Miley's has another brother?

ok, well in the amazon interview, Miley said she had 2 brothers and 2 sisters. Braison, Noah, Trace and Brandi. But I think she has another half brother cause Billy Ray was married before and had a kid with a woman named Cindy Cyrus. Here's proof:

i dont think she ignores it but what i do think is that since trace and brandi are her step brother and sister too but they are more like her real brother and sister to miley cause billy ray adopted them and they rarely ever see their real father but on the other hand i think when billy ray and cindy got divorced cindy probably won costody over christopher cody so he probably rarly sees billy ray and the family cause they now live in LA.

Because as far as Miley is concerned he is NOT her brother, has never lived with him, and has probably never met him. He is a stranger to her.

Maybe Tish had a kid before. But I saw a Billy Ray Interview he said he lived in a car (don't ask) and then he met Tish- he was single

I heard that Tish was one of Billy Ray's backup dancers during the Achey Breaky Heart craze. I think they got together after Tish got pregnant with Miley and lived together for a year after Miley was born. I'm pretty sure he had broken up with Cindy before meeting Tish.
