I need some help..in singing

Im trying to be discovered for my singing but I dont know whhere to go Ive had so many ppl tell me how good I am I even had a pro singer offer my lessons because im so good and someone said I sang better than miley! ( as if that was to nice no one is better than miley) but wher do I go just in case?

You shouldn't post so many times like that. Sometimes people just aren't looking at the thread right after you post it, give it some time before asking why no one is replying or "is anyone there"?

Now, to answer your question, I'd first like to warn you to take compliments like that with a grain of salt. Who told you you were good? If it's just your friends and family they MIGHT just be saying it to be nice. That's not to say you don't have talent (I wouldn't know I've never heard you), but just be wary. If that 'pro' is trying to sell you lessons, maybe that's why he's complimenting you. With that said, you should seek a reputable singing coach. After you've had some serious training, keep an eye out for public talent searches by REPUTABLE people, keep a sharp eye out for scams. How old are you? If you are young you should definitely have your parents help you in this to keep you safe too.

While you keep an eye out for the talent searches try submitting CDs of your singing to some record companies. Depending on the company and your talent, they could offer you a contract just from that! Hope that helps, that's about all I can tell you, my final piece of advice is to keep trying if you really, seriously, want to be a singer (if you're not serious, don't bother. It'll be 100x harder to break into the industry if you're not). But if it's what you want, go for it, who knows you may be the next hannah ;)

I'm doing the same thing, but all I've done was sing the national anthem at a little leage opening. At the moment we've dropped one vocal coach because she wasn't very professional and we're looking for another one. Parents are a huge help in acheiving your goals, so look for them for support.

i want to be a vet but i luv to sing i joined choir this year in the electives at my school.1 out of every5,000 make it to be famous but get private singing lessons preform in your school choir and try out for drama cluband any good singin preformances in your county or state will help u like americas got talent or american idol BELIEVE IN YOUR SELF ;)

Wow daveigh, that's really good advice. I say just follow your heart. If you really want to you can make your dreams come true. The other thing I'd say is that don't depend your whole life on singing, try other options also. Because if singing doesn't work out for you, you'll have a backup plan. Good luck!

if you school is having a musical, AUDITION! mine is, and i auditioned. my friends all said that i have a good voice, and now i know it's true because i got a main role. the teacher who is running it is only at the school on the side, she is actually a professional singer/actress, and she thinks i sounds good so i KNOW i do. the other woman who is doing the music has a record deal and shes doing all the musicfor the show, and she thinks im good to. so, if your school or somewhere is your community is having a musical, you should def. audition because you never know what could happen, maybe even a tlent searcher will come to the show!

Hi! Well first of all you need to have a demo cd. Your songs, your singing, your info. Make it, send it to record companies. If they like it they'll contact you and get you to sign with them. The most important thing. Don't give up. If you don't get a reply from one record company, try another. Just because you're not what they're looking for, doesnt mean you can't be what someone else is looking for. Also, get involved singing somewhere, you never know who's listening! :) Good luck! :)

im in the same situation as you - but im not trying to be a solo pop artist. im in a struggling indie rock band currently. according to all our friends we are really really good we have won various battle of the bands competitions. we dont do any covers we write our own music and in the middle of recording our demo at the moment so we seem to be doing everything right but we are finding it very hard to make it but as soon as we get our demo out me might make some progress by sending iut out to record companies and giving free copies to as many people as we can to boost our publicity
