A good site for stock images is www.gettyimages.com. Just search for what you want and you'll get lots of results. Though the pictures are tagged. It's great for finding images such as lined-paper, pens, paper clips that you can use in banners and stuff :D. Also has people and just a buttload of great images.

yep, you can't use them outside of deviantart unless the maker of the stock states it. you have to check the terms of use of the stock maker before using them. here's one I went to the artist page on the first link posted
