It sounds like she's saying that once Miley gets into the issue, then it'll never be worked out.
Maybe it's a reference to "Oops, I Meddled Again", when everything got messed up once she butted in?

I know she's right..but it sounds like "No problem can be solved..once I get involved." As in a problem can't be solved unless she gets into the situation.
