This is part 2 of my series. After Hannah finally decides to tell her fans the fact that she's Miley, different problems start occuring between her and Jake. Will Jake and Miley be together at last?

Chapter 1: The Truth Revealed
Setting: Concert
Hannah: "Hey guys! How are you today?"
The crowd cheers.
Hannah: "How about we start with Nobody's Perfect?"
Hannah sings Nobody's Perfect.
Hannah: "The next song is Make Some Noise!"
Hannah sings Make Some Noise.
The crowd cheers louder and louder.
Hannah: "How about one of my oldest songs, I've Got Nerve?"
Hannah sings I've Got Nerve.
Hannah: "I have the last song to sing to you guys. I have been enjoying the life as Hannah Montana, but I have a decision made for the future of my life. The last song, Best of Both Worlds!"
Hannah sings Best of Both Worlds.
Hannah pulls off her wig.
Hannah: "I have a confession. I, am Miley Stewart."
Chapter 2: Madness
Setting: Backstage
Robby Ray: "Why did you tell them you are Miley?"
Lilly: "I told you to tell Jake, not the whole world!"
While everyone's talking to Miley, Oliver stares at the chicken wings basket.
Oliver: "All the chicken wings are gone..."
Robby Ray: "No time for chicken wings. We've got to tell them this isn't the truth!"
Jake: "Yeah."
Miley pulls Jake off to a corner.
Miley: "Can I talk to you for a second?"
Jake: "Yeah?"
Miley: "I told them I am Miley because of you."
Jake: "What?"
Miley: "Don't be stupid."
Miley walks away into her limo and leaves.
Jake: "What? Miley?"
Lilly: "Let her cool off for a second."
Robby Ray: "Yeah. Then she could tell us more."
Chapter 3: Advice Needed
Setting: Hospital
Jake is in the hospital to visit his 12-year old cousin who has an IQ of 160.
Jake: "Alex, I need help."
Alex: "You need help with..."
Jake: "Hannah."
Alex: "Oh. You mean Miley."
Jake: "So you also heard the news?"
Alex: "Yeah."
Jake: "She probably hates me now."
Alex: "How?"
Jake told the entire story to Alex and Alex tried to help him.
Alex: "Try that. It probably works."
Jake: "Thanks Alex! You're the best... even though you're the youngest."
Alex: "Anytime!"
Jake left and picked up his phone to call Miley.
Miley: "Hello?"
Jake: "It's Jake."
Miley: "I have nothing to say to you."
Miley hangs up.
Chapter 4: School Problems
Setting: School
Miley walks into school and Amber and Ashley suddenly walk up to her.
Amber: "Hi Miley! I've made some cake. Do you want some?"
Ashley: "I got new clothes. Do you want them?"
Miley: "Um... no thanks!"
Lilly, Oliver and Jake are quietly talking beside the locker areas.
Lilly: "I kind of feel bad for Miley."
Oliver: "Do you have fries? I'm hungry."
Jake: "Hey Lilly! Hey Oliver. What's Miley up to?"
Oliver: "I don't know."
Lilly: "Everyone's treating her differently."
The school bully pulled Miley into one corner.
Miley: "Yes?"
Bully: "I hate it when people get famous."
The bully beats Miley up badly.
Miley: "Ouch..."
Then Miley walks to class.
After school, Miley walks home.
Miley: "Daddy, I need help."
Robby Ray: "Yes, bud?"
Miley told Robby Ray everything that happened at school.
Robby Ray: "You want to move or something to stay away from these problems?"
Miley: "Maybe it'll work!"
Chapter 5: Moving
Setting: The Stewarts' House
Miley: "Yay, dad! We're moving!"
Jackson: "Hey but that means no more being cool!"
Miley: "The entire point. I don't like star treatment."
Jackson: "But I do!"
Robby Ray: "But we're still moving."
Lilly rushed in with Oliver and Jake.
Lilly: "Why are you moving?"
Jake: "And not telling us?"
Oliver: "And not saving chicken wings for me?"
Lilly: "Hush up Oliver!"
Oliver: "Sorry."
Jake: "Miley, please don't leave."
Miley: "I hate you guys, okay?"
Miey leaves the house.
Robby Ray: "Miley? You still need to pack your stuff up!"
Jackson: "Because we're not packing for you."
Miley: "I'll pack it later."
Chapter 6: Betrayed
Setting: Beach
Lilly: "How great to be on the beach!"
Jake: "Yeah. The sunset rocks!"
Lilly: "Totally. This totally feels like a date."
Jake: "But it's not."
Lilly and Jake laugh.
Lilly: "It would have been great if we were dating though."
Jake: "What do you mean?"
Lilly: "I like you."
Jake: "Me too. We are totally best friends."
Lilly sighs because Jake didn't get what she was saying.
Jake: "Wouldn't it be great if Miley was here?"
Lilly: "Yeah. Maybe."
Jake: "What do you mean?"
Lilly: "Forget Miley."
Jake: "How would I ever forget her?"
Lilly: "I mean, forget Miley. Be with me."
Jake: "What?"
Lilly kisses Jake and leaves.
Chapter 7: How Could You?
Setting: Beach
Miley just went to the beach and saw everything.
Miley: "Lilly, can I talk to you?"
Lilly: "Okay."
Miley brings Lilly to a corner.
Miley: "How could you?"
Lilly: "How could I do what?"
Miley: "Take Jake from me?"
Lilly: "Why would I do that?"
Miley: "I saw everything. Don't lie."
Lilly: "Why would I, Miley?"
Lilly tries to act innocent.
Miley: "You know Jake is mine!"
Lilly: "You already gave him up."
Miley: "No I didn't!"
Lilly: "Go get Jake back if you want. But, Jake might not like you anymore."
Miley cries and runs away, but Jake sees her and tries to chase her down.
Jake: "Miley? Is that you? Miley?"
Chapter 8: New House... New Friends
Setting: The New Stewarts' House
Miley: "Don't you love our new house?"
Miley pretends to be happy.
Jackson: "Love the house, hate the treatment."
Robby Ray: "You mean the fact that we're living right beside 2 hotels?"
Jackson: "No. I mean nobody treats me as if I'm famous."
Miley just stares out the window.
Jackson: "But I do hate the twins in The Tipton Hotel that comes near by a lot."
Robby Ray: "They are kind of loud."
Miley: "Daddy could I go outside?"
Before Robby Ray could say "Yes", Miley rushes out.
A girl taps on Miley's shoulders.
Girl: "Hi! I am London Tipton, from The Tipton Hotel right beside your house."
Miley: "Hi, London! I'm Miley."
London: "You want to come to The Tipton?"
Miley: "Sure!"
Setting: The Tipton
London introduces Miley to her best friend Maddie, they had a lot of fun, but Miley still misses home...
Chapter 9: I Miss You
Setting: The New Stewart's House
Miley stares at the window, crying.
Robby Ray: "What's up, bud?"
Miley: "I miss home. I miss Malibu. I don't like Boston."
Robby Ray: "Why don't you like Boston?"
Miley: "I miss the good times I've had with Oliver and Jake."
Robby Ray: "What about Lilly?"
Miley: "She took Jake from me."
Robby Ray smiles for a second.
Robby Ray: "You mean she's dating Jake?"
Miley: "Yup!"
Robby Ray: "Soi you aren't that happy about that, bod? Right?"
Miley: "Yeah."
Robby Ray: "Why don't we visit Malibu next week to see what happens?"
Chapter 10: Welcome Back!
Setting: The Old Stewarts' House
Miley: "Great to be back."
Lilly, Oliver and Jake see Miley back in her old house and went in.
Lilly: "Hi Miley!"
Miley looks at her with a 'whatever' look.
Miley: "Hey Oliver!"
Jake: "Um hey Miley! I have to ask you something."
Miley pulls Jake into a corner and she sighs.
Miley: "What?"
Jake: "Why did you tell that you were Hannah?"
Miley: "Because of you, Jake! I didn't want to date you in both my identities, otherwise you'll be 'cheating'!"
Jake: "Thanks Miles. You are always helping me."
Miley and Jake hug and Lilly comes.
Lilly: "My work is done, I guess."
Miley knew what Lilly meant. Lilly must have pretended to date Jake to get Jake and Miley back together again.
Miley: "You're the best, Lilly!"
Oliver joins them.
Lilly: "Anyways, welcome back!"
Oliver: "Are there any chicken wings?"
