Chapter 1: Wait, you are hannah?

hannah walked off the stage.

robby ray: that was great honey! there is someone to see you

hannah: really? who?

jake: hi hannah
hannah: oh hi jake. sorry can't talk right now. can you wait?
jake: yea sure

hannah started singing nobody's perfect and then the concert finished. she hadn't noticed but the bobby pins holding the wig on were falling out. she ran off the stage.
hannah: hi jake
jake: hi. so do you want to go back on zombie high?
hannah: sure that would be great
jake: great. then we can finish our kiss
hannah (dreamy): yea i know
jake: excuse me?
hannah: oh don't worry
for a second she had forgotten she was hannah, not miley.
hannah started talking to her dad and her wig fell off
jake: errm hannah, heres your hair....
miley(because her wig had fallen off): i have something to tell you
jake: what hannah?

she turned around.

he gave her a huge hug.

robby ray: come on lets go. cause its the time to go....

and they went in the car

miley: you have no idea what this means to me.

he kissed her on the lips gentley.

*the next day at school*

lilly: so how did the concert go?
miley: great! jake found out i am hannah and didn't even care
lilly: oh great..........
miley: whats wrong?
lilly: it is just that i always liked jake from the start and then you got him! how come its so unfair! you get everything
miley: lilly i'm sorry.....

lilly: you hated him and you knew i liked him and you just went ahead and kissed him!

lilly walked off. everyone was looking

miley: theres nothing to see here

miley felt really guilty, lilly was really angry at her, over a guy. they said they wouldn't let guys get between them again.

jake: miley, whats wrong?
miley: its nothing.... just that lillys angry at me
jake: well i am here.
miley: yea i know.
jake kissed miley

jake: give it a rest!
miley: all the girls adore you......
jake: but i only adore one girl

jake overheard lilly saying she liked him and kept listening to the conversation.

jake: so you are calling me stupid

chapter 5: face down (songchap)

One look puts the rhythm in my head.
Still I'll never understand why you hang around.
I see what's going down

jake scratched miley badly and it started bleeding
oliver: now what was that for?
jake: for saying that
miley: don't worry. its ok
miley took out a tissue and put it on it and walked off with jake

oliver kept thinking, why is she still sticking around? why is she still going to date him?

Cover up with makeup in the mirror,
Tell yourself it's never gonna happen again.
You cry alone and then he swears he loves you

lilly: what is your dad going to say?
miley: its ok, he won't find out. hand me the fountation.
lilly: ok
miley covered up the scratch and you couldn't even see it.
lilly: wow! that stuff works! are you sure you are ok? don't let him to anythin bad to you
miley: don't worry, he loves me. he won't. he said sorry. he said he won't do it again and he won't

miley walked into her room and started crying, "But he does love me, he even said so. i know he does, i know he does"

Do you feel like a man when you push her around?

Miley was with Jake at the beach. Jake grabbed onto mileys hand, squeezing it really hard.
miley: what did you do that for?
jake: come on, i am only playing with you. i love you
they started kissing.
jake pushed her down to the ground. she landed on a rock on her side and she was in a lot of pain. jake sat next to her on the sand.
oliver was standing at ricos watching, "why does she even put up with it?" he kept asking himself.

Face down in the dirt she says "this doesn't hurt"
jake: are you okay?
miley: yeah, im fine.

I see the way you go and say you're right again,

oliver: jake you need to stop.
jake: stop what?

jake: i am not oken! take a break.
miley was up in her room, cyring. everywhere hurt. she was in a lot of pain. "why is he doing this" she kept asking herself

oliver: miley, you can't put up with him doing that you have to break up with him!

tears came up into her eyes

oliver: miley.... if he loved you would he do this?

she put her head on olivers shoulder and cried into it

oliver: its ok.

miley started to scream

oliver: what? whats wrong?

miley lifted up her shirt a little to show a huge bleeding sore.

oliver: ok we are going to the hopsital.

workers: she will have to stay in for the rest of the day.

miley: oliver you can go....

oliver: i will go and find jake and then come straight back.

miley: no don't....

oliver: we need to find out!

miley knew that he was right, but didn't want jake to hurt oliver. he was already leaving, it was too late to stop him.

workers: come and sit over here. we need to clean out the sore because it has been left for quite a while and then stich it up.

miley hated stiches, but just said ok.

oliver was at the beach and saw jake

oliver: jake! mileys in hospital
jake: what? what for?
oliver: you know what for. i saw you push her down on that rock before! it gave her a huge sore. now why did you do that to miley? you love her don't you? don't you?
jake: ok i will tell you why i did it.....
oliver: why?

chapter 7: the reason

jake: my dad does it to me all the time

oliver felt so bad now. they were quiet for a little while

oliver: is that an excuse to do it to miley?

jake: i just needed to take my anger out, know that i am not the only one i know going through it.

olivr: jake..... seriously. is that fair?

jake: i guess it isn't.

oliver: yep. my mum is dropping me off at the hospital. coming?

jake: yeah.

they drove to the hospital

miley: oh hi oli.. and jake

jake: miley i am soo sorry. i was being stupid

oliver kept thinking why she was believing his lies, no idea. he was lying. oliver just knew it but didn't want to say it.

in an hours time miley got out of hospital and was walking along the beach with jake.
jake: you have no idea how guilty i feel.. how can i make it up to you
miley: promising not to do it and i think you know
jake kissed her.
jake: goodnight miley
miley: bye.

miley and lilly were at the mall. they needed great outfits for the next party. lilly picked up a striped dress
lilly: this is soooo cute!
miley picked up a green jacket.
miley: this is really cute to! wait theres jake. should i go talk to him?
lilly: yeah! after we buy these
miley: agreed
they went to the counter and bought them, there wasn't a line
miley walked towards jake and saw.........

chapter 8: cheater

she saw jake there, with sarah, the famous supermodel
miley: what?
lilly: come on miley...
tears started to form in her eyes. she stood motionless, looking at jake, wondering if he would notice. it was obious they were on a date, miley could just tell. the movies was one of the most popular places for teens their age to go on dates. almost everyone dated there.
lilly: miley.... are you okay?

and just when she thought it couldn not get worse it did. jake kissed her right on the lips. this was just unbearable for miley. jake said that he loved her! but here he is dating someone else. he was complete lies, complete lies!

tears were flooding down mileys cheeks. her eyes were red, her mouth was right open but wasn't saying anything and she bolted, ran right away from there fast. she didn't want to watch it anymore, she didn't want to! her heartt had been ripped out and broken into millons of little pieces. the first guy that she ever loved and he cheated on her! first the pushing and scratching and now this! she kept thinking that he must not love her, he musn't. she ran as fast as she could away from the movie complex and out the doors of the mall. everyone was looking at her, but she didn't care. she felt like no one else could even see her. she kept thinking that no one cared what they did to her. lilly ran after her.
lilly: miley.. slow down.

running was something lilly wasn't good at so she stopped for a minute. after a break she looked for miley but could not see her anywhere. lilly knew the two places she always went when she was upset, the hannah montana closet or the rocks on the beach, on top of the hill.

lilly walked up to the rocks and found miley there.

mileys was staring out at the ocean, crying. she was about 100 meters above the sea and below her was the crushing waves. lilly stood there, thinking of what to say to her. and then miley got up and walked up closer to the edge. she was going to sit down but then because the rocks were wet she started to slip off the edge

lilly(yelling): miley!

lilly grabbed her hand and pulled her back up
lilly: miley? miley? are you okay?

tears were starting to roll down her cheeks.

lilly: i don't want to loose you!

miley:...............................

lilly gave miley a big hug. tears rolled down her cheeks and her top became wet, but lilly didn't care, she just wanted her best friend to be alright.

miley felt like nothing was working. she loved jake and she thought that he loved her. she kept thinking, she should have known it from the start.
lilly: come on miley.. lets go home.

lilly and miley walked to mileys house.

miley: thanks lilly.

lilly: anytime.

miley: see you tomorrow at school?

lilly: yep.

miley had a rough night. in her room crying. ripping down all of the posters she had of jake ryan and all the photos and putting them in a box. he was on a date right now while she was going through this. why is life so unfair? she kept thinking. she had a shower, got changed into her pjs and cried herself to sleep.

robby ray: darling.... time to wake up school.

miley: mmmmmm

miley didn't want to wake up, didn't want to go to school. jake was going to be there! how could she face him? what was he going to say?

robby ray: okay, i will go get the water bucket.....

miley: NO!

she bolted right out of bed and got changed and walked to school. the day was going fine, until recess. she turned around and saw jake.

jackson? jacksons gone! i know i shouldn't be upset about this... annoying jackson is gone! no.... i want him back. who did this who? i want to kill them myself.

streams of tears flodded down her cheeks and she got up and ran to block 2, even though it was out of bounds.

danny walked over to lilly

danny: what is wrong with her?
lilly: jackson stewart is her brother! why wouldn't she be upset?
danny: oh....

he felt a stab of guilt, he didn't know!

miley was in block 2 and in the hallway saw jackson lying there dead, blood spread across the floor. she ran under the polive only streamer and ran up to him and leaned her head against his. her head was getting blood all over it, but that didn't matter to her at all. thor was standing there crying. tears rolled down mileys cheeks. she hugged her brother tightly

miley talked to him, her voice fast and feverish

miley: jackkson now matter what i said, i did always love you! why couldn't it have been me? why! why!

police: excuse me mam you aren't suppossed to be here

miley: is he going to not die? is he going to life? please don't tell me my brother is dead!

police: i am sorry.. but he is

tears rolled down her face. she couldn't take it anymore. she gave a loud scream, a scream of shock, saddness and fear. life without jackson? she couldn't imagine it at all!

police: sorry but you have to go now

miley ran into the janitors cuboard and smashed everything and started crying. the knob of the door started moving

miley (crying): who is it?

he walked in and saw miley sitting on a bucket, red eyes and runny nose. her hair looked messy and her clothes were wet with tears.

he gave her a big hug. it made her feel better, in his arms she felt so comfortable. she rested her head on his shoulder, crying into it. tears were running down his arm, but he didn't care.

miley: i can't believe he is gone.

danny: miley... i know you are going to miss him but everything is going to be alirght

miley: really?

danny: yea and i know why you will get through this

miley: why?

danny: you are strong, talented, amazing and i can't imagine you never being smiley again.



he leaned his face towards her, very close

miley(thinking): this is it. danny is going to kiss me. i know that he is no jake ryan, no one will ever come anywhere near him but still, he is so swett.

her heart was racing fast, for a moment she forgot what had happened to jackson, there was no cares in the world. she really liked danny, not as much as jake, no one will ever take his place. or at least she thought that. but still.. he was so much sweeter than him, she knew that jake hurt her but she still wanted him. but danny, maybe she could learn to love him as much as she did jake

robby ray(singing): no kids! no kids! i can do whatever i want, i can lay on the lounge, watching MA rated movies, i can the milk from the carton!

miley was a little freaked out. robby ray kept singing but she ignored him. he saw her and then turned around and saw miley, sitting on the coach

robby ray: bud, why are you here? it isn't even lunch time!

he noticed her face, stained with tears and her eyes big red and puffy

robby ray: darling... what happened? was it jake? was it a guy?

miley just sat there quietly.

robby ray: darling

miley: daddy.. jackssoon, jaacckson

robby ray: what about jackson?

mileys heart was beating fast. he didn't know what had happened.

miley: daddy! jacksons dead! he was murdered

he started at his shoes, he couldn't look miley in the eye.

miley gave him a hug but he was still looking down at the ground. she didn't blame him, that was how she felt when she first found out. miley quietley got up and walked slowly up the staris, head down in low spirits.

she saw the door to jacksons room, it had a sign on it saying 'BEWARE! JACKSON! MILEY, DON'T COME IN!' miley used to always ignore that sign and go in anyway and jackson got really angry at her. she thought it was really funny then but now, it just reminded her of her dead brother.

she slowly moved her hand towards the doorknob of his room, and slowly turned it. she nervously walked in.

on his desk was a photo of jackson, her dad and her. it was at the time they went to hawaii. miley was only 8. her skin was so red from all the sun, so badly burned and whenever jackson touched it she screamed and he always did, just to annoy her. her eyes started to tear up. that was a graet holiday, even with the sunburn. thats what too much time in the sun does to you

then she saw a book in his shelf saying jacksons diary.

miley(thinking): jackson? kept a diary? hahahahah thats pretty funny.

but that didn't cheer her up. she turned the pages slowly until she reached the page he had last written in. her eyes started to tear up, it said:..................

miley shut the diary, she couldn't bear to read anymore of it! jake? why would he do this!

miley walked out and shut the door. one more memery of jackson would destroy her and the sight of him, lying on the ground with blood everywhere dead kept replaying in her head.

she searched her book shelve for her own diary. it was covered in dust because she hadn't used it in ages. she blew the dust off and grabbed a pen and started writing.

jackson is gone!

i can't believe jake would do this!

robby ray: miley there is someone here to see you..

miley: who? i am not really in the mood..

robby ray: its danny

miley: oh

she bolted quickly down the stairs, not worrying about how she looked, he wouldn't care.

danny: miley....

miley: yeah?

miley couldn't believe it. he was asking her out! her heart was pounding fast in her chest. she couldn't believe this!

it was so hard to hide her excitment,but she didn't want to seem too keen, like those girls that fall all over him all the time. then he wouldn't like it.

danny: i am sorry, i have to go. see you tomorrow?

miley: yeah!

she went back upstairs. danny asking her out was a little ray of sunshine in her dark, cloudy sky. there was a huge grin on her face as she walked up the stairs, but when she saw jacksons door to his room, her smile turned upside down, remembering what happened to jackson. how could she be happy when he was dead? it didn't make sense to her at all! she thought she was being selfish and felt a huge stab of guilt.

miley had a shower, got her pjs on and jumped into bed. she lay awake, thinking but she eventually fell to sleep.

she had a dream about jackson.

miley had a hannah concert that night. not in the best mood, but she would go. she picked up her wig and put it on and changed her clothes. in about half an hour she had changed from miley to hannah.

robby ray: ready to go darling?

hannah: yep!

she got in the limo. she remembered when jackson used to sit next to her and complain about how boring it was listening to the same songs every night. her eyes got a little watery. they were almost there, so she held back the tears. she got out of the car and put on a fake smile and posing for the cameras. she was hoping they wouldn't notice her eyes, they looked watery. she had to hold back the tears, she couldn't go on stage crying. that would not do any good for her career.

hannah went of the red carpet and backstage. she put the final touches on her makeup and then walked out onto the stage

hannah: hey everyone! i am going to preform a new song tonight

crowd: HANNAH! HANNAH!

jake was standing there, with an evil look on his face and something behind his back. hannahs heat was racing so fast. it could be anything! knowing what he was capable of, it could be horrible. her feet were glued to the ground, she could not move. she coudln't dare to move. hannah just couldn't look at him

he was walking towards her. she wished she could freeze time, but she wasn't magic. her heart was going a million miles an hour. the hair on her arm stood up.

jake: come on, say something!

he was getting closer, and closer. it was like she was frozen there. what was there to say? get away from me you freak. but then.... he could have anything behind his back.

jake was so close to her now, close enough to touch her. miley slowly took a step back and he took a step forward.

jake: now if you do as i say. then i won't do anything

hannah: no! no! no!

hannah was to nervous to say anything. she just shook her head in disagreet. no way would she kiss him

jake pulled out a knife from behind its back, as sharp as what you could get. hannah started imaging what it would be like for that to go through her. as painful as the teeth of a shark, as cold as a stone. her life just flashed by her. she remembered all the good things, bad things in just a few seconds. faster than time itselfs.

jake, however, just couldn't bring himself to do it. he loved her more than the fresh morning breeze, more than the sun, more than anything. how could he have been so soo slack to her? he didn't understand what was going through his head. it was like a whirlwind had hit him inside. what he had done.... he didn't know why. he just thought he was plain evil. more evil than a witch, more mean than a monster. jake had become a monster and he knew it.

hannah just stood there, suprised he hadn't done anything. the knife was so close to her side, she was just standing there. jake moved it away.

jake: what have i done

lighting appeared in the sky and rain started falling, heavily.

she picked jake up on her back and tried walking to the limo

she fell to the floor. she couldn't do this. jake was taller and heavier than her, she was just too weak

Danny: My Mum is in prison and my dad is about to leave to go to war.

Hannahs face suddenly turned into a frown.

Danny: My Mum went to prision because... well before I became famous we didn't have enough money and ropped 1000 dollars worth of groceries and they caught her. Then they found out we had stolen matresses and blankets too and they sent her to jail. they kinda spend what was left on an agent and flying me around for auditions. You have no idea how guilty i feel about it. They just wanted me to be happy. I can't believe this. I feel so selfish! WHen i got the job we had enough money, me and dad but mum is still stuch in prision, she isn't coming out for a while.

hannah: i am so sorry. what about your dad?

danny: ages ago he put his name down to go to war because they promised us some living nessesedies, this was just after mum went to jail. he thought that their would be no war soon and even if there was, they wouldn't choose him. he was wrong and i have to go live with my aunty soon. he couldn't withdraw now.

miley: you are leaving?

danny: no, she lives in malibu. half the reason we moved here now, just so i couild get used to it before dad leaves and not have everything change all at once.

miley didn't know what to say.
