Ok, this is a Fanfic about Miley, Lilly, and Oliver that go to Hogwarts. Its Harry, Hermonie, and Ron's second year !
Year One

Chapter One

This story starts right after Miley, Lilly, and Oliver got their letters to go to Hogwarts. They just said goodbye to their familes and just got on the Hogwarts Express.

Miley: Oh my Gosh! We're gana be witches!!

Oliver: And wizard!

Miley: Yah, that too!

Lilly: Guys, we better go get some seats before the train starts!

Miley: (opens a department) Lets try in here.

A pale blonde boy, Malfoy, and his friends are inside

Miley: Hey, can we sit here with you guys?

Malfoy: No! get out you darn first years before i turn u three into toads!

Lilly: OK then? (Closes the department door) What jerks!

Miley: Its ok Lilly! Chillax! Lets find other seats.

Oliver: Heres one! (opens a department)

Harry, Hermonie, and Ron are sitting in it

Miley: Hey can we sit w/ u guys?

Harry: Sure! whats your names? (they sit down)

Miley: I'm Miley, this is Lilly, and this is Oliver, and this is our first year.

Ron: Cool! Im Ron, thats Hermonie, and thats is Harry Potter and its our secound year.

Lilly: Well, hey! (laughs)

Ron: You guys have to be muggle born! Am I right?

Miley: How did you know?

In the Great Hall

Professor McGonagall: One by one, I will call a first year up and you will sit on this stool. Then I will place the sorting hat on your head and it will tell you which house you will be in. Then you will go sit at your house table. (Starts calling up first years)

Harry: (Before sitting down in his seat) I hope you guys get into Gryffindor!
(He, Ron, and Heromonie go sit down with Fred and George)

Professor McGonagall: Lilly Truscott! (Lilly walks up)

Sorting Hat: Gryffindor! (Gryffindor table cheers and Lilly sits down next to Hermonie)

Professor McGonagall: Miley Stewart! (Miley walks up)

Sorting hat: Gryffindor! (Gryffindor table cheers and Miley sits down next to Harry)

Professor McGonagall: (calls a few other names and then...) Oliver Oken (Oliver walks up)

Oliver just stands shocked

Professor McGonagall: Go take your seat.

Oliver still just stands looking shocked

Professor McGonagall: Go take your seat, Mister Oken!

Oliver, slowly and confused, walks to the Slytherin table and sits alone.

Professor McGonagall: Alright, we are done with our sorting. Now enjoy the feast! (Food appears on the table.)

Miley: Oh my Gosh! I cant believe that Oliver is in Slytherin!

Lilly: I know! This stinks!

Miley: Poor Oliver, he’s sitting by himself.

Hermonie: I thought Oliver was nice!

Miley: He is! Why did u say that!?

Harry: Because he a Slytherin! Slytherins always turn out as dark wizards and they are rude, aggravating-

Miley: Oliver’s not like that!

Lilly: Yah!

Harry: (Not so sure, but just to make them happy) OK, well, there’s nothing left to do! We can’t change the sorting hat’s decision.

Miley: (sighs) ok…

Ron: So, do you guys have any boyfriends…

Miley: Well, I was dating this guy named Jake Ryan-

Hermonie: Oh my gosh! I love that American actor! “I slayed you once, don’t make me slay you again!” OMG! Hes so Hot!

Miley: Yah, but he’s kinda stalkish, so we broke up.

Hermonie: Oh, too bad.

Ron: How about you Lilly

Lilly: Well….no, not really…..

Miley: (Changing the subject.) So, anyone want chicken?

Miley: Lilly, I have our schedules. We have all the same classes!

Lilly: Yay!!

Miley: I know! Plus, we’re gana be with the Slytherins for potions and transfiguration!

Harry: Well, that must stink.

Miley: But we’ll be with Oliver!

Harry: You’re the first witch I know that actually wants to be with the Slytherins!

Miley: (laughs) Well, what can I say? I’m unique!

Harry: Yes you are! (Laughs too)

Miley: So Harry, so they have, like a witch chorus class here.

Hermonie: You sing?

Miley: (Gives Lilly a smile) Just a little.

Ron: Well, I think they do have a chorus. I think Professor Flabber teaches it.

Hermonie: Yah, auditions to be in the choir are next week.

Miley: Yes! This school is perfect!

Harry: Yes you are-I mean yes it is! (Blushes)

Ron: So, better get a good night sleep! Classes start tomorrow!

Hermonie: Yes! I hope we get to do an essay!

Ron: Wow, same old Hermonie!

In Potions class

Snape: Today, we will be making healing potions.

Miley, Lilly, and Ron’s sister Ginny are sitting together and behind them were
Oliver and two ugly looking Slytherins.

Miley: This is so cool!

Snape: Quiet! 10 points from Gryffindor! (Sneers at Miley) You will learn to keep your mouth shut! Now, as I was saying, take out…. (Continues talking)

Lilly: Wow, what a loser! Ugh, I really wanted to like potions, but if this is our teacher then…

Miley: Lilly, Shhhhhh, he might hear-

Snape: 10 more points from Gryffindor, and that will be a detention for you, Miss Stewart! Now SHUT IT!

After class

Miley: OMG! I hate potions! Ugh, Professor Snape told me to come back at 7:00 for my detention!

Lilly: How bad can it be?

Ginny: Lilly, it’s not just a stupid muggle thing like sit for 30 minutes doing nothing! Hogwarts detentions are like cleaning all the Great Hall tables with a toothbrush or things like that!

Miley: (Groans) No! This stinks!

Oliver: Hey, Miley! Ugh, I hate this school! I’m stuck with all these mean kids!

Miley: Poor Oliver. Well, at least you don’t have a detention. I hate Snape!

Oliver: What! He’s the coolest teacher! He lets us do dark magic in the common room- Opps, I’m not supposed to tell anyone! Forget I said anything!

Lilly: So you actually like that grasy haired freak!

Oliver: Yah, right now he’s like the only friend I got besides you two and Hermonie, Harry, and Ron.

Miley: Well, Oliver, just don’t get too close to Snape…

Oliver walks away

Miley: Well Lilly, Ginny, we have some free time; let’s go back to the common room. Harry might be there…. (Then quickly says) and Hermonie and Ron.

Lilly: ok, lets go!

In Common Room. Miley, Ginny, and Lilly just now enter and see Harry, Hermonie, and Ron at the far table.

Harry: Hey guys!

Lilly: Yo!

Ron: So Ginny, how was your first class with Snape?

Ginny: HORRIBLE!

Miley: I know! I already got a detention!

Harry: No way, me too. In got it for cursin Malfoy in the halls. Snape caught me!

Miley: Is yours at 7:00?

Harry: Yah…

Miley: Me too! Yay! I’m doing it with you!

Harry: Great! I wonder wut we're doin?

Chapter Six

Miley and Harry walk down to detentions together after they had their classes.

Snape: For ur detention, you will...

Snape: You see, I lost 2 textbooks, so i need you two to copy from this textbook (Hands them a textbook) and reright it twice on these papers. You will not leave until it is all written! And, NO MAGIC!!

Snape leaves the room

Miley: Oh my, Harry, I dont feel so good. This will take days! Look how thick these textbooks are!

Harry: I know! Ugh! Well, we better get started!

Harry and Miley talk for hours as they write. After they both wrote about 200 pages out of 1,899, they rested.

Miley: Oh, Harry, I'm so tired! What about you!

Harry: Just a little. Hey, Miley, you can sleep for a while. I'll start writing on your pages so you dont get in trouble.

Miley: Thats so sweet! Thanks Harry, but wont u get in trouble?

Harry: Nah, no matter wut i do, ill always get in trouble.

Miley: (Giggles) ok. (Goes to lay down on Snapes smelly green couch)

Harry works on Mileys papers till its 5:00 in the morning. Then he goes to wake Miley up.

harry: Miley, wake up!

Miley: (a little drowsy) Yah...

Harry: Snape will be here soon! I finished your papers!

Miley: Oh No! What about your papers?

harry: Well, I'm on page 300....

Miley: Oh No! I help you do yours.

They start working for a couple of minutes until Snape walks in.

Snape: Times up! You better be done. Lets see, Miss Stewart, good, you finished. Potter-Oh, ur only on pg 300! What have you been doing this whole time!? Sleeping! Your just like ur father-hopless and lazy!!! 100 points from Gryffindor! Now leave! Oh, and dont worry, I found the two textbooks that were missing, so we wont have to use the ones you wrote after all.


Snape snickers as Miley and Harry leave.

Miley and Harry are walking back to the common room.

Harry: Snape is EVIL! I spent the whole night and morning rewriting that dumb textbook, and then he "happens" to find it right after we're done.

Miley: Thank you so much Harry! For letting me sleep and everything...

Harry: No, its ok!

Miley: (Grabs Harry's Hands) Your the Best!

Harry doesnt say anything.

Miley: I....I...I Love You...

Harry: Miley....No...I'm sorry....but I just dont feel that way for you.

Miley: (Realeses his hand) Oh....

Harry: Sorry...its just that I love this girl named Cho Chang....

Miley: Oh....(Fighting back tears from hurt and embarassment)

Harry: (Take Mileys hands) Please, lets still be friends! I like you a lot, but like a sister! (Gives Miley a smile)

Miley: OK, well, see you later. (Goes to the girl dormatory and cries her heart out on her bed till breakfest)

Its breakfast time and everyone goes the great hall. Miley quietly sits by Lilly at the edge of the table.

Lilly: So, Miley, Harry-How were your detentions.

Harry tells them all about Snape’s cruel detention.

Hermonie: Oh my, that’s horrible!

Lilly: I know! Snape is awful! Miley, you got to be tired!

Miley: Yah, a little. (She didn’t feel like telling Lilly that she slept most of the detention)

Harry: I know I am! I think I’ll go rest in the common room before the first class starts… (Harry spots Cho) right after I do this.

Harry runs up to Cho, and Miley can faintly hear what he is saying.

Harry: Hi...uh…Cho, um…wana go out sometime?

Cho: Sure, that would be fun Harry!

Harry: Great! How about I meet you here at 8:30 tonight?

Cho: Sounds great! (Kisses Harry on the cheek) See you later Harry. (She walks away)

Harry stands there stunned then walks dizzily back to the common room. Miley just sits there stunned, more tears starting to come, but she held them in.

Hermonie: So, Lilly, do you know anything about that American singer named Hannah Montana?

Lilly: Um…I’m pretty sure I do. Why? (Gives Miley a smile)

Hermonie: Well, I’m planning the next Hogwarts party, and I want Hannah to perform for it.

Lilly: But since she’s a muggle, wouldn’t she be surprised by a Witch and Wizard school?

Hermonie: Course she would, but we would cast a forgetfulness spell on her after her concert here. Do you think she’d do it?

Miley: She probably would…

Hermonie: I hope she accepts. I already sent an email to her manager telling him that we wanted her to perform in a private school…

Miley: Oh look, there’s Oliver! (Screams to him) OLIVER!

Oliver looks over, and walks over. Everyone is stunned when they see him. His hair is jelled back; he has an earring of a scull in his ear, and has a grim expression.

Miley: What happened Oliver! You look terrible! Like that Malfoy kid!

Oliver: Save it, LOSER! I dont want to be seen talking with a Gryffindor! Good Bye.

Miley: Stop it, Oliver! Dont be like this!

Chapter Nine
Two Months past by. Miley and Lilly no longer try to talk to Oliver and he ingnores them. Oliver is now as bad as Malfoy. Harry and Cho are seriously dating which makes Miley so jelous. (sp?) hermonie and Lilly are the two smartest student witches in Hogwarts. Now eveything will change. (This is when the chamber of secrets problem starts) You Might not understand if u did not read the books! This chapter is a little confusing, but i just have to get this part over and then the story will be better and make sence.

Its is right after lunch

Professor Mcgonagall: Students, report to ur common rooms imediently!

In the Common room. Professor Mcgonagall tells everone the chamber of secrets has been open again. She tells them the history of it. The nshe leaves. She tells them Ms.Norris (Filches cat) had been petrified. Everyone thinks Harry is the Slytherin Heir.

Next day during classes, everyone stares at Harry.

Harry: I didnt petfrify Ms. Norris!

Hermonie: I believe you Harry

Miley: Yah, dont worry about.

harry: I know, but Cho canceled our date. Shes too afraid to look at me...

Miley feels a pang of jeolosy(sp?)

Ron: Hey, I bet Malfoy is the real heir of Slytherin! You heard him, right after he read the message he said "You'll be Next Mudbloods" If could also be that Oliver kid.

Hermonie: Malfoy, Oliver-the heir of Slytherin (laughs) thats funny.

Ron: Common, think about it! It makes sence!

Hermonie: Well, theres only one way to find out, we have to make a Polyjuice potion.

Lilly: WHAT! Those are so hard to make!

Harry: Whats a Polyjuice potion?

Hermonie: A Polyjuice potion will transform you into a different human being for a matter of time.

Lilly: Yes, and its extreamly difficult. We would be braking at least 50 school rules!

Miley: How long will it take to make it?

Hermonie: 3 months

Harry: 3 months! Every Muggleborn will be dead by the time its ready

Hermonie: i know, but its all we got!

The next week, Ron, Lilly, Hermonie, Miley, and Harry go down to the grat hall for breakfest. They sit at the corner table.

Ron: So guys, do you think the Harry being "the heir of Slytherin" died down yet?

Hermone: Um.... mabye, but people are still staring....

Cho walks over to the table. Miley gives her a mean glance and then puts her head down.

Cho: Hi Harry.

Harry: Oh...um..hi Cho!

Cho: Can we talk?

Miley gives a smile. That was the ultiment break up line.

Harry: Sure

They walk to the corner of the room. Miley can hear them perfectly. Hermonie, Ron, and Lilly just continue their conversation.

Harry: So....What did u want to tell me?

During Charms class. Miley is sitting with Ginny and Lilly. Miley decided not to tell anyone about wut Oliver did.

The next moring. Hermonie, Harry, Ron, Lilly, and Miley are sitting in the common room.

Hermonie: Well, the pollyjuice potion will be done a little after Christmas Break.

Wood (Captain of Gryffindor quiddich(sp?) team): Hey, Hermonie, will you go to the dance with me?

Hermonie: Sure Wood! (He walks away smiling)

Lilly: Yay, we all have dates!

Hermonie: The dance will be the best! We got Hannah Montana to perform!!

Miley’s heart as she remembers this. She and Lilly exchange looks of worry.

Lilly: You guys can head to breakfest…I need to talk to Miley!

Everyone says bye then leaves

Malfoy: (ignores Lilly): Get out of our way!

Oliver: Hey! Miley! Your going to the dance with me right!?

Miley: Um…No, Im going with Harry

Malfoy: HA! You must really be desperate if ur going with Potter! Ha ha ha!

Lilly: Lets go Miley…

They start to walk away, when Oliver yells back

Oliver: I can’t wait to see Hannah Montana!

Lilly: Shut up Oliver! (Whispers) Hurry Miley!!

They finally turn the corner to the entrance of the Great Hall

They sit by Ron, harry, and Hermonie and eat breakfest

Miley: So lilly, what class do we have first?

Lilly: (Groans) Potions!

Miley: Ugh!

Harry: Hey wait, we have Potions fist too!

Miley: No way! that cant be right!

Harry: Hm…I guess we’re having class together today

Lilly: Asome!

Hermnoe: Better head to potion then, don’t want to be late!

They all leave to go to potions

Chapter Sixteen

Miley, Lilly, and Ginny are in the front of the class in their asigned seats. HArry, Hermonie, and Ron are sitting in the back along with many other 2nd years.

Snape: Class, over the next weeks, you and the group i assign you to will have challenges to do. This will be your Semester Exams, so I expect you to do good! Now, I'll read off the names of the groups, oh, and a 2nd year will be with two 1st years. When I call ur name, go stand in ur group. First group...(He reads off a couple of group names)

Lilly: (whispers) I hope we're together!

Miley: Me too-

Snape: Miss Truscott, Mr Oken, and Malfoy.

Lilly: What!!

Snape: 50 points from Griffendor! You will learn to keep your mouth shut! Now, next group...

Miley: (whispers) Im so sorry Lilly

Lilly: Well, see u Miley...( walks off to her group)

Snape: (Im discust) Potter, you will be with Miss Stewart and Miss Weasley!

Miley:(whispers) Yay! and crap!

Miley walks over to her group with Ginny

Harry: Im so gad Im with u Miley...(and then adds) and u too Ginny

Ginny just nods her head

Snape: ...and Miss Granger. So, now everyone is on a team. Your first task will be to make a love potion. It is due next week. YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO USE IT ON ANYONE! Now, u are all dismissed.

Everyone walks out. Ginny runs to get away from Miley and Harry.

Harry: This will be fun i guess...I least we're in the same group!

Miley: I know! but Ginny...

Harry: She'll get over it...

Miley : I guess... so, a love potion? sounds cool!

Harry: Yah, but it only lasts for a day...but still, its cool

Miley: Oh, Lilly, and feel so sorry for you!

Lilly: Ugh! Im with the two idiots!

Ron: If they hurt u in anyway, I'll kill them!

Lilly: Thanks Ron (gives a kiss on cheek)

Miley: Well, see u guys later, me and Lilly are going to Charms-

HArry: Did u hear that?

Hermonie: Hear what?

HArry: That voice! Its said its gana kill!

Hermonie: HArry, are u hearing those voices again?!

HArry: I heard the same voice before Miss Norris, that first year, and Nearly Headless Nick were petrified!

Hermonie: Harry...

Miley: Harry, stop! Wait

In Moaning Murtles bathroom. Its extreamly soaked and leaking.

HArry: Whats wrong Murtle

Moaning Murtle: Whaaaa! Someone thew a book at my head!

Ron: But ur a ghost...It would just go threw you...

Moaning Murtle: (angry) OH YAH! 10 POINTS IF U CAN GET IT THREW MY STOMACH, 50 POINTS IF YOU CAN GET IT THREW MY HEAD!

Ron is freaked out

Harry: (calm) Wheres the book?

Moaning Murtle: (points to a stall) there

Harry walks over and grabs the book, Its was an empty journal that had the name Tom Riddle on the front. Harry put it in his pocket.

Lilly: OK, lets go-Miley, we have to be ecscorted by the teacher or we get detentions.

Miley: Kk, by Harry

Miley and Lilly run out and catches up with Professor Lockheart who was escorting fisrt years to Charms class. Once they got to class, Lilly whispered to Miley.

Lilly: Your boyfriend is losing it...

Miley: Hmm...mabye he did hear something...

Weeks paseed. Harry, Ginny, and Miley worked on their love potion, and once done, they worked on the other challenges. Ginny was always silent. Oliver and Malfoy forced Lilly to do all the work for their group. Finally, the day before the Winter dance came.

Lilly: (sitting on Miley's bed) OMG! I love your dress Miley!

Lilly: Wake up Miley!

Miley: What...

Lilly: ITS DA DAY OF THE DANCE! WE HAVE THE WHOLE DAY TO GET FANTASICAL!

Miley: (gets out of bed) KK...but first breakfest...

Miley and Lilly get dressed then head down to breakfest with Professor Lockheart leading the way. Finally they make it into the Great Hall. Lilly and Miley run into Oliver

Oliver: So, Miley, i cant wait to see Hannah Montana!


Miley drags Oliver to the corner of the room, grabs his coller, and pinns him agaist the wall. Lilly follows

Through the whole day, they get their hair done, made their skin soft, get French manicures, and put on makeup. Finally it’s an hour before the dance. Miley tells Hermonie and Lilly to tell Harry to meet her at the dance since she had to go “somewhere” first. Then Miley leaves to the great hall, where she meets her dad.

Miley: (gives him a big hug) Daddy!

Robbie: Hey Miles! Hows school been?

Miley: Fantasic! Magic is the BEST!

Robbie: Well, better get backstage.

Miley: Kay, lets go.

They go backstage and Miley puts the wig, mask (like the one in a “ A Cinderella story”), and dress on. Then meets her dad and band.

Robbie: Here’s the plan. You will sing Nobody’s Perfect and Who Said first then go off the stage for a 10 min break.

Hannah/Miley: Awsomness! Cant wait!

Robbie: Kay, ur on in 2 minutes! The dance starts right when u appear on stage! Good luck!
