KAY PANABAKER: I think she is a pretty girl but that outfit is putrid. It looks a bit chinese with zebra and cow mixed in. (no opression or discrimination and predjudice meant to any cultural region of the world)
ROSE MCIVER: It looks like a school uniform for catholic schools. I wore it for a while until I switched schools. It is sort of awkward but she looks cute in it.
EMILY OSMENT: I dunno if she should even be here on worst dressed. It is cute. Obviously, she is looking casual and stylish rather than fancy, formal, and illuminating. I <3 it.

The first Kay Should've worn jeans and a more form fitting top, but hte pattern is cute

Second, well it was for a show so she didnt have any choice
