okay, i know how to do it if the video is on the computer screen. what you do is watch the video and when u wanna make a cap of that pose, you pause the video, and hit the 'Print Screen' button on your keyboard (if on a laptop, you might have to fit the functions key and then a nother button). then go to photoshop or whatever graphics program (even paint) and hit control v. then just crop the page to the picture and save it

I can't do that! I've ever done but my picture is black!
