I was wondering how to make outfits, except getting new expansion packs, like on a program, for the sims 2. And hairstyles. Do you need a certain expansion pack? I'm wondering, cuz I wanna make some "new" clothes for my sims.:33:

idk, how to do that, but i know on the website for them, you can download sims with custom outfits and stuff, but, it might slow down your game a bit! (it did that to mine anyways!)

thanks I just used paint instead cuz I don't have any of those programs on my parents computer, the sims 2 is WAY too big for mine.
