I don't know why, but I can't send you a PM :( But to put an avatar and siggy on you firstly need to go to the pink bar near the top of the page and click 'user cp' then click edit avatar. When you're on that either type in the address for the pic you want or click browse and find it on your computer. Then to edit your siggy, click 'Edit signature' then go to near the bottom where it says 'insert picture' or something like that and either type in the address or find it on your computer, then you can type in anything else you want in your siggy! If you want to request a blend (a pic for your siggy) or just want to chat PM me any time! :)
