seconds."

Lilly:"I'll do my best."

Miley hung up the phone.

Luann:"HOWDY COUS!!"

Miley:"Howdy."

Miley did a quick wave.

Miley:"Wow, your style in clothing has changed.You look good, you look like your from here in California."

Luann:"Thanks."

Luann:"So, you goin to the mall."

Miley was cautious.She didn't want to let her gaurd down since last time her 'EVIL cousin' came, her cousin almost told everyone that Miley was Hannah Montana.

Miley:"YYeeaaahhh, I am.But I'm going with Lilly since it's the school dance."

Luann:"Well there's somethin to do.I'll go get a dress too!!!Then I can go to the dance.What are the dances like hare?Cuz back in nashville, our dances have Wheel Barrows,Hay, Horses,Pigs,and Bluegrass music."

Miley:"I know.I used to live there.Remember?"

Luann:"Oh yeah.How could I forget."

Luann gave a little chuckle.

Miley:"Yeah, well, Lilly's here and I'm going to go shopping.I just need to go upstairs real quick to get my purse."

Miley handed Luann the remote.

Miley:"Here's the remote to the t.v. so you can watch it.There's also some goodies in the pantry.Just don't get into the cabinet with the chocolate bunnies, those are Jackson's.He'll get upset if you take it."

Luann:"No problem."

Miley was curious of why Luann was so.......so nice.She was different.She still had the accent but she was different.

Miley walked out the door and started walking down the driveway just as Lilly was walking up.

Lilly:"Hey, so how is it for the first 5 minutes with Luann?"

Miley:"She's nice.She's changed.She dresses a little bit like me now.Everything about her has changed except for her accent of course."

Lilly:"WOW.Who knew she could go nice?''

Miley:"Tell me about it.But, I am still going to watch my back.Last time she was here she faked the nicey nice, for all I know she could be faking it again."

Lilly:"True."

Miley and Lilly got to the mall and went into Wet Seal, Windsor Fashions, Bebe, H&M, Abercrombie & Fitch, Hollister, and American Eagle.

Lilly:"Wow.We got a lot more than just dresses."

Miley:"Yeah, but it's okay.Plus, shopping cures the blues."

Lilly:"True.I wish that excuse worked on my parents."

Miley:"Yeah, I wish it worked on my dad too."

Lilly:"Wait, are you not supposed to be shopping?"

Miley:"Well, I didn't go over the budget did I?"

Lilly:"What is the budget?"

Miley:"$900."

Miley reached into the bags and took the receipts out.

Miley:"we spent only $556. That's good."

Miley and Lilly went back to Miley's house and layed out their outfits on Miley's bed.

Luann walked upstairs into the bedroom to see what they were doing.

Luann:"WOW.I thought you were going to get dresses?"

Miley:"We did."

Luann:"Oh."

Luann had a sad look on her face.

Miley:"What's wrong?"

Luann:"Oh it's nothing."

Miley:"Okay, I'm not stupid."

Luann:"Well, I kinda wanted to go shopping too.This is the only outfit that I have that is stylish.Everything else is, well, ranch looking."

Miley got the feeling of guilt in the pit of her stomach.

Miley:"Luann, I'm sorry.Lilly and I can go back to the mall right now if you want and I can buy you some new clothes,shoes,accessories."

Luann perked up real fast.

Luann:"OKAY!!"

Luann ran downstairs as quick as a rocket.

Luann:"COME ON!!"

Lilly:"WOw, you think she did that on purpose?"

Miley:"Yeah."

Lilly:"Well now you have to follow through with it."

Miley moaned.

Miley:"Here's your money to spend Luann.Go get whatever you want."

When Luann was done shopping, she,miley, and lilly went and got ice cream.

Miley looked at how much Luann spent.

Miley:"Okay,so, we only spent $300.That's good, which means I have $500 left."

Lilly:"Yeah, she's cheap.Mostly all of her clothes were on sale."

Miley:"How do you know that?"

Lilly:"The price tags."

Miley:"Oh."

Just then Jake walked up to Miley.

Jake:"Hey Miley.

Miley:"Oh, hey Jake."

Miley and Jake both leaned in for a kiss but.......

Luann:"Sweet corn on the cob your Jake Ryan!!"

Jake jumped back nearly falling.

Jake:"Whoa.Miley, who is that?"

Miley:"Jake this is Luann, my oh sweet cousin.Luann, this is my BOYfriend Jake Ryan."

Luann looked starstruck.

Miley:"Luann!!!"

Luann:"Wats up Jake?"

Jake:"Nothing.I just wanted to hang out with miley."

Luann:"Well, I'm here visiting from Tennessee, as you can see cuz of my accent."

Jake:"Yeaaah."

Miley:"well hey,I'll see you at the dance okay Jake?I have to get back home since it's late."

Jake:"That's alright.I'll see you tomorrow."

Jake waved goodbye and headed towards the movie theatre to see TRANSFORMERS.

Miley,Luann, and Lilly got back to the house and opened the front door.

Jackson:"YOU!!!!!!...................."

CHAPTER 3
Starting Trouble

Miley walked inside carrying the shopping bags.

Jackson was in the kitchen and walked over to Miley pointing at her.

Miley:"What?"

Jackson:"YOU GOT IN MY STASH!!

Miley:"What stash?Oh, you mean your money stash?Oh please,I found that months ago."

Jackson:"You found that too?"

Miley:"What other stash do you have?"

Jackson:"The cabinet!!!!(points at the cabinet with his hands with emphasis)
YOU ATE MY CHOCOLATE BUNNY!!!"(saying it slow for her to understand)

Miley:"I didn't eat it.You know I don't go in your "goodie stash''!!"

Jackson:"Did you eat it Luann?"

Luann:"I did."

Jackson:"Stay away from the stash....and don't tell dad about it.He thinks it's all gone and he never looks in that cabinet."

Miley:"I thought he threw your candy away?"

Jackson:"He did, until I dove in the dumpster after them."

Miley:"eew."

Robbie ray walked in to put something in Jackson't cabinet.

Jackson:"NO!!!"

Robbie:"I'm sorry?"

Jackson:"Nothing.Nothing at all."

Jackson put on a fake smile and patted his dad on the back.

Jackson:"I just thought you were going to tell me to clean my room and I yelled No because I have....I have plans."

Robbie:"Okay.I'm just going to put this vase in this cabinet."

Robbie was about to open the cabinet when Jackson dove in the air between his dad and the cabinet but robbie stepped back and Jackson fell on the floor to the left of Robbie.

Robbie:"Son, what are you hiding?"

Jackson qucikly got up.

Jackson:"Nothing.I'm uh, gonna go clean my room up now."

Jackson headed up the stairs slowly and was whistling.

Robbie shook his head and opened the cabinet and a whole bunch of bags of candy and chocolate fell out on him.

Robbie:"JACKSON!!"

Robbie set the vase on the counter and ran upstairs.

Luann:"Wow."

Miley:"Luann, why did you eat his stuff after I told you to stay away from the cabinet?"

Luann:"I guess I forgot."

Miley rolled her eyes and headed upstairs to go to bed for school the next day.

At school, Miley was sitting in the cafeteria with Lilly and Oliver.

Miley:"Yeah, and that's why Jackson was upest with me, because of Luann.
She jumps back faster than she is on a moon bouncer."

Lilly:"Wow, I was starting to fall for the whole her being nice thing."

Miley:"Yeah, we just need to watc our backs."

Oliver:"Umm, I don't have a problem with her."

Lilly:"Yeah, probably because she likes you."

Oliver:"Eew.Okay, I could never like her, she is not that cute."

Miley gave oliver a mean look.

Oliver:"What?"

Miley:"You disgust me."

Miley got up from the bench and walked over to her locker to meet up with Jake.

Oliver:"What did I say?"

Lilly slapped Oliver on the shoulder.

Lilly:"Hello?Can't you see that Luann and Miley are twins?Don't you remember last time Luann was here?"

Oliver:"Oh yeah."

Lilly gave Oliver a look that said'DUH'.

Miley walked over to her locker and waited for Jake to show up.

Miley finally gave up and started to walk back to class when she saw Jake with......................... .

CHAPTER 4
Miley's Surprise


Miley finally gave up and started walking to her next class when she saw Jake with Luann.

Miley quickly turned the corner so they wouldn't see her and listened in on their conversation.

Jake:"Hey Miley, I have to go to my next class, I'll see you at the dance."

Luann:"Okay.Bye."

Jake gave Luann a quick kiss on the cheek and left to his class.

Luann smiled and blushed.

Luann(talking to herself):"Until tonight,it'll be more than on the cheek."


Miley talking to herself:"She's pretending to be me."

Miley quickly left to her next class and when school was over, she went straight home to get ready for the dance.

When Miley walked through the front door,she saw Jackson watching t.v.
Jackson was teary eyed and was watching a commercial about how to make your own candy at home.

Jackson:"It looks so delicious."

Miley went upstairs and saw Luann in her Miley closet.(when she found out Luann was coming to visit, Miley double locked the Hannah closet)

Miley:"What are you doing?"

Luann quickly spun around.

Luann:"I'm just...I wanted to see all of your outfits.....you have a great style."

Luann was actually putting back the outfit that was Miley's that she used to fool Jake.

Miley with a confused expression:"Thanks."

Miley:"So.....what did you do all day?Give me the details, I mean everything."(gives luann a serious look)

Luann:"I was here all day."

Miley:"Oh really?Cuz I swore I saw you at my school today."

Luann:".....no I wasn't.I mean, how can I go to your school if I don't go to your school?"

Miley:"I don't know, maybe it was just my imagination."(puts on a fake smile)

Luann:"Probably."

Luann gave the fake smile back.

Miley:"I'm gonna go get ready for the dance"

Luann:"Oh, me too."

Miley:"But you don't go to my school."

Luann:"Oh, I'm going there as a...as a visitor.mhmm."

Miley:"Okay."

Miley walked downstairs to get the phone and tell Lilly what she had seen at school.

Miley talking to herself:"Yeah, right now my life is a nightmare that dosn't end."


Miley picked up the phone and dialed Lilly's number.

Lilly:"Hello?"

Miley:"Lilly, I have something to tell you."

Lilly:"What?"

Miley:"Hold on a sec, I'm gonna cal you back from my cell phone and take a walk on the beach so I can have some privacy."

Miley hing up and redialed the number on her cell phone this time and left the house to talk.

Miley:"okay, When I was at school today, I saw Luann with Jake and she was in my clothes and was pretending to be me.She totally fooled Jake!!"

Lilly:"Wow.So what are you going to do?"

Miley:"I'll just have to make sure that I am with Jake the whole time at the dance, Just in case Luann trys to pull a fast one on Jake again."

Lilly:"So.....what are you going to do?"

Miley:''Lilly!!!You have got to keep up!!"


As soon as the conversation was over, Miley got dressed for the dance and got a ride there with Lilly.

Miley and Lilly walked into the school auditorium and Miley froze which caused Lilly to lose her balance,since they linked their arms, but regained it.

Lilly:"What?"

Miley froze and looked straight across the dance floor.

Lilly followed her gaze and her mouth dropped open.

Lilly:"How can that happen?"

Miley Gone Bad



Lilly:"How can that happen?"

Miley:"I don't know.How could she?How did she?When did she get a dress like mine?"

Lilly:"I don't know.I guess she got it when she was shopping yesterday."

Miley:"Yeah, she must have seen my dress on the bed and had it planned out for her to be with Jake and totally rip me off!!!SWEET NIBLETS!!!"

Everyone in the auditorium looked at Miley and Lilly.

Miley:"Sweet Niblets this dance is so awesome!!"

Everyone went back to what they were doing.

Miley:"What happens when Jake come in and he dances with her and think she's me?"

Lilly:"I don't know."

Miley:"What if he kisses her?"

Lilly:"I don't know cuz it hasn't happened yet."

Miley:"I will not let that happen.I am going to get her so bad."

Lilly:"Oh no, good girl gone bad."

Miley:"Right you are.Come on Lilly, Let's make a plan.

(back at miley's house)

Jackson:"Dad?"

Robbie:"Yeah son?"

Jackson:"You think I can call this 1-800 number and it actually work?"

Robbie:"Your not ordering that candy maker."

Jackson:"But dad, I've got to.I'll die if I don't get enough sugar in my body."(gives a pout and a puppy dog look)

Robbie:"Your not buying it.Plus, you have enough sugar in your body to last a lifetime from eating a single twinkie."

Just then Robbie pulled a treat from Jackson's cabinet ans started eating it right in front of him.

Jackson:"oh that is so wrong."

Robbie:"MMMM, this is so good.I see why you eat it."

jackson leaped on top of his dad(like hannah did on the paparazzi when he took a photo of her at a party without Lilly there).

Robbie:"JAckson get off of me!"

Jackson:"Give me the twinkie!!!!"

Oliver:"Miley?"

Miley turned around from talking to Lilly

Miley:"oliver!!You have got to help me out!!"

Oliver:"But, weren't you just on the dance floor dancing with Jake?"

Miley:"SHE'S WHAT!!!??''

Miley walked so fast onto the dancefloor just as the blacklights went on.

Miley grabbed Luann when Jake wasn't looking and spun her around into someone else.

Miley:"Jake....Luann is pretending to be me."

Jake:"What?I can't hear you!!!"

Just then,Luann pulled miley and spun her into the same person that Luann bumped into.

Luann:"You want some puch?"

Jake:"Not really!!!!"

Luann:"You should go get some!!!!"

Luann pushed Jake and Jake almost lost his balance but regained it and went to the punch bowl.

Luann turned around to face miley and took her hands and started to dance while they "chatted".

Miley:"Stop it Luann!!"

Luann:"Stop what?"

Miley:"Oh you know what!!And Jake will never believe you.He knows the REAL me!!!."

Luann:"really?Than why did he ask me out tomorrow?"

Miley paused.

Miley:"Because he knows the truth and he's pulling a fast one on you!!"

Luann:"Not to me."

Luann pushed Miley back into a person.

jake got back and gave Luann the punch.

Luann:"Come on Jake, Let's go somewhere private."

Luann grabbed Jake and pulled him outside and onto a balcony on top of the auditotrium building.

Luann:"I am so tired of dancing."

Jake:"But the dance just started.You never get tired of dancing.Are you okay?"

Luann:"I'm fine.I'm just a little tired."

Just then Luann saw Miley coming up trying to sneak.

Luann:"I'm also very very cold."

Jake:"It's the middle of summer."

Luann:"Yeah I know, It's just that....when it's summer I'm cold, and when it's winter, I'm hott."

Jake:"I sometimes get that same way.Here."

Jake put down his cup of punch and took off his Jacket and put around Luann.

Luann cuddled against Jake's shoulder.

Luann lifted her head and Jake leaned in to kiss Luann.

Miley quickly jumped in between them but, they both backed away and she landed on the ground below them.(she fell of the balcony)

Jake:"MILEY!!??"

Miley looked up and blacked out.

When the going gets tough


Jake:MILEY!!!!????"

Miley looked up and blacked out.

Lilly and Oliver came running up.

Lilly:"That's Luann your with!!"

Luann:"no I'm not!!"

Lilly:"Luann, just stop it."

Oliver:"Come on, We gotta get Miley."

Jake was so confused thinking how can he have thought Luann was Miley that he forgot miley fell off the balcony.

Oliver,Lilly,and Jake all ran down the steps off the balcony, carried Miley to her house, and left Luann at the dance.

Robbie:"Jackson......put....the...twinkie....down."

Jackson:"never!!"

Robbie:"Okay.....I guess if you won't put it down I'm gonna have to..."

Just then the front door burst open with Jake and Oliver carrying Miley with Lilly holding Miley's purse.

Robbie:"What happened?You guys weren't drinkng were you?"

Jake and Oliver layed Miley on the couch.

Lillly:"NO!!Miley fell off the balcony because Luann was pretending to be Miley,and Jake was going out with the wrong girl."

Robbie didn't know what to think.

Jackson:"This is soooo good!!!!"

Oliver:"Dude, this is no time to be picking on your sister."

Jackson:"I'm talking bout the twinkie."

Oliver:"Oh.....I see what you mean."

Lilly:"wait....your always picking on Miley, even when she's hurt......somtimes.Why are'nt you picking on her now?"

Jackson swallowed.

Jackson:"Oh...I don't know, maybe because she's UNCONSIOUS."

Jackson:"Plus....she's my sister and she's hurt.Also, there'd be no point pickin on her if she were unconsious."

Oliver:"True."

Lilly:"You guys are so weird!!"

Lilly,Oliver,and Jake stayed there until Miley woke up.(which was and hour and a half later)

Miley opened her eyes,and blinked,but didn't know where she was.
(miley was in her bedroom)

Miley got out of bed and started walking downstairs.

Jake woke up,rubbed his eyes, and got up to go upstairs to check on Miley.

Jake:"Miley?Your up!!"

Jake:"Guys!!!Guys wake up!!!She's up!!!"

Everyone opened their eyes quick and scurried to get up.

Lilly and Oliver bumped their heads against each other.

Lilly and Oliver:"OWW!!"

Lilly and Oliver:"Sorry."

Robbie:"Miles, are you okay?You look kinda pale."

Miley just stared at them with a confused expression on her face and pointed at Jackson.

Miley:"Who are you?And who are you?(sarts pointing at everyone and has a little scared expression on.)

Jackson:"How can you forget?You've known me longer than pretty boy here."

Jake glared at Jackson.

Robbie:"I think we should get her to the hospital."

Robbie looked at Jackson.

Jackson looked back at Robbie.

Jackson:"Oh no, NO WAY!!I carried her when she was sleep walking and almost had a hernia.There is no way your gonna make me carr..."

They arrived at the hospital with Jackson carrying Miley.

Jackson:"You...guys...owe...me."

About 30 minutes later the doctor walked back in with the results.

Robbie and Jake both jumped up.

Robbie and Jake:"How is she?"

Robbie and Jake looked at each other and then focused on the doctor.

Doctor:"She's doing fine.She just needs rest.She lost her memory of what has happened for the last few days.She might remember it, she might not."

Robbie:"That's it?"

Doctor:"That's it."

Lilly:"Than why couldn't she remember who we were back at the house?"

Doctor:"Well what do you mean?She remembers everything except for what's happened for the past couple of days.I asked her."

The doctor is starting to get confused and so are the gang.

CHAPTER 7
Full Circle

The doctor was starting to wonder what they were talking about and was confused.

Robbie:"What do you mean?"

Doctor:"I asked her if she remembered anything and she said she remembered going shopping for clothes and that was it.She asked me what she was doing lying there in the hospital bed, and I explained that she had fallen."

Lilly:"can we go in and see her?"

Doctor:"Sure."

The doctor led them into the room that Miley was in.

Miley sat up and had a smile on her face.

Lilly:"You look happy for someone who landed on their head from a balcony."

Miley:"I'm okay.I mean, my head hurts a little but other than that I'm fine.Can we go home now?"

Doctor:"She seems stabilized enough.I don't see why not."

Robbie took the kids out to get ice cream and then dropped Lilly and Oliver at their own houses and headed back to his malibu home.

Robbie:"I'm gonna go to bed.It's midnight.Jake, you sure you don't want a ride home?"

Jake:"I'm sure."

Robbie went inside and Jackson stayed up watching t.v. and keeping an eye on Miley.

Jake:"What do you say we take a walk on the beach?"

Miley:"That sounds good."

Jake took Miley's hand and they walked along the beach listening to the waves.

Jake:"What are you thinking about?"

Miley giggled.

Miley:"You."

Jake looked at her kinda surprised.

Miley:"Well don't look so surprised."

Miley cracked a smile.

Jake:"Me too."

Miley looked at Jake with a smile on her face.

Miley was blushing so much that she thought Jake might see the bright red on her cheeks.

Jake:"So....what are you going to do about Luann?"

Miley:"who?"

Jake stopped.

Jake:"Luann, your cousin.The one who pretended to be you."

Miley just looked at him with a confused look.

Jake:"Oh I'm so sorry.I completely forgot....the doctor said you probably wouldn't remember anything that happened tonight until a few days."

Miley still had the confused expression but kept walking.

Jake:"Let's head back.We both could use some sleep."

Jake walked Miley to the door and kissed her goodnight.

Miley blushed again...and this time....Jake did see her bright red cheeks.

Jake did a little giggle,smiled,and walked home.

Miley:"Plan A.......complete."

Luann woke up the next morning and went downstairs to eat breakfast.

Robbie:"Hey miles.Your up a little early.It's a saturday you know."

Luann looked at him strangely and decided to play along.

Luann:"Oh I know.I'm just an early bird this morning I guess."

Robbie looked at her strangely.

Luann:"What?"

Robbie:"Nothing.It's just....you never get up this early."

Luann:"Yeah well......I wanted to get up early to get and early start of the day."

Robbie was convinced.

Robbie:"Well, I'm gonna go for a little Jog.I could run about 5 miles after eating a couple of donuts."

Robbie grabbed a piece of bacon and went fot that jog.

Luann turned on the t.v. and watched some cartoons.

Jackson woke up an hour later and ate his breakfast.

Jackson looked at miley.

Miley(Luann):"What?"

Jackson:"Must be my imagination."

Luann:"What?"

Jackson:"It's just that.....you never get up earlier than me."

Luann:"Well, I....I woke up and tried to go back to sleep..but...I guess I got too much sleep while I was at the hospital."

Jackson thought and was still wondering if he should believe it.

Jackson:"I guess your right."

Jackson had this feeling that something wasn't right.

Jackson:"Hey miles...?"

Luann:"Yeah?"

Jackson:"What's your favroite guitar out of these?"

Jackson pointed at the guitars.

Luann looked at them and saw the pink one.

Luann:"The pink one."

Jackson:"You know what you call it?"

Luann:"Jackson, what are you doing?"

Jackson:"I'm just making sure you have your memory back."

(Jackson was actually asking the questions to see if it was Luann.)

Luann:" Umm............."

Luann thought:'come on Luann, Miley played this guitar back in nashville and she introduced her guitar's name.What was it?Pinky?no...no...it was a flower.Daisy!!"

Luan:"Daisy of course."

Jackson:"hmmm."

Jackson:"What about your favroite food?"

Luann:"My favroite food?"

Jackson:"Yep."(with a grin)

Luann:"ummm......Pancakes."

Jackson:"hmm."

Jackson:"Well....you got your memory back.I just wanted to make sure.Oh and by the way, Lilly called and wanted to hang out.She said she would meet you at the beach."

Luann:"Okay."

Luann put on some flip-flops and went out to Rico's and met up with Lilly.

Jackoson called Jake from the house phone.

Jake:"Hello?"

Jackson:"Hey Jake.You mind coming over?"

Jake:"Jackson?"

Jackson:"YES pretty boy it's me.I need you to come over here and ask "Miley" a few questions."

Jake:"Why?Is she starting to get her memory back?"

Jackson:"Something's not right with ''miley.''I think it's Luann pretending to be her still."

Jake:"I'll be right there."

Jackson hung up the phone and put it back on the charger.

Just then the doorbell rang.

Jackson opened the door.

Jackson:"how did you get here so fast?"

Jake:"My car."

Jackson:"What did you do, speed?"

Jake:"duh."

Jackson:"Let's just get Luann out of here."

Jackson and Jake ran to the beach and caught up with Lilly and Luann.

Lilly:"Sup Jake?Sup?"

Jake gave her a chin up.

Jake:"Hey Miley, so.......you feeling better?More yourself?"

Luann:"I feel fine."

Jake pretended to not be convinced.

Jake:"Let's make sure.What's your favroite color?"

Luann:"My favroite color?"

Jake:"mhmm."

Luann:"umm....pink."

Jackson under his breath:"dang it."

Jake:"What's your....favroite place to shop?"

Luann:"ummmm........the mall.Duh."

Jake was trying to think of a question that would get Luann stomped.

Jake:"Where was our first kiss?"

Luann:".............on zombie high."

Jake:"wrong."

Luann:"Wait no....how could I forget.It was at school."

Jake:"Nope."

Jake:"Your not Miley."

Luann:"Yes I am!"

Jackson:"no your not.Plus, I know my sister, even though I act like I don't."

Luann:"Fine.I'm Luann."

Jake:"I know."

Luann:"You do?"

Jake:"Jackson figured it out."

Jackson smiled thinking:I'm real clever.Boy am I good."

Jake:"Now where's miley?"

Luann:"She's sleeping.Duh."

Jake,Lilly,Jackson,and Luann went back to the house and went up to Miley's room and she was gone.

Miley's Vanishing


Jake:"WHERE IS SHE??!!"

Jake was worried that something might have happened to her when he dropped her off that night.

Jake thinking:'maybe she didn't go inside the house and she got napped.
maybe luann did something to her.'

Jake:"Did you have anything to do with this?"

Luann:"No.Plus, I would never do anything to hurt her.I may pull pranks on her and stuff, but, I would never hurt her."

Jackson:"Right."

Luann:"No.....really.I'm serious."

Jackson gave her a look as in'why should I belive you?"

Luann:"wait.......she got up early this morning from a call that she got from a producer for zombie high.So, she dressed as Hannah and left.But, I thought I heard her come back in."

Jackson:"Wait, how do you know all this?"

Luann:"Please.....in that guest bedroom, you can hear everything.I mean everything."

Jackson gave her a look.

Jackson:"How MUCH do you know and hear?"

Luann:"I know about you breaking curfew."

Jackson:"Your sleeping in a different room tonight."

Jake:"Wait a minute......we're not supposed to be starting another Zombie High episode until 2 weeks.We're not supposed to meet up with the producers yet."

Jackson:"Well.....I guess they decided to move it up to now."

Jake was still bothered about it.

Jake:"The producers would have sent her an e-mail,letter,or phone call."

Jake walked over to Miley's Apple Laptop and turned it on.

Jake:"You know Mile's password?"

Jackson:"How should I know?"

Jake:"Your her brother."

Jackon:"Exactly.Which is why I don't know."

Jake rolled his eyes.

Jackson:"click on the password hint."

Jake clicked it and was a little surprised.

Jackson:"AWW, she has you as her password."

Jake typed in all the different possibilities for a password and finally got it.

Jake:"There."

Jake went to her e-mail page and saw that there was no e-mail from a producer.

Jake:"They would have sent an e-mail."

Jackson:"Well you know where to meet with this producer?"

Jake:"Duh."

Jackson rolled his eyes and walked down the stairs to his car.

Jackson:"Well get in."

Luann and Jake hopped into the car and drove to where the producers were to meet.

Luann:"What kind of car is this?"

Jackson gave her a look.

Jackson:"It's my ride."

Luann:"It's a girls car."

Jackson:"It wasn't a girls car until YOU got in it."

Luann just gave him a look and kept quite.

Jackson turned on some music and blasted it as a few girls in their car passed by.

Jackson:"Oh yeah, they totally like me and my car."

Jake:"Oh.....yeah...sure they do.Don't you think they might have seen the movie star here?"

Jackson:"Oh......It really sucks having you around.Now I don't know if a girl is checking me out or......you."

Jake:"Okay turn right here."

Jackson turned the wheel and parked the car.

Jackson:"Dude, this is universal studios.I could have gotten here by myself."

Jake:"Yeah, but you don't know which road to take to get in the back and in front of this studio."

Jackson:"Whatever."

Jake ran into the building and saw that the set for zombie high was not even set up for filming yet.At least....not all the way.

Jake looked around and saw nobody was there.

Jackson:"So what in the heck do we do now zombie slayer?"

Jake:"I don't know.They should be here if they were having a meeting.Plus, they would have called me and the meetings are never this long."

Jackson:"It's lunch time."

Jake:"I know.I wonder if that e-mail really was from the producer."

Luann:"She did say somethin bout meetin someone at a fountain."

Jackson:"Why didn't you tell us that before we came all the way over here?"

Luann:"I didn't think of it until just now."

Jackson:"Well thanks for thinking of it.Do you know what fountain and where?"

Luann:"something with water dancing."

Jake:"Moonlight Dancing Waters."

Jackson and Luann:"Huh?"

Jake:"It's the name of the fountain.It's back in malibu."

Jakcson:"Luann....next time think quicker.Eat a barrell of blueberries."

Luann:"WHy?"

Jackson:"It helps keep your memory stabilized."

Jackson:"Let's hurry up.I miss me and Miles and our daily fight."

They drove back to malibu and went to the fountain and saw...................

The Search

They drove back to malibu,went to the fountain and saw Miley's cell phone on the ground.

Jackson:"Hey, that's her phone."

Jackson picked up the phone and checked her messages that she sent and received.

Jackson:"Dear Hannah,
I know your secret so inless you do as I say, the whole world will know your secret."

Jackson:"Great.Now what?"

Jake:"Is there any other messages on it?"

Jackson pressed a few buttons on the phone.(it's a sidekick)

Jackson:"Meet me at the apartments at 2030 Oak Street if you want to save your identity."

Jake:"Okay."

Jake turned around to look at Luann.

Jake:"I thought you said that she got a message from the producer?"

Luann:"She did.I heard her talking to herself about it."

Jake:"And your sure you heard right?"

Jackson:"How do we know that your not behind all this?"

Luann:"Yes, I'm sure I heard right and NO, let me repeat that so it's stuck in your head, NO I am NOT behind all of this."

Jake:"Well let's get to the apartment."

Jackson:"I don't understand why she would go by herself in the first place if she got something like this."

Jake:"I don't know.Maybe she just didn't want anyone to worry."

Jackson:"Hmm....I still don't feel right about something.I've also seen this number before somewhere."

Luann:"Look at a phone book or something."

Jackson:"Why would I need to look in a phone book if we know where the person lives?"

Luann:"How do you know that's where they even live?They could just be using a number from a room you know.It dosn't mean they live there."

Jackson:"well........whatever.Let's just get miles."

They walked up to an apartment complex that looked realy really nice.

Jackson:"Maybe it was the producer who sent the message."

Jake:"I've known the producer for a long time.He'd never do something like this."

Jackson was about to knock on the door when Jake blocked his arm.

Jackson:"What?"

Jake:"Let's listen to see if anyone's in there first.If it sounds like Miley's in trouble, we'll call the cops for help."

Jackson:"Oh...what....zombie slayer dosn't know how to fight?"

Jake:"I know how to give a good punch.Plus, those are all stunt moves."

Luann:"You mean their fake?"

Jake:"Yeah."

Luann threw her arms in the air.

Luann:"That's just great.What if there's really big guys in there?How do we know they might not have a gun or somethin?"

Jackson:"Dude....I mean Luann....shut up!"

Jake:"You don't have to be rude."

Luann smiled at Jake.

Luann:"Thanks Jakey."

Jake:"It's Jake."

Jackson and Jake put their heads to the door to listen for anything in the room.

Jackson:"I can't hear anything."

Jake:"I can hear voices but I can't make out the words."

Luann just walked off saying to herself:"Immatures."

Jackson:"Now where is she going?"

Jake shrugged.

Jackson:"Wait up!!"

Luann studied the building and the apartment to get in.

Jackson"What are you doing?"

Luann:"I have an idea."

Luann looked at jackson and Jake and then looked back at Jackson.

Jake looked at Jackson and Jackson looked at Luann.

Jackson:"NO! NO WAY!!"

Jackson:"NO!! NO WAY!!!

Jake:"Come on.It's the only way."

Jackson:"Why can't we just ram the door?"

Jake:"Well are you strong enough to ram a door?"

Jackson:"No.That's why I was hoping that you Jake Ryan could be a zombie slayer and knock it down, bu no, you don't know how since everything you do is staged."

Luann:''If we knock on the door or just open it, we don't know what they'll do or who is begind the door."

Jake:"I'll pay you."

Jackson:"How much?"

Jake:"$30"

Jackson:"For this, more than that.My life is at stake here."

Jake:"$60"

Jackson:"DEAL!!"

Luann:"Okay.Go for it."

Jackson jumped on the tree and started climbing it until he got to the third story and looked into the window to see who was in the room with miley.

Jackson looked down and imeediately shut his eyes.

Jackson:"If I fall it's your fault."

Jake:"Yeah, it'll be on my consious."

Luann:"HURRY UP!!"

Jackson:"Don't rush me woman!!"

Luann:"Heck, I could go faster than you.Heck, a monkey is faster than you!"

Jackson:"No duh!!Monkeys were made to do this!!!"

Jackson peeked into the window.

Jackson:"Good Job Luann.We managed to find an old lady in her living room dancing to richard simmons!!"

Luann:"Look in the other window!!"

Jackson looked back down at her.

Jackson:"I have to practicly jump off the tree to get to the other window."

Luann:"WELL?"

Jackson:"Yeah, me falling three stories dosn't exactly thrill me.I'm too oung to die!!"

Luann:"Quit whining and get your butt to that window!!"

Jackson:"Don't rush me!!Hey, why don't you do this if you think it's so easy?"

Luann:"I would but your already there.The faster you do this the faster you can come down to safe ground."

Jackson reached his arm to a far branch and grabbed onto it while he swung his leg to a branch under it.

Jackson peeked into the window.

Jackson:"You won't believe this!!"

Jake:"What?"

Jackson:"Rico's in there."

Jake:"I didn't know he lived here."

Jackson:"Neither did I.Man, the kid is rich."

Jackson:"Wait......I see Miley!"

Jake:"Is she okay?"

Jackson:"Oh, she's never better.She's.........dressed in some clown suit doing the macarana."

Jake:"WHAT!!??"

Jackson:"Yeah.She's also in her Hannah wig.I guess Rico wanted to humiliate her."

Jake:"So, we thought that she was in trouble, we went through trouble trying to find her worried about her, and she's in their partying?"

Jackson:"Well, I guess Rico found out some how and he's making her do idiotic stuff for his birthday.man....those kids are getting a kick out of it."

Jackson started laughing.

Jackson:"Man, I need a video camera."

Luann:"Well, we know she's safe now."

Jackson tried to get down from the tree and bumped himself against the window.

Jackson regained his balance and looked through the window to see Rico looking back at him.

Rico:"YOU!!!"

Jackson:"It's over little man!"

Rico ran out his door,came and stood next to Luann and Jake and looked up at Jackson.

Rico:"What are you doing here?"

Jackson:"I came looking for Miley.Have you seen her?Oh.....I see you have Hannah performing here.Can I get an autograph?"

Rico:"HAHA..very funny.I already know her secret.I just.....had her do me a few favors just so I wouldn't tell.But.......I was thinking........about telling everyone her secret anyways."

Jake:"What are you?"

Rico:"Shut it pretty boy."

Jake:"He's a little kid.He just told me off!!

Jackson:"I don't care.I've been telling you off all day today."

Luann:"No, it was the other way around."

Jackson:"Whatever.Just get me down from here."

Luann:"Oh.....monkey boy can't get down from a itty bitty tree?"

Jackson:"You better be glad your not my sister."

Jacson got down from the tree and hannah came out.

Hannah:"Oh my gosh I am so happy to see you guys.Rico found out my secret and had me perform at his birthday.....as you can see.Also, he had me follow him around all day at the mall as hannah and We drew a crowd.I now have pictures of me and him as the new couple.The frontline is:'Hannah dates 12 year old".

Luann:"Wow.That sucks."

Hannah:"You bet it does.He also made me kiss his dog like I did for zombie high.You think demon dog was bad on zombie high, take a load of this dog's breath and his teeth showing."

Jake:"But your okay?"

Hannah:"yeah, as long as he dosn't tell anybody my secret."

Rico:"There's still one more thing Hannah needs to do for the Rico."

Hannah:"What is it munchkin?"

Rico:"I'm sorry, I thought I heard you say munchkin.Right now, I'm hearing it,"Miss Montana is really Mi..."

Hannah pasted a fake smile.

Hannah:"I'm sorry about that.I guess it's just......habits.What is it......Rico?"

Rico:"Hannah has to go on the beach in front of Rico's when there are tons of people and give little rico a kiss."

Jake:"No."

Hannah:"it's not that bad.I'll just give him a quick peck on the cheek."

Rico:"On the lips."

Hannah:"Little boy say what?"

Rico:"Mhmm.Either that or Hannah is on CNN and GOOD MORNING AMERICA as Mi..."

hannah:"OKAY!!"

Rico:"Good.Now if you'll excuse me, my guests are waiting.Don't forget, the beach at 2:00."

Hannah gave Rico a wink.

When Rico left, Hannah rolled her eyes.

Jake:"What are you crazy?"

Hannah:"If I do it, he won't tell anybody and I'll still live a normal life."

Jake:"You don't understand.That's where we first had our kiss."

Hannah:"I know.But.......I have a plan.Jackson......I need you to make Rico a birthday cake."

Jackson:"I would.....if I knew how to bake."

Luann:"I do."

Everyone looked at her.

Luann:"What?"

Hannah:"Wow.Who knew that an evil genius can have a soft side?"

Luann:"Yeah.Also, I'm done playing tricks on you.I'm onto doing that with Rico and Jackson here.It's more fun that way."

Jackson:"Again.....like I said.....you better be glad I'm not your brother."

Hannah:"Okay.Let's go back to my house.I'll call Oliver and Lilly to come help out as well."

Rico's Soon To Be Birthday Surprise


Miley called Lilly and Oliver and told them the plan that she had for Rico.

Miley:''So you get it?"

Lilly:"I think so.So...what button do I push again?"

Miley:"It's THIS one."

Miley pointed to the button on the controller.

Lilly:"How do I know when to push it?"

Miley:"I'll do a.....a fake sneeze."

Lilly:"Okay......but what if I'm too late at pushing it?"

Miley lowered her voice deeper.

Miley:"YOU Better not be late.I had to kiss him before and I'm NOT doing it again........especially as Hannah."

Lilly:"Gotcha."

Oliver walked in dressed in a megamoose outfit.

Oliver:"So......tell me again why I'm dressed as a mooose?"

Miley:"So that way you can entertain the LITTLE MUNCHKIN."

Oliver:"That's fine.Hey.......this is such a cool suit.I should try and see if I can get a job at megamoo..."

Miley:"OLIVER!!"

Oliver:"Okay."

Oliver put on his moose hat and headed down towards Rico's.

Lilly:"I'm gonna go with Oliver so I can get ready for the birthday song."

Lilly ran after Oliver with the controller in her hand.

Lilly:"Wait up!!"

Jackson:"Okay.The cake is ready."

Miley:"Luann...did you add a little extra boost to the frosting?"

Luann:"Of course."

Miley smiled.

Miley:"Good."

Miley:"I just hope Jake isn't mad at me."

Jackson:"He's not."

Miley:"How do you know?"

Jackson:"Cuz he just called."

Miley:"Well what did he say?"

Jackson:"He said something about him going over to Rico's to entertain some of the kids there and to keep Rico busy."

Miley:"Did he ask to talk to me at all?"

Jackson:"Nope."

Miley sighed.

Miley:"Well, at least he's helping out with the plan."

Jackson was writing something in the cake with a knife and while he was at it, tried to get some frosting with his finger, but Luann slapped his hand.

Jackson:"OWW!"

Luann:"Hey, when I make something, you don't mess with it."

Jackson stared down at her.

Luann returned the same stare.

Miley:"You guys.You have got to stop fighting!"

Jackson:"Take ur own advice the next time we fight."

Miley:"I would but it's a waste of breath."

Jackson looked at the clock in the kitchen.

Jackson:"IT's TIME!!LET THE GAMES BEGIN!!"

Miley quickly put on her Hannah wig.

As Luann was walking with the cake in her hands and Jackson behind her,
Jackson reached out his hand to get some frosting but Luann kicked him with her foot.

Jackson:"OWW!!!"

Luann:"I told you!!Now step away from my masterpiece!!"

Jackson mimicked Luann.

Jackson:"Step away from my masterpiece........well at least I don't go around in someone else's house and eat their chocolate bunnies."

Luann:"Well at least I know how to tie my shoes."

Jackson:"Wha..?"

Jackson tripped oh his shoelace and almost caused Luann to fall.

Luann:"Be careful!!"

Jackson:"At least I don't go around untieing people's shoe laces and tieing them together."

Luann just ignored him and kept on walking.

When they all got to Rico's, they saw Jake on a stage doing the line from Zombie High, while all the kids were chanting his name and asking for his autograph.

Hannah:"Okay.Luann, stand by the table over there and when I give you the peace sign, move away from the cake."

Luann:"Got it."

Hannah:"Okay, here I go."

Rico got on stage.

Rico:"Okay everybody.I have a SPECIAL guest here for MY birthday party.Here she is!!!"

Hannah came on stage and all the kids and people walking across the beach all started to scream and people were calling their friends and family to have them come over there.

Hannah:"Hey Ya'll!! I just wanted to wish my FRIEND, let me repeat that, FRIEND rico here a Happy Birthday."

The crowd hushed down wondering what she meant since they were the new couple.

Hannah:"Okay.I'm going to sing him a LITTLE song."

The crowd roared.

Hannah:"Happy Birthday to you.Happy Birthday to you........"

As hannah was singing, she led rico down to the table where Luann was and gave Luann the peace sign.

Hannah:"Happy Birthday dear rico.....Happy Birthday to you."

Everyone clapped and cheered.

Rico:"Aww, hannah, you shouldn't have."

Rico gave Hannah a push on the shoulder.

Hannah:"Oh......yes I did."

Hannah returned the push.

Hannah:"Okay......make a wish."

Hannah felt a sneeze coming on.

Hannah looked over at Lilly to see if Lilly was seeing her about to sneeze.

Lilly was watching and got the signal.

Hannah tried to get Lilly's attention to tell her not yet, but...........

CHAPTER 12

Hannah in a Mess

When Lilly pushed the button, the cake exploded into Hannah and Rico's face.

Rico put his hands up to his eyes to remove the frosting.

Hanna did the same and got embarassed of how she looked in front of all the people.

Rico:"HANNAH!!!"

Hannah:"I'm sorry rico.I must have bumped the table and the cake went flying into your face."

Rico scowled.

Different fans were offering her napkins to take from them, so, Hannah grabbed one that was closest to her from a fan.

FAN:"HANNAH MONTANA TOUCHED MY HAND!!!I"M NEVER WASHING IT!!"

Oliver:"Believe me, you want to wash your hand.Been there....done that."

Hannah wiped all the frosting from her face and asked a fan if it was all off.

FAN:"Just a little on your eyelashes."

Hannah wiped the rest of it off.

Hannah glared at Lilly with a scowl.

Lilly looked back at Hannah with a confused look on her face.

Hannah put on a fake smile.

Hannah:"So.....rico......did you make a wish?.......a SIMPLE wish?"

Rico smiled.

Rico:"I made my wish...I just don't know if It will come true just like all my other birthdays."

Rico frowned.

Hannah:"What do you mean?"

Rico:"Well.......it's just that......every year I have a birthday party....my parents never come to say happy birthday or anything.It's like.....i'm not here since their always working."

Hannah:"Then who were those people that were at Jackson's and Oliver's cheese and jerky stand?"

Fans started gasping and wondering how she knew about it since they never saw her there.

Hannah:"People...people....I have my people who come and bring it to me.....since I get mobbed EVERYWHERE I go."

The crowd started to think of how that would feel if it were them and felt kinda bad for Hannah.

Rico:"Those people......I hired."

Hannah:"So......that was your wish?"

Rico:"No.I didn't say that.My wish...........was to get a kiss from Hannah."

Hannah bent down and looked him in the eyes and whispered so everyone wouldn't hear.

Hannah:"Little boy.........I heard you kissed a girl names Miley.She's pretty close to being like me.......isn't that good enough?"

Rico:"NO.I need it on t.v. in front of everybody."

Hannah:"Why?"

Rico:"So I can get fans."

Hannah:"Oh......that's why."

Rico nodded his head pleased.

Hannah:"How bout on the cheek?"

Rico:"I don't think so."

Hannah:"I do have a boyfriend you know."

Rico:"Duh.You looking at him."

Hannah:"Someone who is MY age."

Rico looked down at his feet.

Rico:"I guess nobody likes me because I'm just a kid."

Hannah's heart fell.

Hannah:"Oh, that's not it at all.You.......You just need to....stop....to stop being mean to people and to stop trying to do crazy stuff that will never happen like kissing me as an example."

Rico:"I know."

Hannah:"So.....what do you say?It's on the cheek or nothing."

Rico:"Really?"

Hannah:"......yeah.But honestly, I'd rather plant one on ur pooch."

Rico laughed.

Rico:"Thanks M.....Hannah."

Hannah gave him a qucick peck on the cheek and before rico could kiss her on the lips, Luann took a handful of cake and stuffed it into his face.

Luann:"now that's how I plant one."

The crowd that was there cheered for Rico that he got a kiss from hannah montana and carried him on their shoulders.

Rico:"THANKYOU HANNAH!!!"

Jake walked up to hannah.

Jake:"Hey Mi....Hannah."

Hannah:"Hey yourself."

Jake:"Sorry about being a jerk about this whole thing."

Hannah:"It's okay.I understand."

Jake:"Good."

Jake was about to kiss hannah but....Hannah backed away.

Jake:"What?"

Hannah:"Your dating miley...remember?"

Jake:"Yeah....sorry.I'm still getting used to that.I mean.....your both her and you."

Hannah put her finger to her lips.

Hannah:"Shh.People might hear."


Jake:"Sorry."

Oliver was over with the crowd singing the mega moose song to some of the younger kids.

Lilly walked over to Miley.

Lilly:"I don't get it.You told me that when you sneezed, I was supposed to press the button.I did and you got mad at me.What happened?"

Hannah:"That was a real sneeze that happened."

Lilly:"ohhhhhh."

Hannah:"Yyyeaaahhh."

Lilly:"Well on the bright side, the plan worked out and nobody was hurt."

Jackson:''WHY???!!!"

Hannah,Lilly,Luann and Jake looked over at Jackson.

Robbie:"Son......I saw the new sweets that you got.I found them and they are going to be thrown away."

Robbie was holding a garbage bag full of candy in the air, standing on his toes while Jackson was jumping for it.

Robbie:"Wow.Look at that.This garbage bag is like a pinata with Jackson batting at it."

Oliver started running towards them.

Oliver:"You guys have got to help me!!The kids are dangerous!!!Their trying to get me!!"

Oliver heard the screaming kids and started running for it.

Miley,Lilly,Luann, and Jake watched as the kids were running and yelling ''MOOSE COME BACK!! and GET HIM!''.The little kids looked like they saw a giant candy bar running away from them and started chasing after it.

Jackson:"I'll make you a deal dad.You hang it up on a tree and use it as a pinata while I get three shots to knock it down blindfolded."

Robbie:"Alright.If you knock it down....you get 1/4 of the amount of candy in here.But......if you don't knock it down.....you have to eat nothing but healthy food for the rest of your life living under my roof."

Jackson:"You mean nothing sweet at all?"

Robbie:"Of course not.You'll get your dessert every now and then.....just not.....every day at every meal."

Jackson:"Alright.Deal."

CHAPTER 13
THE DEAL

Robbie tied the garbage bag to a tree in their driveway and gave Jackson a baseball bat.

Robbie:"Okay son.You ready?"

Jackson:"I'm ready to win the deal and eat that candy."

Robbie:"Whatever you say."

Luann tied the blinfold over his eyes and made sure he couldn't see anything.

Luann:"Good luck."

Jackson:"Don't need it."

Luann just laughed and stood next to miley,jake,lilly, and oliver.

Robbie:"Okay.Here we go."

Jackson was holding the baseball bat in the position as if her were about to hit a baseball and swung the bat.

Robbie pulled the string to lift the bag up and Jackson missed.

Jackson:"Two more times and that's it.I'll get it this next."

Jackson swung again and hit the bag but didn't knock it down.

Jackson swung again and almost knocked it off.The bag tore open and candy went flying everywhere.

Jackson:"I GOT IT!!!"

Miley:"Na uh.The deal was to knock the bag down, not tear it apart."

Jackson:"WHAT??!!"

Robbie:"She's right.You know what, I didn't even think about it until miley here said that.I was going to go ahead and let you take the candy."

Jackson glared at miley.

Jackson:"Next time, keep your mouth SHUT."

Miley:"Oooh, but I couldn't do that.It's not my job."

Jackson:"oh ho, very funny."

Just then the next door neighbor came walking up the driveway in his robe.

Jackson:"Oh no.Here comes mr. HOT TUB."

Neighbor:"Stewart.......KEEP YOUR CANDY OUT OF MY HOT TUB!!"

The neighbor threw the candy at Jackson and Robbie but kept some of it and went back to his house.

Robbie:"man.I'm getting really tired of that."

Jackson:"Tell me about it."

Jake:"Well, I'm going to go.I have a premiere to go to."

Miley:"Your leaving?"

Jake:"Yeah."

Miley:"Can I go?"

Jake:"It's fine with me."

Robbie:"You can't.You have a Hannah concert tonight."

Miley:"Oh yeah.Sometimes I wish I could just be one person."

Robbie:"Careful what you wish for.It just might come true."

Miley mumbled.

Miley:"Yeah."

Luann:"Can I go?I've never been to a premiere before!!!"

Jake:"....SSuurree."

Luann:"Cool.Let me go get dressed."

Miley:"Oh great.She can go but I can't."

Robbie:"Hey, your famous you know.You should be thankful for that."

Miley:"I am."

Robbie:"Well, I'm gonna go inside and make sure Jackson didn't hide any of that candy that dropped out.Last week, I found a hershey's bar in his underwear drawer."

Lilly:"Eew."

Oliver:"Yeah.And I thought I did weird things."

Lilly:"You do."

Oliver:"Not like him."

Lilly:"True."

Miley:"Well, I'll see you guys later.Lilly, you coming to the concert?"

Lilly:"Of course!!!"

Miley:"Alright.I'll pick you up an hour earlier."

Lilly:"Okay."

Miley went upstairs to change into her 'hannah look' and heard Luann singing.

Miley thinking:'WOW.We're practically twins even though we're cousins.I'm the one with the voice and she......well she dosn't.'

Miley had an idea come to her mind.

Miley thinking:'I just might be able to go to the premiere after all.'

THE SWITCH


Miley:'I just might be able to go to the premiere after all.'

Miley walked into the room and sat down on her bed.

Miley:"Hey Luann....I couldn't help but hear your voice."

Luann:"Oh yeah.I'm really good aren't I?Like you huh?"

Miley:"......sure."

Luann:"I know.It's horrible."

Miley:"It's not.....tooo bad you know."

Luann:"hmmm."

Miley:"Well hey, you don't really want to go to that boring premiere do you?"

Luann:"Yes actually, I do."

Miley:"Well how about this.We can switch places.I go to the premiere as me and you get to go perform in front of thousands of people as Hannah Montana."

Luann thought about it.

Luann:"Okay.I'm thinking about it."

Miley:"Good.Just keep those brain cells a moving while I go get us some ice-cream."

Miley jumped up from her bed and went downstairs to see Jackson sitting down watching a cartoon.

Miley:"What's wrong with you?"

Jackson glared at her.

Jackson:"Oh, I'm just sitting here watching my favroite cartoons and eating my ABSOLUTELY FAVROITE DESSERT......FRUIT SALAD...."

Miley:"Haha very funny."

Miley went back upstairs to her bedroom with the bowls of ice-cream in her hands.

Miley:"So.......did you come up with an answer?"

Luann:"Yeah.I pick........going to the concert.I mean, performing in front of those people would be awesome!!!"

Miley smiled.

Miley:"Good.Just don't do anything stupid,embarassing,and.....just stay away from the cameras."

Luann:"OOkkaayy."

Miley:"Okay.You know all of my songs right?"

Luann:"I know some of them."

Miley stared down at her and said in a deep voice.

Miley:"Which ones?"

Luann:"The songs on ur first cd."

Miley slapped her own forehead with her hand.

Miley:"Okay.You need to learn my new songs,the dance moves,and how to lip sing."

Luann:"Huh?"

Miley grabbed Luann's arm.

Miley:"Come on.Let's go to my dance studio and then to the concert so we can rehearse everything that I'm going to teach you."

Luann:"Okay."

Lilly was at her house when Oliver called.

Lilly picked up the receiver and brought it up to her ear.

Lilly:"Miley?"

Oliver:"No, It's oliver."

Lilly:"Oh hey, what's up?"

Oliver:"I need your help."

Lilly:"With what?"

Oliver:"You know how those kids today were chasing me in the megamoose outfit?"

Lilly:"Yeah.I got that on video camera."

Oliver:"You what?"

Lilly:"I said..... I wish I had that on video camera."

Oliver:"Oh, well anyway, I tripped and fell while I was running and......the kids attacked me like paranas."(sorry.Don't know how to spell it.)

Lilly:"Ouch.Are you okay?"

Oliver:''I am, but........the megamoose suit isn't."

Lilly:"So.Just get it sewn back together or something."

Oliver:"That's why I need your help.I don't know how to sew.Plus......I think it's going to need a lot more than a needle and string."

Miley:"Okay.You got everything down?"

Luann:"Yep.Now......why can't you do your own concert?I mean....I'm sure Jake will have a lot of other premieres."

Miley:"Yeah....well...I just want to go okay?Plus.....there's this girl who keeps falling all over him that's going to be there tonight.I want to make sure that she dosn't pull anything on him.Plus, I want to take a break from hannah."

Luann:"That's fine with me.Just......what happens if I mess up?"

Miley:"You won't.Cuz if you do.......Your dead to me."

Luann:"Gotcha."

Miley:"now, just in case you do mess up and it's really bad, here is my cell number so that way I can come over there and we can switch places."

Luann:"Yeah...but....jake knows that your going to be gone since you have your concert so.....you'll have to look like me."

Miley:"Oh I know.Also.....why do you wear the glasses if you can see with out them?"

Luann:"Cuz I can't see far away with out them."

Miley:"Oh.....okay.Well, here we go.Go get changed into a Hannah outfit and do your best.See ya!!"

Luann stayed at the studio and waited for the limo to pick her up.(she's dressed as Hannah now.)

Miley went back to her house and changed into the oufits Luann had just bought so she could dress like Luann and still look stylish.

Miley walked downstairs.

Miley:"Hey Jackson?"

Jackson:"no."

Miley:"but I didn't even ask you yet."


Jackson:"I don't need to hear what your going to say cuz I already know.So....NO."

Miley:"Why not?"

Jackson:"Cuz I don't feel like it.Why don't you take your own car?"

Miley:"I would but maybe just maybe I have to have an ADULT WITH ME!!"

Jackson:"Alright fine.If it will get you to shut up."

Jackson pulled up to the entrance to the premiere.

Jackson:"Oh sweet.That girl looks so Hott!"

Miley:"That's Tiffany.She's a singer."

Jackson:"Hey can you get me her number?"

Miley shut the door,put on Luann's glasses and walked up to Tiffany.

Miley:"Hi Tiffany.I just wanted to say I'm a pretty good fan of yours and that giy over there wants your number."

Miley pointed at jackson.

Tiffany barely did a smile.

Miley started to walk up to Jake when she saw.......................

The Smooch

Miley pointed at jackson

Tiffany looked over to where she was pointing and barely did a smile.

Miley started to walk up to Jake when she saw.........Holly.

Miley glared at Holly and pasted a smile on her face.

Luann(MILEY):"Howdy there Jake."

Jake turned around.

Jake:"Oh......hey Luann."

Luann(MILEY):"Who's this?"

Holly:"I'm Holly.I did a movie with Jake."

Luann(MILEY): OHH!!I thought you looked familiar.Were'nt you in that commercial having to have that REALLY uncomftorable talk with your mom?"

Holly:"Yeah.....that wasn't my real mom.But.....I've had that comment before.Yeah, that was me."

Luann(MILEY):"Yeah, I just...didn't know if YOU were YOU."(miley laughs)

Holly does a fake laugh.

Holly:"Well, Jake, I'm going to go get some......something to drink."

Jake:"Okay."

Holly walks away and Jake turns around to Luann(MILEY).

Jake:"Hey Luann..."

Luann(MILEY) cuts him off.

Luann(MILEY):"Were yooouu STARING at her?"

Jake:"I....uh..no."

Jake is offended by her accusation.

Luann(MILEY):"Reeaalllyy?Cuz uh.....it looked like you were....blushing a bit."

Jake:"Okay...maybe I was but....."

Luann(MILEY):"But what?"

Jake:"I don't like her that way.I was blushing because you embarassed me."

Luann(MILEY):"What.....in front of her?"

Jake:"Maybe in front of all the cameras around here."

Luann(MILEY):"Ohh..(miley laughs)can't have that can we?"

Jake:"Yyeaahh."

Luann(MILEY):"Sooo.....do you have to pretend that you guys are going out or something?"

Jake:"No.Plus....Everyone knows I'm dating Miley."

Luann(MILEY):"Good...Goood...that's reallly good.Hey, so, what are you supposed to do for movie premieres anyway?Cuz the last time I was at one I....."

Jake:"You went to a premiere?When?I thought your family never let you travel inless you came to visit Miley's family?"

Luann(MILEY):"uuhhh.....(thinking)..I uh.......They had a premiere...in Tennessee....yeah."

Jake:"Ohh....it must have been the premiere for WILD HORSES.How was that premiere?Boring?"

Luann(MILEY):"ummm......(making something up)it was okay.There was nothing to do except get pictures."

Jake:"Yeah.That's pretty much what you do here inless your the star.When your the star...you basically answer questions,do interviews,pose for the cameras,sign autographs,take picture with fans."

Luann(MILEY):"Sounds.....sounds good.yeah...good."

Holly came up to them and had some cameras following her.

Holly:"So.....here is fine?"

Camera man:"PERFECT!!"

Holly came up beside Jake and kissed him in front of the cameras.

The episode where Oliver handcuffs Lilly and Miley together...well her face expression is like that looking at Jake and Miley with her hand on her hip.
Jake looks surprised while he's still being kissed and Holly looks like she's in heaven.If it was an actual picture.....it looks so FUUNNNYY!!!!


Jake pulled away from Holly's grasp.

Jake:"What are you doing?"

Holly:"They asked me to do that for the publicity and I just couldn't say no."

Camera Man:"YOU GAVE US THE TIP FOR IT!!"

Jake:"I thought we were just friends?"

Holly:"I know...but...when you used me to make Miley jealous while she was dating that....willis kid....I....I really liked it."

Jake:"Don't ever do that again."

Holly frowns and runs to the girls bathroom.

Luann(MILEY):"I'm gonna go to the bathroom."

Jake:"Yeah."

Jake looks troubled and sits on a brick wall.

Lilly:"Exactly how bad is the suit?"

Oliver:"Let's just say it looks like it got ran over by a truck and got torn into pieces like scattered puzzle pieces."

Lilly:"Wow,I think the megamoose employees aren't going to be so Moosehappy when they find out.Well.....good luck."

Oliver:"LILLY!!!"

Lilly:"What?I don't know what to do.Like you said......I don't think a needle and string will fix it."

Oliver:"I can't tell them I ruined the suit.They'll like......I don't know what they'll do but it can't be good."

Lilly:"Don't they have a lot of different suits?"

Oliver:"Yeah."

Lilly:"So.....they won't mind if they lose one out of like........20 other ones that they have."

Oliver:"I rented it."

Lilly:"Oh boy."

Oliver:"Yeah. so.....what do I do now?"

Lilly:"Well.....don't they have a place where they have them made?"

Oliver:"Yeah......AT MEGAMOOSE!!!"

Lilly:"They make their own suits?"

Oliver:"Ya think?They do make their megamoose suits for the megamoose dolls."

Lilly:"Oh yeah....I never thought of that."

Oliver:"Just......come over to my house and see what you can do."

Lilly:Alright."

Lilly calls Miley's cell.

Hannah(LUANN):"Hello?"

Lillly:"Hey Miley..I can't make it to your concert.I have to help Oliver with something."

Hannah(LUANN):"That's fine.I gotta go."

Lilly:"Okay.Bye."

Hannah(LUANN) hung up the phone and got ready for her entrance for the concert.

Hannah(LUANN) mouthed the words.

Hannah(LUANN):"You get the limo out front......Hot styles, every shoe, every color............."

Luann(MILEY) goes into the bathroom to see Holly reapplying her make-up.

Luann(MILEY):"Soooo.....got rejected by the zombie slayer huh?"

Holly pauses with her mascara wand in her hand up to her eyelashes with a 'What do you think' look.

Holly put her make-up back up.

Holly:"Yeah....but....he'll change his mind."

Holly started to open the bathroom door but Miley jumped in front of her and was between Holly and the door.

Luann(MILEY):"Whoa there fungus girl....what do you mean?"

Holly:"My name is HOLLY....okay?I'm going to win Jake and he's going to want me and not that Miley girl."

Luann(MILEY):"Are you sure?Cuz they are really into each other."

Luann(MILEY) crosses her fingers as into say'close like this'.

Holly:"Well, by tonight.....he'll want me."

Holly moved to her right to go out the door but Luann(MILEY) moved to the right as well.

Luann(MILEY):"Sorry."

Holly moved to her left and so did Luann(MILEY).

Holly:"EEXXCCUUSSEE me."

Luann(MILEY):"Right."

Luann(MILEY) moved out of the way and let Holly walk out the door and followed right behind Holly.

Holly turned around.

Holly:"And just so you know.....stay away from him...cuz he's mine.I know your stewart's friend.When I look at you.....I pretty much see her so....stay away from him."

Luann(MILEY):"You think I'm her?"

Holly:"No..you just look like her."

Holly:"Oh.....explains the resembalance."

Holly started to walk up to Jake when Luann(MILEY) jumped on Holly's back.

The paparazzi took pictures like crazy and Jake was surprised.

Holly:"GET OFF OF ME!!"

Holly flips Luann(MILEY) off of her back and Luann(MILEY)lands on her back.

Holly regained her balance.

Luann(MILEY) got up.

Holly:"You want a piece of me?"

Luann(MILEY):"No I want the whole thing!!!"

Holly and Luann(MILEY) start catfighting while Jake and some bodyguards are trying to stop them.

Hannah(LUANN) was mouthing the words to the end of Nobody's Perfect.

Hannah:"Thanks Ya'll!!!Have a Niice Night!!"

Robbie:"Darling...you were wonderful.The limo's waiting."

Hannah(LUANN):"okay."

Robbie Ray and Hannah(Luann) are in the limo.

Robbie:"Hey Miles.....I was just wonderin.....why were you lip singing?"

Hannah(LUANN):"I uh.....I didn't feel like singing tonight.I was kinda tired and while I was rehearsing....I didn't sound that good."

Robbie:"Okay.Just...as long as you don't make it obvious that you are.We don't want to get publicity about you lip singing."

Hannah(LUANN):"I know.......I was made sure of that before I started the concert."

They arrive to the house and Luann get's dressed as Miley and goes down to the premiere to switch places.

Jake got Holly and Luann(MILEY) apart.

Holly:"I'LL GET YOU!!"

Luann(MILEY):"RIGHT BACK AT YA!!!"

Jake grabbed Luann(MILEY)'s hand and brought her away from the crowd where they were in private.

Jake:"WHAT THE HECK WAS THAT??!!"

Luann(MILEY):"She was going to get all over you."

Jake:"Well....it went the other way around.You were all over her....literally."

Luann(MILEY):"She was going to get you to stop liking me so you could like her!!!"

Jake:"Wait....what?Like You?"

Jake:"Miley?"

Luann(MILEY):"Did I say Like me?I uh....I guess crushes last huh?"

Jake didn't believe her and took off the glasses.

Jake:" Why are you dressed as Luann?"

Miley:"Because.....I wanted to spend more time with you and I wanted a break from being Hannah."

Jake looked at her as if there were more to it....waiting for her to say the rest.

Miley:" and because I knew that Holly would be here and I didn't trust her."

Jake:"What....you didn't trust that I would turn her down?"

Miley:"No...that's not..."

Jake gave her a knowing look.

Miley:"Okay....fine it was that.But.....I was just afraid that you would fall for her."

Jake:"That would never happen."

Miley:"Yeah.....I know what now."

There was a pause of silence.

Miley:"Do you forgive me?"

Jake:"How could I not?"

Miley and jake hugged.

Miley:"Ley's get back to the house."

Miley and Jake held hands and headed back to the house when they saw Luann dressed like Miley run by.

Miley:"LUANN!!"

Luann(MILEY) froze to look at who called her and came over when she saw it was them.

Luann(MILEY):"Hey...I was just going to....."

Miley:"how was the concert?You didn't mess up or anything did you?"

Luann(MILEY):"No."

Miley handed Luann her glasses back and Luann put them on.

Luann:"I'm goanna go down to Rico's and get a smoothie.Want one?"

Miley:"I don't think your gonna want to go over there."

Luann:"Why?"

Miley:"let's just say your famous right now."

Luann:"I'm....I'm famouse??"

Luann:"WHAHOOOO!!!!YIPEE KI YAY!!!"

Miley:"Not the good fame."

Luann:"What did you do?"

All of a sudden the paparazzi came up and took pictures of all three of them.

All three of them started running.

Camera Man:"YOUR A TWIN??!!YOU GUYS....JAKE"S GIRLFRIEND MILEY STEWART HAS A TWIN!!!!"

The Getaway

Miley,Luann, and Jake ran for her house but the paparazzi were following.

Miley:"Okay...SO WHAT DO WE DO NOW??!!"

Luann:"Chillaxx!!!Just calm down.We have to think of something."

Miley:"CHILLAXX??CHILLAXX?WHAT THE HECK IS THAT?"

Luann:"SOmething I made up.Who cares."

Miley:"Well....have any bright ideas?"

Luann turened to Jake.

Luann:"Okay....SO WHAT DO WE DO NOW??!!"

Jake just shrugged his shoulders.

Luann:"You know what.How about you go get dressed as Hannah and they'll take their minds off of you."

Miley:"Yeah.But the only problem with that is that when they take their minds off of me, they're minds will STILL BE ON ME!!"

Luann:"Okay.Okay.Bad Idea.How about we just hide in the house??!!"

Miley:"I can't believe I didn't even think of that.Duh.They can't come in the house."

Miley,Luann,and Jake ran inside the house and locked the door just as the paparazzi were coming up Miley's driveway.

Miley:"Jackson....whatever you do.....don't answer the door."

Jackson:"Why?"

Miley:"JUST DON'T ANSWER IT!"

Jackson:"Geese.WHat did she do, blow her secret?"

Jake:"No.She got in a fight with Holly and the paprazzi saw Luann and Miley and now they have the media all over them since their twins."

Jackson:"Oh...was she dressed as Hannah?Cuz that would be so Fu...."

Miley:"JACKSON!!"

Jackson:"Oh...what was I thinking...It wouldn't be FUNNY.....IT WOULD BE HYSTERICAL!!!"

Miley crinched her teeth.

Miley:"JACKSON.....NOT HELPING!!"

Jackson:"Oh I'm sorry.I don't help people out when they don't help me out with getting the goods."

Miley:"WHat?"

Jackson:"You know.....CANDY!!"

Miley:"Why don't you just go sleep over at Rico's??HE'S LOADED!!"

Jackson got a smile on his face.

Jackson:"GOOD IDEA!!!"

Jackson got up from the couch to open the door to go to Rico's.

Miley,Luann,and Jake:"NOOOO!!!"

Luann took off her shoe and threw it at Jackson's head before he managed to open the door.

Jackson:"OWW!!"

Jackson picked up the shoe to throw it back but Luann threw her other one.

Jackson:"OWWWWWWW!!!!"

Luann:"DON'T OPEN THE DOOR!!!"

Jackson:"Dang.This is my worst nightmare.I already have one miley....why another one?Especially one that's more evil?"

Jackson went to his room.

Paparazzi:"MILEY!!!"

Miley:"Oh great.SHUT THE BLINDS!!"

Luann,Jake,and Miley ran to the blinds to shut them.

Luann:"Here.Ya'll wana see somethin???"

Luann put on a scary face and did a pose with her fists aiming at the camera men to scare them but it didn't work.

Miley:"Luann.....that only works on uncle earl."

Luann:"It worked on you."

Miley:"WHEN?"

Luann:"When we were five."

Miley:"I don't remembe that."

Luann:"I do....you were so scared that you wet your...."

Miley:"LUANN!!You wanna close those blinds over there?"

Luann looked over to where Miley was talking about.

Luann:"What blinds?"

Miley:"The blinds to close your mouth."

All of a sudden the lights went out.

Miley:"Jake?"

No answer.

Miley in a scared tone.

Miley:"JAKE??"

Jake:"Over here."

Miley felt her way over to his voice.

Miley:"Where are you?"

Jake grabbed Miley's arm and pulled her down.

Miley:"AGH!"

Jake:"Shh.I'm right here."

Miley:"Why are you down on the floor?Wait a minute......Jake Ryan isn't scared of the dark is he?"

Jake:"I...uh..no."

Miley:"Yeah you are."

Jake:"NO I'm not."

Miley:"Then get up."

Jake grabbed Miley's hand.

Miley:"Without my guidance."

Jake:"I'll stay here....thanks."

Miley grabbed Jake's elbow and pulled him up.

Miley:"I can't believe zombie slayer is scared of the dark."

Jake:"Yeah....I can't believe it either.Just.....don't tell anyone."

Miley:"I won't."

Miley:"Man....I can't believe your scared of the dark."

Luann:"I can't believe it's not butter."

Miley:"Well, we have to figure out how to get out of here without the mob."

Luann:"Well...what happened to the lights?"

Miley:"I....I don't know."

Jackson came up the stairs with his arm full of flashlights."

Jackson:"Here."

Jackson handed each one of them a flashlight.

Miley:"I'll get candles."

Miley and Luann went upstairs to Miley's room and came back downstairs with both of their arms full of candles.

(there's around 30 candles that they had plus some downstairs)

Jackson:"The paparazzi were probably surrounding the house that they bumped into that control box that shut the lights off."

Miley:"I'll call dad."

Miley reached into her Jacket and got her cell phone out and dialed his number.

Robbie:"Hello?"

Miley:"Daddy?"

Robbie:"Yeah?"

Miley:"We need your help.The lights went off in the house and there's paparazzi everywhere."

Robbie:"What?"

Miley:"Can you get roxy over here?"

Robbie:"Sure thing.We'll be over in 5 minutes."

The paparazzi were at the doors and windows trying to take pictures.They even went onto the roof and look into the skylight to take pictures.

Miley:"Oh my gosh they are soooo annoying!!"

Jake:"Tell me about it."

Miley:"At least they don't know I'm Hannah or else there would probably be broken windows."

Jackson:"Dad has this tv and radio in the garage that has batteries.We can watch t.v. on that."

Luann:"Good.We gotta entertain ourselves somehow."

Jackson:"Yeah.I'd be having a ball if I had the candy."

Luann:"You have got to get a girl."

Jackson:"Trust me.....I've tried."

Luann:"Ya think that's why they don't wanna go out with you?"

Jackson:"Ha ha very funny.But I have my own way of getting the girls to be all over me.Cooper's sister liked me."

Luann:"Whatever.Just go get the t.v."

Miley and Jake were sitting on the couch while Luann was sitting in Robbie's recliner.

Oliver:"I'm gonna call Miley and see how the concert went."

Lilly:"Oh yeah.It's a good thing.She seemed different when I called her to let her know I couldn't make it."

Oliver:"Why?What was different?"

Lilly:"Her voice...it sounded just like......LUANN'S VOICE!!"

Oliver:"You mean....Luann performed as Hannah?Man....what if she messed up on purpose and ruined Miley's career as Hannah?"

Lilly nodded her head in agreement.

OLiver:"Oh man.I thought Luann was good now."

Lilly:"I can't believe how influencing she is."

Oliver:"Yeah."

Lilly:"Let's go over to her house to make sure Miley is okay.You never know with Luann."

Oliver:"Right."

Lilly and Oliver left to Miley's house to see if she was okay.

Miley:"I heard screaming and yelling outside.It didn't sound very pretty."

Every one looked at the window by the front door to see a figure standing there.

Miley:"Oh my gosh....that was fast."

Jackson:"Huh?"

Miley:"Oh my gosh...that was fast."

Jackson:"Huh?"

Roxy:CAMERA MAN...YOU BETTER MOVE OUT THE WAY INLESS YOU WANT SOME OF ROXY!!!"

Roxy did her puma pose and the camera men moved out of the way still snapping pictures.

CameraMan:"Wait a minute.....aren't you Hannah Montana's body gaurd?"

Roxy:"You bet I am!!I'm just helping out a friend right now.So....MOVE!!"

Roxy knocked the door down without even touching it.

Miley:"Roxy...how did you do that?"

Roxy:"I'll tell you later...right now we have to get out of here."

Just then Lilly and Oliver came in panting and breathing hard.

Oliver:"What..."

Lilly:"Happened?"

Miley:"Me."

Lilly:"THEY KNOW YOUR HANNAH??!!"

Paparazzi:"oooooooooo."

Miley:"LILLY!!!"

Lilly:"Oh.....I'm guessing they didn't."

The paparazzi went crazy now.

There were fans and paparazzi up against the windows and one person actually tried to break a window.

Robbie"WE'RE GETTING OUT OF HERE!!!"

Roxy ran upstairs and turened around to face them.

Roxy:"Well come on!!"

They all followed Roxy into the Hannah closet.

Miley:"Roxy...what are we doing in here?There's no way out from here."

Roxy:"Oh that' where your wrong baby girl.You see.......I never felt comftorable with those vents...so....I decided to use it as an escape tunnel just in case something like this happened."

Miley:"Roxy....That's total genius."

Jackson:"Man....if I had one og those I'd be sneak....."

Robbie eyed Jackson.

Jackson:"Was I about to say sneaking off?"

Jackson hit his hand against his head.

Jackson:"How could I?I mean....You already have a lock on my window so I can't sneak out of that."

Jackson did a nervous laugh.

Robbie:"Yep.I did that once you started getting interested in girls."

Jackson:"Yyyeeepppp."

Roxy broke the vent door and locked it back after everyone got in and started walking in it....turned a left...then a right....and came to this room with a plasma t.v.,a popcorn maker,snowcone machine,a couch,and games."

Miley:"Wow!!A part of my closet I never knew about!!Hey......it looks just like our living room."

Roxy:"Oh it's not your closet.It's underground........and that's cuz I figured you would want some place that looked like home in a situation like this."

Lilly:"Wow!!!Man...you could have mad sleepovers here!!!!All you need to do is make it look coooool."

Lilly paused and looked at Roxy.

Roxy:"Don't make fun of my decoratin skills."

Lilly:"I'm just talkinnng about..uh..you know...for a party."

Roxy:"mhmm."

Robbie:"So...how do you get out of here?"

Roxy:"Oh....I had Jackson help me out with this place.He did that."

Jackson:"The door out is right over there."

Robbie.Luann,Lilly,Oliver,MIley,Jake,and Roxy all looked to what he was pointing at."

Miley walked over to the door and opened it and saw.......

Locked In

Miley opened the door and saw.......a brick wall.

MIley started feeling the wall for a secret door.

Miley:"Where's the door?Where's the escape door?"

Jackson:"Yeah.......about that.......I...forgot to call the cement guys."

Miley:"There's no way out??Roxy.....you didn't have another plan just in case something like this happened?"

Roxy:"I didn't know that something like this was gonna happen."

Miley put on a serious face and pointed at Jackson.

Miley:"YOU!!!THIS IS YOUR FAULT!!"

Miley ran and jumped on Jackson causing him to fall.

Jackson:"AHH!!!"

Miley:"AHH IS RIGHT.YOU BETTER CRY!!"

Robbie:"Holy cows on Robby Ray."

Lilly,Luann, and Jake were trying to get Miley off of Jackson, while Oliver was trying to pull Jackson away from tackling miley.

Oliver grabbed Jackson's arm and started pulling him but he wasn't strong enough so he fell down on his butt.

Oliver:"Jackson.....do you mind helping me out by not fighting?"

Robbie:"FREEZE!!"

Miley and Jackson stopped what they were doing and looked up at their dad, and then went back to fighting.

(Jackson had MIley in a headlock.Miley had him by his legs to where he couldn't kick.)

Roxy:"Oh please.Let me handle this."

Roxy was about to move Oliver out of the way, but Oliver let go of Jackson and quickly moved before she could do anything.

Roxy grabbed Jackson and pushed him away from Miley but her push was strong, so he was thrown across the room.

Jackson:"I'm okay.Just a few bruises but....I'm alright."

Miley:"Alright Roxy.....High Five."

Miley stretched her arm in the air to high five Roxy, but Roxy had her arms crossed with a serious face.

Miley grabbed Roxy's hand and high-fived it.

Roxy:"When did you start workin out?"

Miley:"Never.Why?"

Lilly:"Because it took me, Luann, and Jake to get you off of jackson."

Robbie:"Anything you wanna say to change my mind about grounding you both?"

Jackson and Miley:"What??!!"

Robbie:Yeah....your grounded."

Jackson:"That is soo not fair dad.I didn't do anything.She started it.Plus...she's the one who jumped me."

Robbie looked at Miley.

Miley put on her puppy dog look.

Miley:"But it's his fault that we're stuck in here."

Robbie:"Yeah butt hat was an accident because her forgot."

Miley:"Yeah..he forgot because he was tooooo busy having fun at Cooper's party."

Robby looked at Jackson.

Robby:"You went after I told you not to because you were grounded?"

Jackson:"....no....yo..At least I wasn't the one who got in a fight on national t.v."

Robby looked at miley.

Robby:"What?"

Miley:"no....."

Jackson:"She was at the premiere with Jake."

Miley put on a mad face.

Robby:"After I told you no because you had a Hannah Concert.Wait a minute.....if you were at the premiere.....then who was you at the concert?"

Luann raised her hand.

Robby:"Sweet niblets."

Robby:"All three of ya'll are grounded.......when we get out of here."

Miley:"Yeah.....How do we get out of here?You thinking anything Daddy?"

Robby:"Yeah..............i'm thinking we're locked in."

Miley:"No.We have to get out of here.I don't care if I have to get a jackhammer or a shovel and dig my way out of here......I am gonna get out of here."

Roxy:"I brought games and movies down here.Ther's also cable."

Lilly:"How do you have cable inside a tunnel that's underground?"

Roxy:"That's a secret I can't tell you."

Lilly:"Awww......come on.I realllllly want to know."

Oliver whispered:"I think it's best she keeps it a secret.I don't wanna know."

Robby:"So can you guys be brother and sister again and not competitors of a wrestling match?"

Miley and Jackson exchanged glances.

Robby:"In the count of three......I want you to pretend your getting along.....1......"

Robby didn't even have to say two.Jackson and Miley quickly did a side hug with big smiles on their faces.

Robby:"Good......now stay that way until we get out of here."

Jackson:"OWWW!!!She's pinching me!!"

Miley:"Your pinching me!!!!"

Robby:"Are you guys alright with each other?"

Miley and Jackson:"Yeah."

A few hours passed and it was about midnight.

Roxy:"Oh please....when you created a game...you win the game."

Robby kept looking back and forth from his cards to looking at Miley and Jake, kepping a close eye on them.

Jackson whispered:"Dad....have you seen that movie Cheaper By The Dozen Two?"

Robby:"Yeah....I was the one who took you to see it."

Jackson:"Remember the scene where the father's daughter went out on a date and she found him spying on them when she was on the date?In the movies?"

Robby:"Yeah."

Jackson:"Remember her reaction?"

Robby:"YEah.....what's your point?"

Robby lay down his card on the table since it was his turn.

Jackson:"I'm trying to give you a hint here dad.If she finds out your spying on her....she's gonna get mad."

Robby:"What are you talkin about?I'm not spying on her.....I'm just glancing from the cards to the t.v."

Jackson:"really?THen what happened in the movie thirty minutes ago?"

Robby:"They're watching High School Musical 2."

Jackson:"How'd you know?"

Robby:"Like I said before.....I was watching the t.v."

Jackson:"Nice try.You were still watching them."

Roxy:"I WIN AGAIN!!!"

Oliver:"No fair you cheated!!!"

Roxy:"I don't think so."

Oliver:"Neither do I."

Lilly:"This is getting boring."

Oliver:"Plus.....Roxy beat us eleven to three by cheaaaa......."

Roxy looked at Oliver.

Oliver:"I mean....She played fairly."

Oliver:"Let's play something else."

Lilly:"Hey I know......let's play Hide and Go Seek in the dark.My family plays it all the time."

Oliver:"Yeah!"

Robby:"It's already midnight."

Miley got up from watching the t.v.

Miley:"So....none of us are tired and asleep."

They heard Luann snoring.

Robby:"I rest my case."

Miley took a pillow that Jake wa resting his head on and threw it at Luann.

MIley:"WAKE UP!!"

Luann woke up with a grumpy face on.

Luann:"Who....threw....that?"

Miley:"I did."

Luann:"Oh okay.I thought it was Jackson at first."

Miley:"We're playing hide and go seek in the dark.Wanna play?"

Luann:"Sure.....I'M NOT IT!!!"

Everyone else said I'm not it except Robby.

Robby:"Oh no.....I didn't say I was playing."

Miley:"Well too bad.Your it."

Robby started counting really fast.

Miley:"Slower."

Robby slowed down and everyone scrambled to hide.

Lilly hid under the kitchen table,Miley hid in a closet, Jake hid behind the couch,Jackson hid underneath the coffee table, Luann hid in the pantry.

Roxy was hiding behind the curtains.

Oliver was still looking for a hiding spot and went to hide behind the curtains where Roxy was.

Roxy:"spot taken."

Oliver:"I need somewhere to hide."

Roxy:"Go over there."

Oliver looked to where she was pointing and hid over by the coat rack.

Robby:"Alright.Here I come!!"

Robby blinked his eyes over and over again until he got used to the dark.

Miley moved her foot to get in a more comftorable position but tripped on the broom, causing it to fall and her to fall.

Miley:"Ah!!"

Robby:"I hear someone."

Robby opened the closet door and turned on the light.

Miley:"Found me."

Robby:"What's that by your shoe?"

Miley:"What shoe?My shoes are by the couch."

Miley all of a sudden got scared and qucikly got out of the closet.

Robby:"You guys....look what I found!!"

Robby:"You guys.......Look what I found!!!"

Everyone got out of their hiding spots to see what it was.

Robby pointed to a trap door.

Robby:"What is that?"

Jackson:"It's a door."

Luann:"It's a TRAP door."

Jackson:"Same thing."

Luann:"No it's not."

Jackson:"Yes it is."

Luann:"No."

Jackson:"It is cuz I said it is now lay off woman."

Luann glared at him and was about to punch him but Robby grabbed her hand.

Roxy:"I don't remember puttin a trap door in here."

Miley:"YES!!We can finally get out of here!!!!"

Miley dove for the trap door to open it.

Roxy:"Hold on there girl........I need to make sure it's safe and to see where it leads."

Miley frowned.

Roxy opened the trap door.

Roxy:"Bad news."

Miley:"What???!!No way out???!!!I'll dig a way out!!!!!Where's a spoon??!!"

Roxy:"Chill.The bad news is that it's another tunnel."

Miley:"I don't care.I WANT OUT OF HERE!!!"

Roxy:"Hold on.Let Roxy go first."

Roxy went to the kitchen and got flashlights, everyone else got their shoes on ready to go through the tunnel.

Roxy:"Alright........follow me."

Miley went right behind roxy with Jake following her.

Robby went next to follow Jake to keep and eye on him but Jackson pulled him back.

Jackson:"Oh I don't think so Oldylocks........your my partner for the adventure."

Lilly,Luann,and Oliver went around Jackson and Robby and they all started walking down the tunnel.

Lilly:"Oh my gosh it is freezing down here."

Lilly crossed her arms and rubbed her hands together to keep warm.

Miley:"I don't feel cold at all."

Oliver:"Here............"

Oliver stopped and took his jacket off and gave it to Lilly.

Lilly:"Thanks."

Jake was squeezing Miley's hand.

MIley:"Oww........Jake.....your squeezing my hand."

Jake let go.

Jake:"Sorry.I'm still getting over my fear."

Miley:"Try camping in a tent with bears near by."

Jake:"You did that?"

Miley:"When you live in Tennessee.....your living with the wild.........and I don't mean just the men and the mullets.Especially Uncle Earl."

Jake just shrugged because he had no idea what she just said.

Jackson:"Man.........my feet hurt.How long have we been walking for?It feels like hours."

Roxy looked at her watch.

Roxy:"We've only been walking for 2 minutes."

Oliver:"No WAy!!!"

Roxy:"mhmm."

Jackson:"Man....this sucks.When we get back......i'm getting in the jacuzzi."

Miley:"We don't have a jucuzzi."

Jackson:"Oh believe me.....when we get out of here.......I'm buying one."

Jackson:"Dad........make Luann stop pinching me."

Luann:"I ain't doing anything."

Jackson:"Oh.....right.LIke I'm gonna believe that."

Lilly:"Actually that was me......I'm bored."

Jackson:"Your weird."

Lilly:"Thanks."

Roxy:"I see A door!!"

Miley shined her flashlight on the door and ran for it.

Miley opened the door and saw bushes.

Miley:"Come on!!It's the house!!!"

Miley ran outside and all she saw were flashes and lights.

Ambush

Miley:"AGH!!"

Robby,Roxy,Lilly,Luann,Jake,Oliver,and Jackson all came running behind Miley.

Miley covered her face with her hands.

CAMERA MAN:"IT'S HANNAH!!!"

CAMERA MAN 2:"HANNAH!!"

CAMERA WOMAN:"MILEY!!OVER HERE!!"

CAMERA MAN:"JAKE RYAN!!!IT'S JAKE RYAN!!!"

CAMERA WOMAN:"HEY IT'S THE OTHER TWIN!!"

Miley:"DAD!!!"

Robby:"Come on.Go back in the tunnel!!!"

They all went back into the tunnel and managed to lock it before the fans and camera crew got in.

News Reporter:"I never knew that this could be true but the young teen pop sensation Hannah Montana is really Miley Stewart."

Miley:"NOW WHAT??!!"

Jackson:"I guess we just wait in here until they leave."

MIley threw her hands in the air.

Miley:"OH YEAH!!!THAT SOUNDS LIKE A GREAT IDEA!!!THEY'RE NEVER GOING TO LEAVE!!!"

Jackson:"Eventually they will.I mean.....people are going to have to leave in order to go to the bathroom or something."

Miley:"Oh.......really?Well um......let's see.You've been to my concert before.Fans.....will hold their liquid from the beginning of the concert until I leave the concert!!!"

Jackson:"WOW......AND WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?"

Miley:''IT MEANS THEY'LL BE THERE FOREVER REGARDLESS WHETHER OR NOT THEY HAVE TO GO TO THE BATHROOM!!"

Robby:"Calm down."

Miley crossed her arms and bit her tongue before she said anything else.

Oliver:"Yeah.If we could get them x-lax they'd be gone."

Lilly:"Oliver.....how the heck could we do that?That is such a stu.....great idea!!!"

Miley:"What do you mean?"

Lilly:"Well......just announce for everyone to go down to Rico's and get free smoothies as a gift from Hannah and call Rico to put x-lax in them."

Luann:"I don't get it.Why would you have to put x-lax in them if they're going to be gone long enough to get the smoothies in the first place?"

Lilly:"Don't ruin the moment for me.I don't normally get good ideas."

Luann:"Oh.....I believe you on that one."

Miley:"How would we even get the x-lax in the smoothies?Plus......"

MIley walked over to the tunnel door and shook it.

Miley:"We're still in here hiding from them!!"

Jackson:"OOOOOO!!!!I can call Rico and have him do it!!"

Jackson pulled out his cell phone and dialed Rico's number.

Miley grabbed Jackson's hand with the cell phone.

Miley(clenching teeth):"YOU....HAD...A..CELL PHONE ALL THESE HOURS???!!!":mad::mad:

Jackson:"Yyyeeaahhh???":|:15::33:

Miley:"WE COULD HAVE BEEN OUT OF HERE HOURS AGO!!!I"M GOING CRAZY HERE!!!":mad::mad:

Oliver:"I think all of us know that."

Lilly nudged oliver with her elbow.

Oliver:"WHat?"

Miley:"Forget the smoothies...call him and tell him to bring a bull dozer here!!!!Call the navy!!!I got it....call the cops!!!!"

Jackson:"Who do I call?"

Miley:"Give me the phone.":mad::mad:

Jackson handed Miley his phone.

Miley dialed a number.

Rico:"Hello?"

Miley:"Rico!!!You..

Rico:"Oh hey Miley."

Miley:"I Need your help."

Rico:Sure.Anything after today."

Miley:"Is your brother still working at the construction thing?"

Rico:"Yeah."

Miley:"Tell him to bring a bull dozer here."

Rico:"Why?"

MIley:"Just do it please."

Miley hung up the phone.

Jake:"So what's the plan?"

Miley:"You'll see.":P:P:P:P

The Plan

Everyone just sat quietly waiting for Rico to show up.

Miley:"How hard is it to get a bull dozer here?"

Robby:"Well.....it depends on how far away it is and getting it past those people."

Miley nodded her head in understandment.

Jackson:"So miles.....what exactly is the plan?"

Miley:"I already told you.You'll see."

Jackson:"Why don't you just tell us?"

Miley:"I'll tell you when Rico comes here with the bull dozer."

Oliver came running down the tunnel from the tunnel gate.

Oliver:"Rico's here."

Miley:"Jackson, I need your cell phone."

Jackson handed it to her.

Jackson:"Don't make it long.The battery is about to die."

Miley:"It's not going to be long."

Miley dialed Rico's number.

Rico:"I'm Here."

Miley:"I know."

Rico:"now what?"

MIley:"I need you to get the people to move out of the way."

Rico:"Oh that won't be a problem."

Miley:"Get them to move out of the way....as in you not running over them with it."

Rico:"That's what I was looking forward to."

CAMERA MAN:"HEY!!THAT KID IS TALKING TO HANNAH!!"

Rico:"Uh-oh."

Rico:"AGH!!!!GET OFF MY BULL DOZER YOU FREAKS!!"

Ricos started kicking his legs all over the place.

Miley:"RICO?"

Rico:"AGH!!THEY'RE EVERYWHERE!!!"

Miley:"I know!!Which is why I need you to scare them off with the bull dozer!!"

Rico:"IT'S NOT WORKING!!!"

Lilly grabbed the phone.

Lilly:"What's happening?"

RICO:"AGH!!THE FANS ARE GOING NUTS!!!!"

Miley:"Is it really that bad??"

Rico:"Let me think......YES!!"

Rico:"AGH!!!!GET OFF!!!!

Miley grabbed the phone.

MIley:"I need you to call the police then because this phone is about to die."

Rico:"THe police are already here.The crowd is jumping all over them!!I think what you need is the marines!!"

Miley:"Tell the police to clear the place!!!"

Rico:"Uhuh.Yeah.You know what.....good luck.I'm out of here."

Miley:"RICO!! Did You hear me??The phone is about to...."

MIley was cut off with a beeping noise from the phone.

Miley:"Great.It's dead."

MIley hung up the phone and handed it back to Jackson.

Oliver:"Now what?"

Luann:"I guess we just wait until they clear the place."

Jackson:"Well you know what..."

Jackson got up from sitting down.

Jackson:"I don't know why I'm in here.They don't even want me.....they want you."

Jackson pointed at Miley.

Jackson:"So......I'm out of here."

Jackson walked over to the gate and started to ulock it to leave.

Robby:"Oh I don't think so."

Jackson:"I'll also get help."

Jackson opened the gate, locked it back up, and headed to get help.

Crowd:"AGHHHHHH!!!!!!"

Jackson:"DADDY!!!!HELP!!!!!"

Girl:"I GOT A PIECE OF HANNAH'S BROTHER'S SHIRT!!!!"

Jackson was crawling on the ground while a whole bunch of people were pulling his legs.

Jackson managed to get free and quickly unlocked the tunnel and got back in.

Jackson:"We need better plans."

(Jackson's clothes were all ripped)

Miley:"Great.We're stuck in here even longer."

MIley flopped on the ground and sighed.

Jake came and sat next to her.

Jake:"Don't worry about it.We'll get out of here."

Miley:"Have you ever been in a situation like this?Where your secret is out and there's no way of having a normal life?"

Jake:"No.But there was one time where I was being chased by a whole bunch of girls into the boys bathroom."

Miley:"They....went....into the bathroom?"

Jake:"Yeah.I had to start leaving with two bodygaurds instead of one."

Miley:"Yeah.I can believe that."

Jake:"I don't know what it's like to have your secret identity all over the news, but, I can try to help give advice."

Miley:"Yeah.It's okay though.....oh and uh.....I would stop having your arm around me...cuz uh....my dad's watching."

Jake:"Oh....um....sorry."

Jake removed his arm quickly and glanced at her dad(in the corner of his eye) with a smile on his face not moving his lips.

Jake:"Is he still watching?"

Miley:"Yep."

Miley looked at Jake.

Miley:"Okay you can relax now."

Jake relaxed his position.

Jake:"Thanks."

Miley:"Yeah."

Miley:"Now all we have to do is wait for the people to lea........"

Miley was cut off by a loud banging on the gate.

Miley:"Wha...What was that??"

CHAPTER 22

Miley was cut off by a loud banging on the tunnel gate.

Miley:"Wha...What was that?"

Jake:"I odn't know."

Miley grabbed Jake's hand regaurdless whether or not her dad was watching.

Person:"MILEY STEWART??"

Miley:"ye...Yeah?"

Person:"I'M HERE TO GET YOU AND YOUR FAMILY OUT OF THIS MESS AND SOMEPLACE SAFE."

Miley didn't know if she should believe whoever it was for it could be a camera man or fan.

Miley:"Uh...no thanks.It looks like it's much safer in here."

Person:"I'm an officer.Some kid told me to help you out of here."

Miley:"Never mind."

Miley got up and grabbed her dad's hand and led him to follow her.

Miley:"Let's go Dad."

Miley walked up to the gate and saw the officer.

Miley:"Thankyou soooo much!!!"

Officer:"No problem."

Robby opened the gate and everyone got into a police car and were escorted to the police station.

-----------------------POLICE STATION-------------------------
Officer:"I'm going to send you to that officer right down there at that counter."

Everyone went over to the counter.

Robby:"So officer......what are we going to do about a place to stay?The mob is still at the house waiting for us."

Officer:"Don't worry.This has happened before."

Robby didn't know to believe it or if the officer was being sarcastic.

Robby:"Really?"

Officer:"You don't believe me?"

The officer set his pen down on the counter and leaned on it.

Officer:"In 1924....There was an actress who was returning home and had paparazzi follow her.There were fans all over the place,cameras,homeless people.You name it.The fans went crazy that her house had broken windows,her stuff was stolen, and she had to go into hiding.That's where I came in.Now here is where I come in now.The same hide out she was in is where you'll be until we get your place cleared out."

Robby just looked at the man.

The officer looked really old.

Robby:"Exactly how long do you think that will take?"

Officer:"Hmm.....it could be weeks....months....maybe years."

Miley:"What?It dosn't take that long to clear out a place.Get the marines and it'll clear out in about 20 seconds."

Officer:"I'm just kidding you.We gotta have some humor right?"

Robby laughed.

Robby:"Oh......you got me with that actress story."

The officer laughed and then put on a serious face.

Officer:"That was true."

Robby stopped laughing.

Officer:"It'll take about a week.I got a report that your house had some damages to it.So....when everything is fixed up....you'll be back there in no time.We'll have to put security measures there in order to keep people off the property."

Robby:"So where is this place?"

Officer:"Oh.....it's still in Malibu.It's just up closer where all the stars are living......like Angelina Jolie."

Robby:"Oh."

------------------------HIDE OUT----------------------------

The Safe House


Jackson:"Mamma Mia."

Lilly:"It's Like A dream.....a beautiful beautiful beautiful dream."

Miley snapped her fingers in front of Lilly's face.

Lilly:"Okay I'm done.Sorry."

MIley:"WHat....my closet gets two beautifuls but this place gets three?"

Lilly:"Well...maybe if If you had a bigger clos..."

MIley:"Uh uh.....that's not going to happen."

Oliver:"What isn't?"

Miley:"Me getting a bigger closet.Try convincing my dad of that.I just got this new one....I doubt my dad is going to let me get an even bigger one.Plus....you know how he is with me changing my mind."

Lilly and Oliver nodded their agreements.

Jackson:"Man.....you call this a safe house?A hide Out?Man.....I don't think I ever want to go back home."

Robby:"Son.......for this week........it is home."

Jackson:"YEAH!!!!"

Oliver:"AH MAN!!! THEY GOT A VENDING MACHINE!!!!AND YOU DON'T EVEN HAVE TO PAY!!!"

Lilly walked over to the vending machine and pushed a button to get root beer.

Kachink.

Lilly:"WOW.This vending machine pays you for getting a drink from it."

Oliver:"Actually that was the change in my pocket.It fell out."

Lilly:"oh."

Oliver talking to the machine:"Yeah.....I don't have to pay.I get to get a drink from you for free sucker."

Oliver pushed a button to get root beer.

The root beer started to come out from the metal spring but not all the way.

Oliver:"AH MAN!!"

Jackson:"Here."

Jackson walked over to the machine and started shaking it to get the root beer out.

Jackson kept shaking it until it finally came out.

Jackson reached down,grabbed the root beer and handed it to Oliver.

Oliver:"Ah...thanks ma...."

Oliver was cut off by a noise from the machine.

Oliver:"Dude......what was that?"

Jackson bent down and looked.

All of a sudden a whole bunch of soda fell out onto Jackson.

Miley,Lilly,Luann,and Roxy laughed.

Lilly pulled out her cell phone and snapped a few pictures.

Miley:"Ah....good one Lilly."

Miley did the same.

Jake:"Hey you guys....there's a pool out there with a slide from those water parks and a hot tub in the shape of a car."

Miley and Lilly's mouths dropped open.

Miley:"Man.....how come we never can get something like that Daddy?"

Robby:"If you invited some of your friends over who didn't know your secret,how would you explain to them how you bought it?"

Miley thought for a moment.

Miley:"Tell em that I stole it from a water park?"

Robby chuckled.

Robby:Nice try for a save.But also.....it cost too much money."

MIley:"But we're millionares dad."

Robby:"True......but.....we gotta keep things down on a low profile and....we don't want to go start spending money just because we have it.....like you when your buying your shoes."

MIley:"Hey.....you have to have different shoes to go with different outfits."

Robby:"Uh huh."

Miley:"We're female.It's part of our blood."

Robby:"Right.And so is not spending a lot of money."

MIley:"Your right.PLus.....I need to make a good example for my fans and not getting a big head.PLus....your right about not spending a lot of money."

Lilly:"ooooo, let's go shopping sometime.We can go raid ROSS and T.J.MAXX.Believe it or not......but I found LUCKY BRAND JEANS THERE!!"

Miley:"NO WAY!!Were they the real ones or fake?"

Lilly:"Nope.They were real....I think.Plus...nobody would even notice."

Miley:"Except for Amber and Ashley."

Lilly:"You just had to ruin the moment."

Robby:"Oliver, Lilly, Jake.....you guys go get in the car so I can drive you home."

Miley:"What?Can they sleep over?"

Robby:"Honey....they practically did.It's three thirty in the morning.Their parents are probably worried sick about them....plus of what went on."

MIley:"dang it.He speaks truth."

Lilly:"Well...see you tomorrow.....maybe."

Oliver:"Yeah...see you tomorrow."

Oliver took a second look at the place.

Oliver:"You know what Mr.Stewart.....what of I called my mom and asked to sleep over?I'm sure she'd say Yes."

Robby:"You sure?"

Oliver thinks for a second.

Oliver:"Yyyeeaahhh....I'm sure."

Robby:"Then why did your dad leave this message on my phone?"

Robby handed the phone to Oliver.

Oliver pressed the play, put it up to his ear and quickly pulled it away from his ear.

Oliver's MOM:"OLIVER!!I SEE YOU ON THE NEWS!!!ARE YOU OKAY?!CALL ME WHEN YOUR SAFE!!"

Robby:"he sure does sound mad."

Oliver:"That wasn't my dad....that was my mom."

Robby:"oops.I hope I didn't offend her when I called back and thought she was your dad."

Oliver:"I hope not too."

Robby:"Well, I'm going to go see if the officer will drop you guys off at your houses.Jake...you need a ride or do you already have a limo driver?"

Jake:"Yeah that would be great.I don't want to disturb my driver."

Robby:"okay."

Robby walked out the door with lilly and Oliver behind him."

Jake:"So....uh....I'll see you tomorrow?"

Miley:"Yeah.That would be great."

Miley and Jake leaned in to kiss but.......

Robby:"MIles!!!"

Miley to herself:"Nice going dad."

MIley:"YEAH?!"

Robby:"Oh nevermind.Come on Jake!!"

Robby walked back in the house.

Jake:"See ya."

Jake gave a quick wave and walked out.

Miley:"Nice going dad."

Robby:"What?Oh.....Did I interupt something?"

MIley put her hands on her hips.

MIley:"Ya think?"

Robby:"Sorry.NExt time I'll let him hug you."

Miley:Daddy."

Miley:"Hey...it's either that or waves."

MIley:"Hugs."

Robby:" I thought so."

Luann and Miley found their room as Robby was still gone from dropping Lilly,Oliver, and Jake off.

Luann:"okay.Since we're both wide awake....I figured we could have a little fun tonight."

MIley looked over at Luann who had a mischievous look on her face.

MIley:"Keep talking."

CHAPTER 24


Miley: '' Are you serious?!"

Luann: " When am I not serious when it comes to pranking?"

Miley nodded her head.

Miley: '' True....okay let's do it."

Luann and Miley left the bedroom, tiptoed to her dad's room to hear him snoring and made their way to the room Jackson was in.

Miley bit her tongue to keep from laughing while Luann had on a serious, focused face.

Jackson was sound asleep, hugging his little puppy stuffed animal.

Miley: " I can't believe he still sleeps with that thing."

Luann: '' I can. He's always been a baby...., kinda like you.''

Miley: '' Evil, nice cousin say what?"

Luann: " Oh just forget it. We've got business to take care of.''

Miley: '' Yeah I'll forget it for now...."

They tiptoed to the edge of his bed and Luann tied rope around his feet while Miley dipped his hand in a bowl of hot water. Miley put earplugs in his ears from an I-pod and turned it to one of Hannah's songs.Luann then poured olive oil on a small portion of the hard-wood floor.


Miley: '' You think he'll react?"

Just then Jackson started to squirm.

Miley and Luann dropped to the floor in the darkness, crawling on hands and knees to the lit up hallway.

Luann: '' oh yeah...it'll work." She said with a smirk on her face.

Jackson awoke sleepily with a frown of disgust on his face.

Jackson: '' oh cups and noodles. I tinkled." He said to himself.

Miley was about to burst with laughter but Luann slapped her hand against her mouth, while putting her hand over her own mouth to prevent herself from laughing as well.

Jackson got up from the bed, put his feet on the floor and tried to walk to the bathroom, but slipped on the oil, causing him to fall forward on the floor.

Jackson: '' SWEET NIBLETS!!!!"
