this is what i do. i have digital cable and a DVD recorder. if you have Time Warner. But it on channel 440. Keep the box on and set a timer for channel 4. and there you go. other then that i have no idea. im sure theres ways tho

OK, this is how I do it :P

1. Open iTunes. If you don't have that you can get it from the Apple website for free (www.itunes.com)

2. In iTunes, go to "Radio" (on the left side) and then select "Pop" and then "Radio Disney". Radio Disney should start playing.

3. Download "Smart PC Recorder". It's shareware but you can use it forever and there's no limitations. (http://www.voiceemotion.com/inst_pkgs/smartrecorder%5Beng%5D.exe)

4. Install and Open Smart PC Recorder. Where it says "Recording Source" Select "Wave Out Mix" and set the volume slider (to the left) a little bit away from the bottom. (This is so it doesn't sound too bassy)

5. While radio disney is playing, simply press the big red circle! When you've finished, press Stop and "Save". The file can be found (as a date/time sequence) under "My Documents/Smart PC Recorder Records"

And that's how I do it! :D Hope that helps!
