Well, it's not bad. It just kinda look like it's "missing something" in my opinion. Also, the faded Miley on the left is kinda hard to see so I think you might want to make the opacity higher. The dot background has a nice classy vibe to it, but it looks like it could use more in my opinion. Oh, I love the text. It's nice and goes with the pic, but it looks a little to close to Miley so I think you might want to move it to the left a bit. There isn't much room for that though, so I think you might want to make the text a little smaller
