that outfit is one of the best she has worn, the worst dress list ppl dont have taste they probably just think she looked a bit (sry for my language) sluty in that just bc of the skirt but i say if u got the legs show um off! and besides thats the type of style today the ppl who make that list are probably like older ppl i doubt ppl those ppl are like 15 16 14 or 13 bc that is the style for that age range so ppl who are older wouldnt understand i say dont pay attention to that list bc ima say that outfit is HOT! like it looks REALLY good on her, if i had her body i would wear stuff like that all the time

I can't say that's one of her better outfits.
But it's not THAT bad either.
If they think that's bad, they should have seen the lampshade dress lol (she wore that to the CMA's)

I like most parts of the outfit, except the high socks, but it doesn't really go together. Any of those thing on their own would have been fine, but together it just doesn't work.
I wouldn't say it's that big a deal though.
She's only 14 and not everyone is going to do well wiht every single outfit they wear.
