Has anyone not seen the DC games concert? I'm petty sure we all have seen the concert where Miley introduced See You Again and G.N.O. Well, she has a black and white skirt. If you notice on the Meet Miley Cyrus part of the CD she is wearing the same skirt. Don't believe me? You MileyWorld members can look at the pictures (and video) on MileyWorld and see that skirt.

they dont usually wear things twice that they wear at award shows or something
but for concerts and stuff they wear the same outfit or pieces of an outfit more than once
and just because they arent on tv wearing something twice doesnt mean they dont wear it again

I agree Miley has wore the same outfit like at Disney Channel Games and Hollywood & Highland concerts. She did in some of the concerts on the tour last year too.
