Okay, one day, Nick wasn't working on my TV. Only the background music worked. So I was watching Drake and Josh, and in one scene, Josh was lying on his bed and I could hear what he was saying, but the sound didn't work cept background...Does this mean some channels have actresses/actors lip sync some of their words?

i doubt they lipsync their words..maybe there's another part of sound that you couldnt hear?

are you sure it was the background that was working? It could have been another part of the TV. I've never heard of anyone lipsyncing their lines...

I know what happened. While editing, sometimes the words and the actions sometimes don't fit at that time. So in the editing studio, they bring in the actor to redo their line, and they only record the sound.
