To me this makes me smile and cry every time I read it.....
Story:
"I want to hold on to her." Miley cried as her dad held her in his arms on the drive home."We all do bud but she is gone for a long, long while." "But I don't want her to go!" Miley skreached as she flung herself in the corner of the crammed taxi. Oliver, Jackson, Billy, and Rico sat quiet as Miley cried softely and sadly. "She was a special part of me daddy, and she was a big part that will never be there again. Just an empty place in my heart that nobody can every take away."
When the taxi stopped at Miley's house they threw open the door and ran to her room, locking her self in and crying oh so loudly as loud knocks on the door and comforting voices tried to ask Miley to open up. She skreamed "Leave me alone!" After three long hours Miley managed to calm herself down and came to her seft to open the door. She began to cry again on her dad's shoulder and he picked her up in his arms and sat her on her bed. He began to talk with comforting words but all she could here was her own thought.
Miley:
I wish she didn't have to leave. Lily was the best thing that every happened to me....then her dad said something that caught her attention.
Story:
"Milez cancer can kill anybody we are just unlucky that it happened to our Lily. But would she want you to be hurting your self over this. Lily was a strong girl and she would have wanted the same for you. Miley began to smile a little bit to make her dad feel that he had done what he came in there to do. After they talked for one hour her dad gave her some of his famous Loco Hot Cocoa and she fell dreamlessly asleep. All she dreamt about was how Lily was the best friend she ever had and loved her so much as if they were sisters and she smiled the whole dream while tears of joy fell on her now fully drenched pillow. "Milez. Wake up bud." Her dad said as she rubbed her eyes still half asleep. "What?" She said in such a sleepy tone she almost said it to her self. "I got a surprise for ya bud." Her dad told her as he held out a shiny bracelet for Miley . "What a surprise, for me?" Miley said still half asleep. "Well when your awake come down and have some breakfast, I have something I want to show you."He said trying not to give away the secret. "Ok daddy, I'll be down there soon."
