It's impossible to do without taking out the rest of the music. For best results, download the dsp_centercut plugin for WinAmp, it does Instrumental, sort-of acapella, and instrumental again (dsp_centercut (Sides) works the best for instrumental that's how I made this (http://www.mymostwanted.com/forum/showthread.php?t=34156&highlight=Perfect+instrumental))

To be honest, I don't think you really can take out the back up singers. Sorry!
