You can use paint to blend pictures by using the star thing, cutting out the 2nd person (or image) and dragging it to the first picture,

but if you want something a little more "professional" look you can try downloading Adobe Photoshop, Paint Shop Pro (easy to learn), Macromedia Fireworks, etc... there are a lot of tutorial sites out there that will show you how to get started if you use any of these programs

do they cost $$$? if they do, then how much $$$$? cuz i don't got much$$$$. to tell u the truth all i got is 31 cents and a bunch of gift cards. i just spent all my $$$ @ walmart yesterday. i got high school musical but i like to call it high school moosical. i also call the computer the compooper. lol! i'm weird.
