My mom may have cancer... i feel so bad. My Mom is my best friend and i have no clue what i'd do if she died.... Do you guys know something i could do to cheer me up?

and Rebecca1997, thanks. i think it's liver or something like that. She was at a hospital today to get a look at her insides. She had ovarian (Sp?) cancer a while back ago. no telling what it is :( ....

Awwh, I'm so sorry hun! Just think of it this way: with new technology these days, even if your mom does get cancer, there is a very good chance that she will not die. I won't lie to you - she may get sick or weak, and might not be able to do much any more, but that is when she will need you the most. If anything, it would probably make your friendship even stronger. Be strong, because I'm sure your mom will too!

You can read to her, play a small board game, or card game, tell her what has happened in school today, and do things with her if you do that stuff she can get better a little too.

no sorry my friend doesnt talk about it very often but my mum works for this cancer company giving talks and stuff about it so i know it can often be cured

yeah the tecnology has been getting greater in the past few years!! my g-ma had cancer and she is perfectly fine!!

Ouch. Ovarian cancer? That's pretty scary. I looked on wikipedia and I saw that it's pretty bad. Your mom isn't gonna die;) My mom's friend had ovarian cancer and yes, she will be weak and sick for a while, but my mom's friend is right next door, and standing up straight and tall!:D;) So don't worry;)
