I vote #2 because the dress has to many things going on it I mean the different clolour ribbon,the floor length,and the halter.

well, it depends. I don't like her make-up at all in the second one. Her hair looks weird in #3, and #1 outfit is like awful. so, I'd say all of them for different reasons.
